Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I have viewed my XXXX credit report and notice that there is an unauthorized inquire place in my file. This company has put a hard pull inquire on my XXXX. I have sent them letters explaining to them that I have not given any such authorization or signed any documents allowing ALLY LENDING to RUN my credit. I have asked them in Both letter to provide me with A copy of the loan application with WET Signature. If they cant provide me with the information I requested, I ask that they remove this inquire from my XXXX Report. They have failed to provide this information and using stall tactics. This inquire still remain on m report.

Consumer Complaint: I have tried to call the Ally bank multiple times to see what is causing the lease buyout from being completed. The money was already accepted by Ally Bank on XX/XX/XXXX and the title has already been transferred. I have never once received a call back from a supervisor or when requesting a call back from them. If they have called they've never left a voicemail so I know it's even them calling. I filed a XXXX complaint to try and get some attention to my situation and still nothing. They have now reported to the credit agencies that my account is past due even though they have the money for the buyout and the title has already been transferred.

Consumer Complaint: Contacted XXXX XXXX in XXXX Nevada to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was lead to believe the vehicle was in stock and that we were working a deal on a vehicle they have. I told the dealership that I had my own financing through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a preapproval letter through XXXX XXXX but they are high interest and that I do not want to use them. The sales person asked for my social to verify my preapproval and that he may be able to get me a {$1000.00} rebate from XXXX XXXX. would not be a hard inquiry. I do not want inquiries on my credit and would not sign anything allowing so. nothing was presented. Then they told me they have an approval through XXXX XXXX. They ran my credit to 5 banks without my approval whatsoever. nothing signed. nothing allowed. with very clear instructions not to do so. They Lied and according to their online reputation I now see that this scammy behavior is common practice. on top of that they sent a purchase order, asked for a deposit and secured it for purchase. then when it came in lied and said it was damaged and it was really sold.

Consumer Complaint: ON XXXX XXXX, my car was totaled by another driver that hit me. Her insurance contacted ALLY FINANCIAL on XX/XX/XXXX to request a letter of guarantee. Ally claimed they needed more documentation. On XX/XX/XXXX the documents were faxed to them. We have a confirmation page. On XX/XX/XXXX we had to call Ally to check the status of the letter and they stated they did not receive the documents. The insurance agent faxed the documents again. This time Ally claiming they received the documents and it will be XXXX business days. XXXX contacted Ally again on the XX/XX/XXXX to check on the letter and the said they were going through system change and it would be another XXXX business days. Meanwhile my husband and I have contacted Ally to find out what is the hold up, due to we are having to still make our payments and do not have a vehicle. My last attempt was on today XX/XX/XXXX and the loss department informed me it will be XXXX business days. They have not gave me any answer to the letter and are telling me false timelines. They have treated me very unprofessional and this has put so much stress on my husband and I. At one conversation with the loss department ( XXXX ) customer service said we will not get our letter before XXXX. I feel like Ally has took advantage of us by continuing to add interest and late fees.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I am not sure if you deal with ALLY bank. I have had issues with them since I started banking with them. I had filled disputes earlier this month and they blocked my account from doing so. I am unable to even look at my account. I get paid through XXXX which is linked to Ally. I called Ally to unlink my XXXX account and they will not do so. I have been hung up on when asking for a supervisor by the back office. I recently was paid through XXXX and they will not give me my money. I was told this would be resolved in 3-5 buisness days and this was on the XX/XX/XXXX. I need my money like anyone else and I don't see how this is legal to hold someone's earnings as Ally is doing. I've had nothing but issues with this bank from the start. At this point I don't care about the disputes I just want my money Tha was sent through XXXX and they will not give it to me!

Consumer Complaint: Ally Financial is attempting to collect a debt and repossess a vehicle that they can not repossess according to the law. I have written several letters to them about this and they are not acknowledging federal law. I want them to cease and desist and respond accordingly to the letters that I have sent them. Ally has sent me letters repeating the same thing over and over and I have sent them all the information that they have requested. Ally Bank is threatening to repossess my vehicle and that is against the law. Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. I have sent them two ( 2 ) letters with all the details that were required and the information that they asked for and they keep responding saying that " We are unable to conduct a reasonable investigation at this time because your letter does not specify what information Ally Financial is furnishing that you are disputing. '' This is untrue. I sent them everything. Why do they keep saying this?

I had the opportunity to talk to several lawmakers and friends, and learned some basic laws in regards to voluntary or repossession of a vehicle. Under the laws of XXXX and XXXX XXXX as well as State XXXX and XXXX statutes, a deficiency can not be claimed unless all of the required notices were properly and timely given, and all of the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to.
