Therefore, I opened the claim number XXXX, which told the claim price {$50.00}. And an attached message/letter asked me to submit the additional information for this claim. As I mentioned in the previous letter, this claim must mean for the charge of XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NJ. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, the amount of {$58.00} was returned by the same office ; therefore, I would like to ask what this {$50.00} is meant and what kind of additional information you want. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I had a check made out to the GA Revenue for a last payment for local state taxes. There was enough money in my account to make this payment and according to Bank of America 's check payments, it should have been paid as there was {$20.00} left in that account and I was expecting a deposit in one of my accounts for over {$6000.00} which I received the next day and I would transfer more money into that personal account. There was a bank of america payment to a credit card I was paying additional funds on and nothing was due which was posted or listed after the check was presented. They chose to pay this payment ( their credit card ) over my check sent for taxes!. With this credit card I have {$14000.00} of credit line and {$2500.00} remaining and this was not due it was an additional {$100.00} payment. Bank of America returned the State tax check and paid themselves ( which posted after ) I am sending a screenshot and want a letter to send to the State of Ga so I don't get fees there. I send another payment to them and letter with screenshot to a manager at the State of Ga Dept of Revenue. The balance at that time was paid off.

Consumer Complaint: I had a secure credit card from Bank of America. I requested, in XX/XX/XXXX, that it be closed after applying my deposit to pay it off and send the remaining deposit back to me. They confirmed that the account is closed, it even stopped appearing on the app. When I called to confirm that it was closed, in XX/XX/XXXX, they again confirmed its closed. In XXXX of XXXX, I got a call from a dept collector saying BoA had sent my account to collections, they facilitated the call with BoA where the BoA agent confessed that the account was somehow not properly closed- the deposit was not applied to it- and it kept accruing interest. Although they understood the problem, they just bounced me between departments and told me that no one has the authority resolve the issue. I was told that while they understand its unfair, I should just pay it off to get it over with.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$3400.00} to attend a jazz festival in XXXX, XXXX on XXXX XXXX. This was to include hotel accommodations and a weekend of jazz with Music Getaways. XXXX days before the concert I got a letter that the hotel was oversold and not to come to XXXX. XXXX days before the concert I got a letter to stop calling the hotel because it was not the hotels problem but theirs and they would get back with me and offer me to attend another concert in XXXX. I dont want to attend a concert of theirs in XXXX. They changed the lineup of the concert they cancelled on me and removed the headliner so I have no idea what they will deliver if anything in XXXX ( plus I paid for a concert in XXXX not XXXX ). I have no way of contacting them as you can only reach them by e-mail. I sent them several e-mails and they still have not reached out to me. XXXX XXXX is now in bankruptcy, they have several scam sites dedicated to them on FB and XXXX and they also have had newspaper and news reports on their lack of delivering the services promised because they have scammed so many people. Many people have gotten their money back from their credit cards including some with CC accounts at the Bank of America per a poll done on one of those Scam pages on FB. How does Bank of America decide to give some of their customers their money back and not all of them when we all had the same thing happen to us. It seems like it just depends on who reviews it. I want consistency and fairness. Can I repeat their response to me was I did not prove that I did not get what I paid for. I dont understand how the e-mail from Music Getaways received 3 days prior to the show that says DO NOT SHOW up in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is not proof that I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. As I today, I gave Music Getaways {$3400.00} of my money and I received absolutely nothing : NO HOTEL and NO JAZZ CONCERT I went through the dispute channel with Bank of America. I sent them the following : Letters cancelling my ability to attend the concert from Music Getaway Letter from the attorney general that they are in bankruptcy court Copies of XXXX XXXX from the Scam website News article on the scam of this concert promoter After all of this Bank of America denied my claim and did not offer me any option to appeal their decision. These people stole my money. I was unable to stay at the hotel or attend the concert, yet they charged me {$3400.00}. I am super angry with them for intentionally taking my money but how can a financial institution condone this and not consider it fraud, lack of receipt of services when I did not get what I paid for and I proved it.

The allegations of delinquency and derogatoriness are without evidence, so I refuse to accept them as true. Let me take a moment to inform you that the reportability of this allegation has been challenged.
