Consumer Complaint: NOTICE OF, INTEND TO INITIATE LETIGATION ( COMPLAINT ) To whom it XXXX concern : The above referenced auto loan was charged off and the vehicle was wrongfully repossessed. In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, I filed a Complaint in the XXXX XXXX XXXX office. The case number was XXXX XXXX XXXX This case was in part successfully litigated and Bank of America 's counsel was agreeable to paying the Plaintiff, myself, the maximum allowable amount for that Court type. Unfortunately, the Complaint had been erroneously filed in Small Claims Court and needed to be Motioned into Civil Court, as the stated amount of damages being sought exceeded the respective amount allowed in Small Claims Court. Upon the Judge Motioning the case to the appropriate Court, the case was again opened, this time in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The case number now being XXXX XXXX. This case was not able to be litigated successfully as I, the Plaintiff, did not have the correct causes of action stated in the Complaint. The Judge gave me the opportunity to Amend said Complaint which I was not able to file immediately due to health issues. When I was able to go to get it filed, the system was under maintenance and due to my lack of transportation at that time, I was unable to return and get it filed timely. At this time, I, the Plaintiff, have everything in order and ready to be filed one last time in the Circuit Civil Court with the means to retain counsel to represent me in the matter.

Consumer Complaint: plan a vacation one week in XXXX XXXX, a week before departure had an accident, contacted travel agency, airline credit card company, the gave me the impression that they will consider taking care of the problem. they did not. I did communicate both mor than 3 times, no obey. departure past the travel company ask the airline to make an action that a " no show '' will kept the travel agency not liable to refund the ticket nor change the itinerary to another date even if a penalty that I was willing to pay with no hesitation. purchase the seats and the airline gave me credit for them for a further travel. purchased an insurance, with the same travel agency thru a third party, after they knew I was not able to fly, they did refund the insurance fee. The credit card company took my claim, did processed and fail to get the refund, and gave me no hope to recover the plane tickets nor the money not even think about miles, reason given the card is sponsor by an airline not involved in this mess. At the end the credit card company gave me no valid reason after deceiving and untrue letters from the travel agency suggesting and asserting that is my fault all alone and just forget about it, and on top of that that stuff happens and I get to give money away because '' it is difficult to deal with these kind of merchants and the economy is bad, and no worries you still have / {$21000.00} credit with " Us '', just. keep paying ( {$2100.00}, {$800.00} emergency services. {$1500.00} paid vacations, plus the highest interest on top and keep cool!!. All I ask was open tickets to the same destination at my convenience with a fair fee in good faith, that's all, just deliver what I prepaid!. thank you, respectfully The Deceived Customer.

I called Bank of America they told me the date it was approved but could not tell me who approved this card being created. Consumer Complaint: This in regard to an unauthorized charge of amount, {$1100.00} on my Bank of America ( BoA ) Visa credit card. I, an Associate Professor of Economics, made a hotel booking for XXXX XXXX XXXX New York on XX/XX/2023, to attend an academic conference from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I was charged twice for this booking ( see attached credit card statement ). I immediately notified BoA regarding this and they submitted a claim on my behalf. However, BoA wrongly denied the claim on XX/XX/XXXX. They mentioned that these are valid charges as I have two separate reservations. I rebutted their decision by providing them with a copy of the email booking confirmation for my single reservation and a separate email from the merchant confirming that. BoA again incorrectly denied the claim on XX/XX/XXXX. The disputed charge of {$1100.00} is back on my card. This has been an extremely stressful process for me. I am highly disappointed how BoA is handling this case. I am being continuously harassed for something that I am not responsible for. Throughout the review process, I was NEVER contacted by the BoA claims representatives. I repeatedly visited the local BoA branch physically and had a branch relationship manager follow up on the case on my behalf as I could NEVER contact the claims department over the phone ( see attached documents for details ). I stand by my claim that I have NOT authorized two reservations. I have multiple evidence ( see attached ) that clearly show I have only one reservation. I fail to understand how my claim is being denied. The charge is still on my credit card account. My payment due date is on XX/XX/XXXX. I will have to pay the charge by then to avoid accruing interest on it and getting a negative credit report. But I am NOT acknowledging the charge.

Consumer Complaint: File first dispute back last year, dispute somehow became overlooked and unfounded, filed secon comments this year boa didn't investigate waited untill last day claim was due and denied claim without cause. Call and ask for documentation that Substantiated. The denial of said claim never received any documents my mail or email. Asked for reconsideration of claim and told it would be completed in 45 days we are weeks past that time frame still no anwser no provision cresit. No documentation.

Consumer Complaint: I am participating in a debt management program through a third party company. In early XXXX, I was informed Bank of America accepted the credit proposals for payoff of XXXX cards and I was instructed to cancel all automatic payments. I tried to cancel through my online account but was unable to and I called Bank of America 's XXXX number. The rep informed me that my automatic payments were successfully cancelled. On XX/XX/XXXX, Bank of America took {$570.00} from my BOA checking account to pay the credit card. I called BOA credit card line and was informed they could do nothing until the payment posted. I believe the rep was XXXX in XXXX. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX, the same representative helped me. He said that the automatic payments were cancelled and that he submitted my refund request of {$570.00} for approval. He stated that it would take XXXX business days to process the refund and see it in my account. He also said it should not take long since I have a BOA checking account. On Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called again to inquire on the refund. I was told that it was approved on XX/XX/XXXX and it will take XXXX business day to be received into my account. I did not ask about automatic payments as I assumed they were cancelled. I called back on the XXXX business day, the BOA rep informed me the refund was not processed and it could take XXXX or more business days to get into my account. I asked about expediting as the lack of funds put me behind on other bills. He said there was nothing he could do. Again, I did not ask about automatic payments as I assumed they were cancelled. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I woke to another {$200.00} automatic payment drafted from my checking account causing me to go into the negative. I had not received my refund. I called the same BOA credit card number, they said no refund was ever processed and they could not help me because my account was closed. They gave me XXXX as the " closed accounts number. '' I called that number and was transferred 3 times before landing on the phone with XXXX XXXX. He stated that there is no such thing as a " closed account '' line and that my refund was never process nor auto payments cancelled. He confirmed my XXXX XXXX XXXX made the agreed upon payment of {$200.00} posting XX/XX/XXXX and the XXXX payment came directly from my account. After speaking to the XXXX and confirming I want the {$570.00} back, XXXX gave me the following information in our XXXX hour phone call. XXXX. If I requested the {$570.00}, my account would be delinquent. I said that was fine. I want my money. XXXX. He can not cancel my auto payments. I had to call back in XXXX hours ( after the {$200.00} posts ) to cancel the automatic payments. XXXX. I can not request a refund of the {$200.00} until XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX at the earliest. XXXX. The refund is subjective to approval and can take XXXX or more days to be issued from date of approval. He could not or would not give any timeline for approval. As BOA can tell by looking at my accounts, each draft sent me into the negative balance. I have no faith that the automatic payments will be cancelled or that I will receive the refund of {$770.00} that BOA withdrew from my account without my consent.

Consumer Complaint: I have a fraudulent accounts on my credit report, which I reported it to BANK OF AMERICA, yet BANK OF AMERICA is not removing these fraudulent accounts. BANK OF AMERICA has no right to refuse to remove this fraudulent account because I am a victim of identity theft and I have filed a valid police report. According to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681C-2 ) consumer reporting agencies and creditor shall block the reporting of any information resulting from identity theft no later than 4 business days after date of receipt, yet BANK OF AMERICA has refused to do this. The followings are the fraudulent accounts : BANK OF AMERICA XXXX opened XX/XX/2017 Balance {$36000.00} and BANK OF AMERICA XXXX opened XX/XX/2017 Balance {$49000.00} which were open at an address where I have never lived at and it has nothing to do with me.
