When I applied I was informed that due to my XXXX XXXX status, the card 's {$990.00} annual fee would be waived, as well as zero percent interest charges during the duration of my XXXX XXXX status. Barclays Luxury Card honored this " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' for only one year. Each year thus far, ( XXXX ) I have been charged a {$990.00} Annual Fee. There will also be another {$990.00} Annual Fee posting to my account in XXXX of XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Around XX/XX/2020 I contacted Barclays Card to report fraudulent activity on my account. The company reversed the unauthorized charges but failed to remove the late payment they reported on XX/XX/2020. I tried contacting them recently to try and get this corrected, however customer services informs me that they are unable to go back past 12 months on my account ; therefore unable to investigate the late payment. Im contacting this agency for assistance in getting this late charge removed from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/22 I spoke with XXXX XXXX about a vacation package timeshare. At that time I agreed to run my credit to see if I was approved for a funds for a deposit on the vacation package. I wanted to take the entire contract to my room and read it. After doing so, I decided I did not wish to purchase any package or timeshare. I have a signed statement from the merchant stating that the deposits previously discussed on XX/XX/22 would be refunded within 15 days. This was not done. I have disputed the charges with my XXXX XXXX. However the Barclays card which is the line of credit XXXX ran will not allow me to file a dispute. They have been stating their system is down for three days, I received no services. I do not owe them money. I also did not want to open this line of credit. Barclays is not cooperating with me. I have also reached out to my contact at XXXX XXXX with no response.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a time share presentation with my new husband by XXXX, a subsidiary XXXX XXXX. The time share said they were using my social security number to check if I was eligible for the time share and mentioned along the way that I was eligible for a credit card. I told them I wasn't interested in any of the products and signed a piece of paper declining services. Later that day I received an email " confirming my new credit card from XXXX. '' At no point did I agree to a credit card and it was signed up for using my maiden name. I hadn't told the presenters I took my new husband 's name so they signed me up using my maiden name without ever asking my current name. They didn't even ask if I wanted the credit card but I had told them I didn't want to take on any more debt specifically. This is really bad. My new husband and I were in the process of applying for a HELOC to pay for our wedding and I am incredibly worried their fraud is going to prevent me from being able to pay for our wedding. I need help getting out of their credit card and repairing my credit score. Thank you for anything you can do!

I mistakenly missed a payment with autopay and fail to make at least the minimum payment due of {$29.00} XXXX forgot to check I have been a loyal customer for over years with XXXX and credit cardholder with Barclay for more than 10 years with excellent payment history. I called XXXX to explain the situation they told me to write a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX. I never received a response back and the late charge is still being reported with the 3 major credit bureaus.
