Consumer Complaint: Received a credit card offer during XXXX flight. It said {$0.00} intro annual fee and 60,000 frequent flyer points after using the card within the first 90 days. I applied in XX/XX/2021 and received an XXXX XXXX XXXX ( issued via Barclays Bank ) the same month. I used the card and paid it off entirely the same month ( XX/XX/2021 ). It is now XX/XX/201 and I now see an annual fee charge of {$99.00} and still no credit of XXXX points. I have only had the card for 2 months but it says my annual fee would be XXXX for the first year. This appears to be a classic fraud and/or bait n switch tactic.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX I accidentally paid my JetBlue XXXXXXXXCard twice from my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. {$10000.00} was paid twice. I caught the issue in early XXXX and called immediately. Customer servicetold me they would try and cancel the second payment. I called again in mid-XXXX and I was told that the request had not been processed and that they would issue a check I called again in early XXXX to inquire about the check and I was told I was under investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX They issued a formal letter which I havent closed asking for another 45 days to deal with my issue. What are my rights? This seems illegal that I should be sitting now for 2 1/2 months with a negative balance and money owed to me. Based on their request for another 45 days they will have had 10,000 of my hard earned dollars for over four months

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I was alerted from the credit bureaus that my account went into 30 day late payment status for the month of XXXX. Which was reported by XXXX XXXXPrior to this incident I have not had any late payments with this institution. I tried contacting Barclays Bank on several occasions speaking several different representatives as well as supervisors asking them why was I reported 30 days late to to the collection bureaus? They all have told me that they wasnt responsible for reporting me for a late payment and that it was in-fact a issue that I needed to address to The XXXX, and that they could not help me.In the meantime my actual credit report for the month of XXXX clearly states that it was indeed reported 30 day late by XXXX XXXX . At that point I proceeded to contact the XXXX XXXX and spoke with several representatives as well as supervisors and explained my situation to them.They then informed me that my account was paid to date, as well as that they do not have any affiliation for collections of payments from Barclays Bank with my account.They said that they have an entirely different institution connected to my account for collection of payments and that is the only institution that they have on file for me.They also informed me that they did not report me to the credit bureaus for late payments.

Because all the amount on my credit report are the big added up amount with the evidence to prove. If the Collection company not responded this time what is the next step? Referral to the last complaint that Bureau forward my complaint to the Creditor but the Creditor not responded can we do anything or anything can I get it in writing? Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX. i purchased some auto parts from XXXX XXXX. I purchased some new seats and controls for my truck. The total charge was to be {$700.00}. The owner said i had to pay {$300.00} to hold the parts then he would charge me the remaining amount after they confirmed they had the parts. It made sense to me. I soon noticed they charged me the same amount of {$300.00} four times on that date and went on to charge me 29 times more. I Called Barclay Credit card and informed them i suspected fraud. By then there had be 7 or 8 charges. The rep told me it was obvious what was going on and that the fraud dept would deal with it but i did not need to cancel my card at this time. After about {$8000.00} in charges Barclay agreed that they should cancel the card and issue another. No parts were ever sent to me. They were supposed to show up as freight on XX/XX/XXXX, signature required. Initially Barclay reversed the charges then later re-billed them to me. I ask several times to talk to an investigator to explain the situation. In order to do this you have to wait on hold for about an hour. This alone is stressful, especially since i have very very XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never talked to an investigator for fraud from barclay. The owner of XXXX openly joked to me that he got me. I have never received any parts and i have been bill nearly {$9000.00} This is wrong and needs to be addressed. It just seems as if no one is really looking into this. I am a retired XXXX XXXX and i called the auto parts store several times. I called so much he began refusing to talk to me. The owner thinks this is all a joke and mocked me by saying we got your $ XXXX and you aint getting it back. Barclay fraud investigators should be equally as upset as i am. I am insured by law against such charges. What surprises me the most is that no one from Barclay as ever called to ask my side of what happened. Very disgusted in their investigation.

Consumer Complaint: At no point, have I ever authorized any accounts with Barclay 's Bank of Delaware or their debt selling partner, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have repeatedly requested a copy of the original agreement from Barclay 's Bank of Delaware, the ( alleged ) original creditor, as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX ( debt buyer ), proving that alleges that I am responsible for this account. Barclay 's admits that they do not have it on file, which makes me wonder how they could approve a debt sale to a debt buyer without proper legal authority. In this case, that debt buyer is XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). XXXX also claim they do not have the original authorized agreement either, BUT still have the right to report an amount of ( over ) {$4900.00}, the debt they allege is in my name. They only send copies of XXXX sheets with the status of this account since they acquired it and further refuse to offer the concrete proof that I asked for. I say again, at no point, did I authorize Barclay 's or anyone for that matter, to open an account in my name. I ( personally ) did not pay any amount on this account EVER and, obviously, did not sign/authorize the sale of any debts which were created fraudulently using my name/SS #. I WANT TO SEE THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT FROM THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, NOTHING ELSE! If XXXX continue to provide false information to the credit reporting agencies, I am going to file a formal complaint to put this falsehood to bed once and for all.
