Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I ensured, I had a XXXX dollar balance by calling the credit card company, Barclays, associated with the frontier airlines credit card that I had gotten on a promotional offer. Today I logged into my account just as a good faith measure and so I had {$8.00} charged on my card looking at it. It was a total of two sets of {$3.00} of interest, and then a {$.00} late fee. There was no balance left on the card for there to be a reason to encourage charge. I reached out over the phone and after gently asking why there was a charge. I was put on hold for a couple minutes and then the person came back and said oh well wave itno big deal. I allege that this is an example of the way the Barclays is fraudulently charging customers to make more money. Customer service has always been very helpful but the rest of the process with this card using it having to login to portals that dont make any sense has been incredibly stressful and I regret getting this card.

Consumer Complaint: BARCLAYS please be aware that this is my final notice that I am sending you before I move forward with suing your company due to negligence, defamation of character, and violation of the FCRA. The following account XXXX should be removed from my credit report IMMEDIATELY. You are trying to collect a debt which is over the statute of limitations in the state of Texas. You are also furnishing information to only XXXX which is also a violation. The balance being reported does not match any of the documentation I have for this account. I will attach my credit report to this complaint showing the erroneous errors and the date showing that this debt is uncollectable. Not only is this account closed, but you are also reporting a balance trying to collect when it says that this account was sold. At this time, I am only requesting that this account be removed within 15 days. If this account persists, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action against your company. Please see the attached docs and remove the aforementioned account from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a XXXX XXXX card online on XXXX website in early XXXX. Then I received a card ending XXXX in onXXXX week without knowing that Barclays bank billed me {$15.00} for mailing the card. If I would know that I would not accept the card. However, I did not even activate the card and threw away the card in trash. I found out I have a bill of total {$100.00} and called customer care talked to XXXX XXXX as XXXX VP of customer care operation on XX/XX/23 for the above past due amount. I requested to mail me all paper statements which were never mailed to me. I received the billing statement and asked if bank would waive all fees and interest for total {$88.00}, he said it was not a purchase, could not waive fees and interest. I have never heard any bank would charge mailing fee for sending a credit card. I don't have full credit card number, only have account ending number XXXX on the billing statement.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I requested a balance transfer cash offer to my personal checking of XXXX dollars. I was told that I was approved and that the moneys will be deposited in my account in 5-7 business days. I was also giving a confirmation number XXXX from Barclays Old Navy customer service representative. After serval days of waiting for the money to be deposited into my account I gave the credit card company a call to see why the money was not there yet and they stated that they tried to call me to verify that it wasnt fraud. I never received a call, email of voicemail from this company. I called to validate my identity to let the company know that it was me honoring the transaction again and I was told the promotional transfer to my personal checking was no longer available and that I can only do promotional balance transfer to another credit card. I still have 29-30 days left for these offers to be granted to my account. I dont understand why Barclays took the offer off the table if my identity was cleared. Im very upset at this matter and would like to get this issue resolved.

I never received information of my credit card being sold or transferred from XXXX XXXX or Barclays. I was never made aware of the fact that I have or had the option to opt out. I never received any package from XXXX XXXX or Barclays for opt out option. They violated my right and took advantage of me. Barclays and XXXX XXXX both should be held accountable for these actions. If I had known that XXXX XXXX was selling their credit card business to Barclays, I would have opted out given that all the negative and bad reputation they have surrounding their customer service, hostile treatment and entrapment tactics behavior they use against consumers. They do not communicate nor properly informs consumers and uses shady business practices to destroy consumer credit card scores and history. This is their soley business practice based on all the comments on XXXX and all over the internet that I have come to learn.

Consumer Complaint: Hi my complain is with Barclay credit card. i have filed a dispute with them because i ordered a watch with XXXX and they said they have delivered my item at first i said thats not possible i was in the hospital i had a XXXX XXXX at the time this happened. i PROVIDED THEM ALL MEDICAL RECORDS and i have explained to my credit card company i have never received the item nor did i sign for it or anthing like that. i filled this dispute XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and i keep getting my credit when i explained to them supplied them evidence this was not me. i have also showed them a proof that the XXXX provided me a wrong XXXX number originally and i never knew the item went out even. first they said it was delivered to me and when i called and asked to send me proof they told me the item was picked up from XXXX facility and i have never gone to XXXX facility i told them multiple times the company dont seemed to care about the little people like me, i have called multiple times i kept being thrown from one rep to another and the case manager called today and said they will not give my money back because the merchant filled with proof its me, when i tried to again explain it to the case manager i have never got an item i have never signed for it i send them an affidavit saying its not me. they still dont seem to care i have also showed them copies of the XXXX website that it shows wrong tracking number they just dont seem to care at all. I dont know what to do at this point when this huge balance is on me and my credit score sinked over XXXX points minimum. Please open this dispute back up again and please check with them i want my money back this is not fair to a customer when again i have never received any items from them originally and had every proof and send them everything on time as they asked. Please re open this case and please ask them to put my money back after their investigation they have send me a copy of the signed item i have also send them my signature the signatures do NOT also match. Below i have attached i was admitted to the hospital XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and XX/XX/XXXXXXXX they have scanned me to find the proof and after that i had my myomectomy after getting approval from the insurance. I also attached the proof that i spoke to XXXX they were supposed to put my money back because i didnt want the item to be shipped and shows on their main website this is the XXXX number i was provided and i keep checking until this day this is the tracking on file that shows there is no tracking found. This should be plenty of info that i did not sign or pick up any items. I think they have made a mistake. also all the conversation with XXXX i kept telling them to put my money back. Please take a look at below documentation i have also provided the credit card company because its coming up 6 months they are just not caring and they want to close this case.
