Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, Ally locked a rate for an equity loan ( {$370000.00} ) to fund purchase of an undeveloped piece of land for which we had by then entered into a contract to buy. Ally and we processed the equity loan without problem, the loan was approved, and a closing disclosure was issued XX/XX/XXXX. After this, and after rates started to rise, Ally began asking for tax information related to the undeveloped piece of land, for which we explained repeatedly we ( or any other member of the public ) do not have access, but which we attempted to have third parties obtain ( unsuccessfully ). Ally then suggested we lie and say no contract was in place ( despite us telling Ally in writing and verbally that the contract had been in place since the beginning. At this point, Ally refuses to stop insisting on unavailable and unrelated information. I'll attach documents and email chains explaining our frustration that extraneous documents and outrageous demands to lie as an excuse to not close. Ally appears to be creating excuses not to honor its rate lock.

Consumer Complaint: Auto loan settlement was paid in full, as agreed. 30 days later a new bill, under the same acct number was mailed to me. Now stating there is a past due amount. The account has been paid in full, a month early. Radius global continues to verify the account is paid in full, yet continues to bill and report to credit bureaus that the account is defaulted and past due. On XX/XX/21, spoke to Mrs XXXX ( original contact person ) she stated it is an error and the account is in fact paid. She stated an email would be sent showing no payment is due. The company refuses to send me verificattion of a paid account, is reporting to the 3 major credit bureaus and continues to add late fees and unpaid amounts to a closed account.
