Consumer Complaint: I notify my cc company and the company that the charge came from on XX/XX/XXXX about a charge that appear on my statement for XXXX both company reviewed the case and the charges were reviewed and finally they both removed the charges. My XXXX statement showed that I had received a credit for XXXX and that left me with a XXXX bal. On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased Airlines tickets and on that very day the XXXX charged reappeared on my cc balance alone with the tickets and. I contracted the cc company about the charges reappearing back on my balance that was remover in XXXX and after talking with 3 assoc I was told that the charges could not be removed again.

Consumer Complaint: In 2015, my mother opened a CC with Barclays Bank and had put my name on one of the cards so that I could use it to do her shopping, etc. After doing much work to improve my debt status I realized today that this card is showing up as debt on MY credit score, which they were never given my SSN nor were they given permission to process my credit.This is a XXXX credit card. For my mother, this barely makes an impact in her debt to income, but for me this is 30 % of what I make a year and making a HUGE impact on my negative debt to income ratio. She did call Barclay today, who confirmed that they do not have my SSN on file and " don't know how this could have happened '' and that I would need to file a report on it. I really just want this removed from my report. This should not be impacting my report or amount of debt to income.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Barclay 's UBER credit card that I got several years ago. I hadn't used the card for a while, and received a letter dated for the XXXX of XXXX that stated if the card was not used after 30 days, it would be closed. Upon receipt of the letter, I tried to use it on the XXXX, and saw online that the card had already been closed. I received the letter late, and tried to use the card at the 29 day mark, and was told that it had already been closed. I informed them that the 30 day mark had not yet happened, but they said there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to re-apply. So not only will this impact my credit for the closure, but for me to reapply, will also impact my credit and the longevity of the account.
