Consumer Complaint: I received a call from a caller ID that stated it was XXXX XXXX. I answered as I had a pending claim, and was told it they might need additional information. Once answering the person on the phone asked if I had authorized a transfer of {$1000.00} ( keeping in mind he already had all information needed for me to be under the impression it was actually the bank Including name, phone number, account number etc. ) He told me that it could get taken care of all 's I needed to do was approve the transaction from my end so that a reversal could take place ( which I received text/email confirmation of and that all of my money would be safe. After that he stated that he needed to check my other accounts to see if the same person tried to make a transaction with those accounts. He stated that there were 2 {$500.00} pending transfers in my account with ally bank, and that I needed to follow the same steps, and that everything would be taken care of. This call took place on XX/XX/XXXX from the phone number XXXX. I called that bank immediately after hanging up the phone to confirm the information. They informed me that i was not really talking to someone from the bank, then told me that there was no way to stop the transactions. I was told to file and claim and that my money would be returned in 10 days. I received no communication from either bank about the status of either claim so I called XX/XX/XXXX to check that status. I was told by Ally is was denied and they couldn't give me any more information until I received a letter in the mail, and XXXX XXXX wouldn't give me a straight answer. I finally received letters in the mail from both today XXXX that my claims were denied. I tried calling to see what else could be done to retrieve my XXXX that was taken and they told me it was my fault because I approved the transition on my end and they won't be giving my money back. They would as continue to transfer to me different people throughout all of the calls because they did know what to tell me.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : ALLY FINANCIAL is willfully and knowingly violating my rights. I have not consented to my personal information being shared. This corporation has shared my non- public information and reported my credit worthiness. They submitted multiple late payments and reported a delinquent account on my consumer report to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not receive my 3 disclosures that allows me to OPT-OUT. On XX/XX/2023, I contacted this Corporation and was transferred to a line that prompted me to answer 3 questions. After I answered NO to every question, the corporation still dishonored my request. I submitted a letter to the corporate address and have not received a response to my request. I am not belligerent. I just don't want to jeopardize my ability to purchase a home for my family. I am in the process of moving and this is really a form of defamation of character. I demand this be removed.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for {$120.00}. I immediately notified my company Ollo. They cancelled the card and advised they would send a new one. On XX/XX/XXXX they reversed the unauthorized charge, but I did not receive my new card for approximately 2 months. During that waiting period they continued billing me for late charges as well as interest charges. I strongly believe it was unethical to continue charging these fees for a card I did not have access to. Nor did I appreciate the excessive phone calls, which were sometimes three calls a day. This is harassment. As of this date, the harassing calls and fees continue to mount. I would like an apology as well as a refund for all fees that are still occurring.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed transactions with Ally. They failed to respond in a timely manner and then called me on the phone to dispute the very same transactions. Now, XXXX XXXX, I get several letters in the mail asking for the same information again. Better yet, they tell me that my disputes are not covered under the regulatory dispute process because I didn't attempt to contact the merchant. Even though I did, and I told them this on the letter and on the phone several times. They refuse to give me credit, and they won't investigate unless I send them their letters back signed saying that their findings are incorrect. They are incorrect, and I can't possibly get them back within 5 calendar days because I just got the letters two weeks later. It has now been a full month since my original dispute. I am attempting to resolve this by sending them the letters, but this happened before and nobody ever helped with my dispute. I do not believe that Ally is following Regulation E guidelines and need to keep this as a record in case they don't fairly handle my dispute.
