Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I opened a dispute with Ally due to being overcharged {$75.00} for a parking garage fee when it should have been {$18.00}. Ally provided a provisional credit while investigating and contacted me in XX/XX/2022, stating that the vendor requested a receipt to prove the error. I explained to the representative who called me that the parking garage in question does not provide receipts. Instead, it takes the ticket into the machine, takes your payment, and you have to drive out following. No receipt or confirmation is dispensed following payment. The representative stated that I could write a letter detailing the incident instead. So, on XX/XX/2022, I submitted a letter to Ally customer support detailing what happened. Last Wednesday, XX/XX/2022, I received a letter from Ally stating that my provisional credit had been reversed and that the bank denied the dispute due to a transaction completed with a merchant I have an established relationship. How is paying a parking garage fee indicative of an established relationship? Due to this issue, my account is now over-drafted, and Ally 's claim of an established relationship with a public parking facility is bogus. What proof or documentation was used to come to such an absurd conclusion?

I have an inquiry from ALLY FINANCIAL on XX/XX/2021 for a car that I purchased with the contract date of XX/XX/2021. I have never authorized ALLY FINANCIAL to authorize ANOTHER credit inquiry on XX/XX/2021. I already had my car and contract was signed and dated by that date. Because I did not apply for credit with ALLY FINANCIAL on that date XXXXand I only have ONE account with ALLY FINANCIAL I am asking that they remove the XX/XX/2021 inquiry from my credit profile.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent numerous letters to Ally Financial about them reporting 30 late payments to all three credit bureaus. I did a payment extension with Ally financial and the continued to report that I was 30 days late for 30 payments. I have tried to contact them in writing numerous times and on the phone but to no avail. I dont even get a response in the mail. I transferred my loan to another bank due to these issues. the late payments need to be taken off immediately or I will have no choice but to seek legal action against Ally Financial.
