Consumer Complaint: Ally financial incorrectly has marked my account as being late on my credit report!! I called ally in XXXX fir an extension before my account was passed due I spoke to a rep a gentleman I was explained that I would need to to get approval before I can get an extension and that I would receive a call within XXXX business days I explained that my account was almost passed due I never got a call they marked on my credit as missed payment this is not right I then try to solve the issue with ally but was told they were unable to pull the call up fir investigation because it was to far back I said thats not right and that I would be making a complaint!! I take full responsibility on 1 missed payment but they need to remove this one fir lying to me and never calling me back I feel cheated I am no longer with ally for there lying and false reporting on my credit report!!

All of my attempts to correct the reporting with Ally and all 3 credit reporting agencies has failed. Ally has not responded at all and the 3 agencies just send me an general response saying the information has been verified without giving me the proper proof. Consumer Complaint: My wife had a car loan through Ally Financial an online bank. She passed away in XX/XX/XXXX. The car was repossessed in XXXX at which time to get it back the loan was paid in full. I have never received the title or a release of XXXX to get the car registered to me. I went to the Ohio title bureau in XX/XX/XXXX to request a replacement title. They said it still showed a XXXX on the car. Ive called Ally numerous times since then and they do show the car is paid in full. They have said theyve mailed the title/release, that theyre going to mail it and XXXX get it in a week to XXXX days ( I, havent ). I get transferred to numerous people and departments to no avail. The plates on the car expire soon and XXXX be stuck with a car I cant or shouldnt drive because of their negligence. The car is or should be legally mine but I cant prove that since I dont have the proper papers. The loan was in my XXXX name only, XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I would tell anyone not to do business with Ally Financial

Consumer Complaint: I went to XXXX XXXX dealership in XXXX XXXX, ND and after being told that I did not qualify for any sort of car or loan I realized that they had placed several hard inquiries with different potential lenders in the short time that I had been there. Although it seems as if they have removed any evidence of the hard inquiries on the dealership 's behalf, it is my belief that my information was already shared or sold to other entities who have used my data in the most improper ways to either create unnecessary credit reporting. Also, it looks as though several companies have taken it upon themselves to change information that has to do with my checking accounts that are including XXXX activity and sharing credit reporting information with potential employers without my consent. These companies would include XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and ALLY Financial. Since learning of these breaches of information and misuse of my data and identity I have noticed an unusual fluctuation in my credit score, I have been denied employment, and my checking account has had several unauthorized debits and withdrawals that I have had to dispute. I really hope that there is some resolution to the difficult situation that this has caused me and my family because I really need to know how to keep this from happening in the future.
