Consumer Complaint: I the consumer and Natural person/original creditor was denied the extension of my credit after I gave them my social security number and I received no benefits, this is proof of fraudulent activity ( unauthorized use of credit card ) which is against 15 USC 1602 ( p ), I the consumer made a application ( in good faith ) but credit was not issued which is in violation of 15 USC 1642,15USC 1681 ( m ) and 12 CFR 1002,1002.7 they are subject to Criminally Liability for violating 15 USC 1691 as I have proof that I was Discriminated against by the response I received. Averse Action against a consumer is against the law according to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act which is codified in 15 USC 1691and is pursuant to Civil Liability under 15 USC 1692 ( k ), Also violation of 15 USC 1611 which is Public Knowledge for willfully and knowingly, whoever gives false or inaccurate information or fails to provide information which he is required to disclose under the provisions of this subchapter or any regulation issued here under. they are criminally and civilly liable for actual damages pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( m ) and 15 USC 1681o.

Consumer Complaint: Ally Bank has consisted and transacted in a fraudulent manner and refuses to resolve the issue or try to resolve the situation in which they have created. Ally Bank Opened a Checking and Savings account in my name with stolen information on or around XX/XX/XXXX. I am a victim of identity fraud, and these applications for both of these accounts were not authorized nor approved by me. I have extended fraud victim alerts on my credit files which specifically states that before opening an account or approving an application I MUST BE CALLED and IT MUST BE VERIFIED I AM Opening the account or application. Yet Ally Bank, Opened both checking / savings account and did not contact me asking if I approved the application. These applications overall are fraud. Additionally, Ally Bank never sent me any documents, they did not send me any debit cards or even verify my information. I can not login to said account 's nor could I ever view what transactions occurred because ALLY BANK again didn't verify my information. When I try to retrieve or login to the account based on the credit file it says it tries to text some phone number that doesn't match mine ( Ending in XXXX ) It also says XXXX email addresses I have never owned XXXX, and XXXX Neither email address is owned nor can I retrieve any emails from said email addresses. I do not own the phone number ending in XXXX. Additionally Ally bank closed this account originally for identity fraud, but later reopened the account and charged it {$4400.00} IN CHARGES. Again unauthorized charges. I did not conduct business with their merchants, and I did not receive any monetary benefits from said transactions. I do not work for the employer they had depositing in the account either, nor have I ever. I spoke to their fraud department and this was supposed to be taken care of MANY MONTHS AGO, but instead ALLY Bank Sent this to XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX stating ( Account Closed for Cause OVERDRAWN ). I did write in to Ally Bank to dispute this debt and Ally bank did not contact me back, and instead called my family members to harass them telling them they will collect this debt and I WILL Pay it. I refuse to pay something I did not accept responsibility for, nor did I ever Approve these accounts to be opened in the first place. These are fraudulent applications and all transactions on these accounts are FRAUD. This is damaging my credit and not at fault to my own. So I expect Ally Bank to provide monetary relief for lying to XXXX for an account I didn't authorize just because ALLY Bank wants to collect the debt and the easiest way for them to do so is abusive practices and Lying about the victim instead of the thief. I do not own these account 's and I do not accept responsibility again. These accounts are fraud and can not be retrieved I did not receive any DEBIT Cards and I have not physically called these people.

Consumer Complaint: This is the third complaint against Ally financial they most recently unlawfully repossessed my vehicle, and evidence that I have shows that they were premeditated in doing this months before actually performing the repossession with clear intent to defraud me because once they took my vehicle, they still trying to collect a debt of nearly 3/4 of the debt, which was owed on the retail installment contract when I was in possession of the vehicle, and had made two separate payments to pay the vehicle in full, including the last payment, which was in the form of a check for which I received the check back with a clear indication that Ally financial had deposited the check into their account, and had received for credit prior to repossessing my vehicle

Consumer Complaint: I turned my lease in on XXXX and Ally Financial sent me a bill for {$1900.00}. They are claiming the a rear taillight was cracked, a tire was below the tread line and I was a few days late on turning it in. Tail light : I took pictures of the entire car inside and out and I sublimed the picture to them but they claimed the picture was inconclusive, bottom line taillight was not cracked. Tire : I replaced all 4 used tires before turning in I verified the tread before purchase and they were acceptable. Turn in Date : I turned in the vehicle on XXXX but Ally sais I turned a few days later than that. I have proof from the dealership that I did turn it in on the XXXX.

XX/XX/2023 was the date the transactions happened XXXX XXXX : Ally Card Alerts Card XXXX Did you purchase XXXX {$39.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX {$12.00} XXXX ; Reply Y or N Reply HELP for help ; STOP to Cancel and I called ollo / now ally bank to notify them of this issue. They just made it even worse. After waiting for 1hr on the phone proceeded to have a very unpleasant conversation with one of their finestdisputes department who went ahead and said they can not guarantee a refund at any point of the 90day investigation. A very concerning issues considering the credit cards are federally insured. To make it even worse the merchant confirms that they refunded the funds. Shockingly now I have 2 charges of XXXX and XXXX on my card. It this point Im even more confused.

After the XXXX, Ally Bank suspended my car loan payments. A total of {$16000.00}. Despite repeated calls, none of my calls were answered. At the end of the 4th month, Ally Bank requested a refund of {$35000.00}, a figure above the current total repayment amount of {$16000.00}, from my insurance company. As a result of our objections, my insurance company finally collected the parking fee and other transportation fees in XX/XX/XXXX, as well as the sum of the installments that I did not pay, with interest. He paid back {$19000.00} and the debt was settled. Ally Bank held me responsible for a payment dispute with the insurance company Progressive after I charged a higher fee than the payment amount, even though I had no obligations. He sent me a letter to Ally Bank about my late payment. Because of this, my credit rating was unfairly lowered. As a result of the dispute between Ally Bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the repayment amount of the vehicle, my credit rating was unfairly lowered. Consumer Complaint: This week my spouse and I 's checking and savings accounts were closed by Ally bank without notice. First, it was the checking the account earlier in the week, which had all of it's funds ( XXXX ) transferred into the saving account. Upon contacting Ally customer service, I was informed that the account was closed due to potential fraudulent activity BUT the savings account, with $ XXXX, was NOT at risk of being closed ( transcripts of the conversation with customer support have been saved and are available ). Today, we received an email at XXXX EST that the savings account was also closed and we can not access our funds. We are currently in the final stages of closing on a new home and this has created a major impediment that may affect our ability to close on the home and potentially negatively impact our credit reports.
