Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21 I did a balance transfer from my credit card ( XXXX XXXX ) to my husbands 's credit card ( Barclay 's UPromise ) I mistakenly only typed the first 12 numbers of his account when I did the balance transfer which you will see on the check copy provided. This payment has never posted to my hudband 's account. I redid the balance transfer in XXXX which cleared on XX/XX/21 and Barclay 's posted it letter attached. I have reached out to Barclays several times since XX/XX/XXXX to see where the first payment is sitting and they keep on delaying. On XX/XX/XXXX I faxed information over to Barclays and they keep on opening another case to research this.

Consumer Complaint: I'm writing this complaint in regard to an adverse action letter I received concerning a consumer credit application I submitted to Barclays on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Pursuant to the FCRA, as a consumer, accuracy is defined as the measure of value ; value is something only a natural person or human being can measure. Fair to me means no one is taking unjust advantage of another. Congress talks about accuracy and fairness, theyre asking me as a consumer to decide whether my consumer report is valuable to me ; and whether I feel like I am receiving a just advantage or no one is taking unjust advantage against me. I have reasons to convict Barclays of one count of taking unjust advantage against me on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX according to 15 usc 1681m the adverse action section in the Fair Credit Reporting Act is that it never mentions a denial of credit. It only mentions being denied for insurance or employment. Why does it not ever mention being denied for credit? The answer is in Truth In Lending Act ( TILA ). I am aware that there was a finance charge involved in the transaction which is the sum of all charges. I can not be denied credit because I know that I have an open end credit plan, which I administered and extend/originate myself credit to make them a creditor/debtor to extend me my own credit. I am the consumer and only a natural person grant such rights. This is why adverse action does not mention being denied for credit because Congress knows the truth, financial institutions dont loan money because there hasnt been any in circulation since XXXX and also pursuant to 12 USC 83, banks are prohibited by law to make loans or discounts on the security of the shares of its own capital stock. According to 15 USC 1681m ( C ) ( ii ) ( I ) Information referred to in subparagraph ( A ) - does not include- information solely as transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person furnishing the information. They are found to be in violation labeled Exhibit A. This is not a request, I am granted the right to credit under my open end credit plan which I am administering.Pursuant to 15 USC 1681m The term adverse action ( A ) has the same meaning as in section 1691 ( d ) ( 6 ) of this title ; and ( B ) means ( i ) a denial or cancellation of, an increase in any charge for, or a reduction or other adverse or unfavorable change in the terms of coverage or amount of, any INSURANCE, existing or applied for, in connection with the underwriting of INSURANCE ; ( ii ) a denial of employment or any other decision for employment purposes that adversely affects any current or prospective employee ; ( iii ) a denial or cancellation of, an increase in any charge for, or any other adverse or unfavorable change in the terms of, any license or benefit described in section 1681b ( a ) ( 3 ) ( D ) of this title ; and ( iv ) an action taken or determination that is ( I ) made in connection with an application that was made by, or a transaction that was initiated by, any consumer, or in connection with a review of an account under section 1681b ( a ) ( 3 ) ( F ) ( ii ) of this title ; and ( II ) adverse to the interests of the consumer. The law did not mention any denials of credit but does mentions denial of insurance or employment. The application I submitted to Barclays was a consumer credit application. Pursuant to 15 usc 1602 ( f ) The term credit means the right granted by a creditor to a debtor to defer payment of debt or to incur debt and defer its payment. Does this not mean that I granted the right to Barclays as the debtor in this transaction to incur debt and defer its payments? so why am I being denied for CREDIT that I am granting? I did not apply for insurance or employment with Barclays. Every consumer credit transaction includes a finance charge. a finance charge is defined as the sum of all charges, payable directly or indirectly by the person to whom the credit is extended, and imposed directly or indirectly by the creditor as an incident to the extension of credit pursuant to 15 usc 1602 ( j ) - The terms open end credit plan and open end consumer credit plan mean a plan under which the creditor reasonably contemplates repeated transactions, which prescribes the terms of such transactions, and which provides for a finance charge which may be computed from time to time on the outstanding unpaid balance.Im granting the right as the original creditor to open, my open-end consumer credit plan. copies of the federal laws will be uploaded labeled exhibit b, c and d

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I called in to request a payoff statement it was promised that I would receive it within one day However, call back on XX/XX/XXXX several times and stated that it had to be resubmitted and informed the agents that it was very urgent that I received the payoff of {$180.00} to expedite our closing which is this week. I believe that I'm being discriminated against with receiving the document to pay off the account for {$880.00} which was agreed to on the phone. It should not take that long to produce a payoff statement even if an account was written off I believe they are purposely discriminating because they know that we are attempting to close on our mortgage It is another attempt to discriminate against XXXX XXXX and US veterans I have called several times but received no answers and have been missed treated in the process as well as verbally abused because I called in to request the document and expedite the document. XXXX informed the customer relations department that they could not release the document until after 24 to 72 hours If it is an urgent matter, why would The collections department withhold my receiving the payoff settlement document today There are always exceptions to the rule of processing documents It is ruthless and malicious, especially when they were aware I am a XXXX XXXX female is attempting to close on their home. This is a vicious malicious discriminatory, Biased and a form of housing discrimination when you know one is attempting to close on their loan. I have still not received the email regarding the settlement payoff For {$880.00} which was agreed to XX/XX/2021. If a lawyer had called it would've been released.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I received an email regarding a replacement card that was sent to me. I immediately called the bank as i did not request a replacement card. The representative that I spoke to on that day indicated that a new card was being sent because there was a new feature that was added to the card. She indicated she could activate the card for me to which I responded no, because I had not yet received that card. Towards the end of XXXX I logged on to my account to pay my bill and noticed that they were several charges on my account that I did not do totaling over five thousand dollars. I immediately called and informed the bank about the charges and requested that the card be closed and a replacement and to be sent VIA XXXXXXXX, with signature required at delivery. Please note that I still had my original card in my possession and had not received the replacement card that was sent earlier in the month. The card I requested to be sent to me via XXXX was received. An investigation was allegedly done by the institution and they are accusing me of making those charges. I will state for the record that I never received the card neither did I activate the card or make those purchases. I have requested proof that I made the charges and no proof was provide. I was told that nothing else can be done.

Consumer Complaint: I refinanced my home in XXXX. The mortgage company sent me separate checks to pay off my credit cards. I sent these checks to all my creditors including Barclay Advantage Credit Card. I called in advance and asked for the correct addresses. All the checks were applied to my various creditors except Barclay. They're claiming they never received my check. I sent it via certified mail and have a copy of the person 's signature that signed for it. I also have proof that they deposited the check to their account. My complaint is that they never applied it to my account and it's been almost 3 months! I've called numerous times and never get anything resolved. The amount was for {$7400.00}. Please help me!!!

Ive reached out to these companies several times and have explain to them that this is not my debt And they have failed several times to give me proof. On top of that My insurance premium is going up because of these collections and they are saying is mine luckily I still have my job and I havent missed out on any opportunities because of my credit score however it is harder for me to rent an apartment and that is the main reason why Im looking to get home. The deposit that I have to pay for my utilities as well as Internet is outrageous all because they are going based off my credit. At this point I dont feel like I can build wealth in America or even retire because of the falsely accused collections that are on my credit report. I hope your day is going well, but I need your help. I noticed the following issues with these accounts on my credit report. I did not authorize nor know anything about these accounts listed. these are fraudalent accounts. i know my rights. This is stopping my life please remove them immediatley .You have 30 days. Consumer Complaint: I noticed many fraudulent charges on my Barclays credit card from XXXX of this year. Initially, when I contacted them, I was able to get the card closed and a new one allegedly sent out. I was assured that my card indeed had fraudulent charges, and that I was not responsible for the charges. I was given a new card number. However, the issue arose when Barclays sent me a letter saying I had to submit IRS form 4506-T. I submitted the form as requested. This was about a few weeks ago. However, since then, I still dont have a new credit card, my online account is still locked, and the credit card company has never sent me any updates regarding if the IRS form was accepted, denied, or anything in between. Whats worse is, I have a credit card statement due on the new card number that Im pretty sure was still used fraudulently. Because I never got the new card, never activated it, and its radio silence on the status of my account and my card.

Consumer Complaint: I asked for a replacement card with Barclaycard, and while it was in process of getting delivered in the mail, which it finally did - the company went ahead and closed my account and now will not reissue the account whatsoever. I never missed a payment, had no issues, or anything. I just wanted my replacement card so I can begin using the card and have positive activity. They did this to discriminate and retaliate against me for no reason, and they will not provide a justification as to this decision that was made literally right as I asked for the replacement card. They are only doing this because I am of XXXX ancestry, no other reason.
