The bank did not close my account for several months accruing maintenance charges also, I was not notified of this nor the denial of reported fraudulent charges which were for XXXX. I didnt even have an account with XXXX it was being used for a woman named XXXX XXXX XXXX to bank of America . I tried for a year to contact anyone at bAnk of America but was repeatedly given wrong numbers for contacts to fix this, I finally got sick of this and scheduled an appointment with a manager at Bank of America in XXXX nh which I was there for hours. The manager said he cant do anything or he would get fired but the bank was in the wrong but according to their policies the only way rectify this situation was for me to repay all of America the XXXX $ something they refunded me for fraudulent charges. Consumer Complaint: The existence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me significant concern. I am deeply worried about its potential impact on my credit. It has already resulted in the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. I want to emphasize the severe financial and emotional distress that this negative rating has caused me and will continue to cause until it is resolved.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted complaint XXXX on XX/XX/ and still have not received a response from the company. Ive reached out to XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX ext XXXX and never receive an answer or a callback despite leaving several voicemails. She also never responds to the email XXXX since sending the email acknowledging my dispute on XXXX XXXX XXXX I called prepaid services and they told me that the response was sent to the wrong address, which was the basis of my initial complaint and the reason for claims XXXX and XXXX in the amount of {$15.00}, XXXX. They were supposedly resending to my proper address, but I have yet to receive it or the requested documentation used for the denial or any of my statements. Case XXXX should be reopened because its clear fraud occurred and that the bank is still erroneously sending my information to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX address. The guy living there now luckily had not thrown it away and I was able to get photos of the letter and completely disagree with the decision. Please, credit my account for the disputed funds or I will be seeking remedy through civil court. This is my final attempt to resolve this issue outside of court. And please stop sending my account and personal information to an address not associated with my account or my unemployment claim in any way!

Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly
Consumer Complaint: I must admit it finds me far from pleased. My recent perusal of my XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX credit reports has revealed some rather distressing discrepancies. It appears that certain transactions have been posted on my credit report, which I firmly believe contravene federal laws designed to safeguard the accuracy and fairness of consumer reports. It is my contention that your company 's actions in this regard constitute a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and XXXX Compliance. Per 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the FCRA, a " consumer report '' explicitly excludes " report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. '' This, in my understanding, blatantly runs afoul of the aforementioned FCRA provision, as these transactions exclusively involve interactions between myself and your corporation. In accordance with XXXX compliance standards, I kindly request that you provide me with the XXXX compliance disclosure governing the reporting of transactions to a consumer reporting agency. Furthermore, I insist on the immediate removal of the transactions reported in XXXX and XXXX from my consumer reports, as they are in clear violation of federal law. Before you consider responding with a request for validation, please understand that my query does not pertain to validation or verification. I expect no further delay in addressing these pressing concerns.
