Consumer Complaint: I submitted a purchase dispute with Comenity Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX store card on XX/XX/XXXX for a purchase via phone. I followed up the phone dispute with a secure message on the Comenity webpage with supporting documents per the phone reps request. On XX/XX/XXXX I recieved a responce confirming reciept of supporting documents by comenity message support stating they were looking into my dispute and I would not be held responsable for the disputed charge. As of XX/XX/XXXX no forward movement has occured on my dispute, no additional communication has been issued by Comenity in reguards to the dispute, I am still showing a balance and payment due on the disputed charge, and Comenity is not responding to my requests for more information. The dispute goes as follows : " This item was delivered with major water damage. XXXX documented the damage and its also mentioned in the XXXX that XXXX XXXX XXXX issued as well as in photos in the email thread ( all attached here ) XXXX XXXX XXXX issued a XXXX requesting all original packaging be returned. I explained due to the water damage to the item and packaging I was not going to be able to ship the item back in the original packaging and needed packaging provided along with a XXXX pick up. This is a large item that was delivered via freight - XXXX XXXX XXXX originally requested I go to XXXX to get a box but after visiting XXXX it was descovered they do not carry boxes of the appropriate size XXXX XXXX XXXX then told me I would need to buy a second XXXX monitor to procure packaging to send the original broken one back. XXXX XXXX XXXX is not acting at all in good faith and making it impossible to make this transaction right. '' I sent the entire email thread with XXXX XXXX XXXX support where they said I would be required to buy a second XXXX monitor from them to return this item. I also sent the XXXX that has the carrier ( XXXX ) statement of damage to this item in transit, and finally I included photos of the damage as it was taken off the freight truck. Yet even with all this data Comentry is still holding me accountable for a disputed charge and not investigating this case at all.

Consumer Complaint: I executed a balance transfer with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023. Although New York and Company declined to accept an electronic check, XXXX XXXX promptly sent a paper check. I checked two weeks later and found that the payment was not posted and it was due. I cleared my balance in full on XX/XX/2023 to avoid interest charges, as I do with all cards. However, to my surprise, on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Bank sent me a letter indicating that the check had been sent to NY and Co over 30 days ago and because it was uncashed, they put a stop payment on the check. On the 33rd day, NY and Co attempted to cash the check, which unfortunately bounced. Despite maintaining a zero balance for two weeks, I was charged a fee.NY & 7 CO insists that the fee is VALID, while I remain convinced that it was reasonable for the bank to stop payment but not reasonable for NY and Co to hold onto the check. I called NY and Co to request cancellation of the fee, but they refused. I AM SEEKING ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. This fee should not have been passed on to me. Consumer Complaint: Comenity Capital Bank sent an email on XX/XX/23 that rewards cash of {$100.00} would be submitted to my DDA. On XX/XX/23 a deposit of {$1.00} was received. I called customer service on XX/XX/23 and was told Technology is working on a solution and expect resolution within a week. I received no written communication about Comenity 's Technology deficiencies. On XX/XX/23, I again had to call customer service and had to elevated to the supervisor as I could not understand the representative. Only when I spoke to the Supervisor was I informed that 1 ) I was correct there was not communication from Marketing ; 2 ) Technology has rectified the program ; and XXXX ) I should expect payment by XX/XX/XXXX. No written communication of their errors and having to wait 5 plus weeks for resolution, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I asked to closed the account on XX/XX/23 and will never have an account with XXXX XXXX. ( My account was with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, but XXXX XXXX XXXX sold the XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. )
