Consumer Complaint: I'm interested in removing escrow from my mortgage with Ally bank. I reached out to them via secure message on XX/XX/23 and have been back and forth with them for over a month. My most recent message came on XX/XX/23. They denied my request and when I ask to see where in my loan documents it says that I can not remove it, they send over a form that actually says : " you may be able to remove escrow '' and has my escrow account option checked as " for now ''. I've tried speaking with them on the phone on XX/XX/23 and they refuse to send me the conditions for removing escrow or the form from my loan documents that says I can not remove it. If there was a form that I signed that said that I could not remove escrow, I will be satisfied. Since they haven't provided that, I think their denial is for the benefit of their company 's finances. Thank you for your help. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: This is the second complaint regarding the same companies. I filed a complaint in XXXX because the payment for my new car was applied to an account that was already closed. COMPLAINT ID XXXX In XXXX I got my first car with XXXX located in XXXX. When the time for my lease expired and I had to return the car in XXXX, the dealership offered me a new contract for a new car, and I decided to sign a new contract and lease a new XXXX XXXX. But the basis of this new lease was that the dealership was going to take care of any balance left on the XXXX XXXX XXXX car and the next month I would start paying for the new lease ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). ( Which only makes sense, why would I pay for 2 cars at the same time? ) Because the balance was not paid by the dealership, when I got the new car ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and had to pay the first month for my new car, the bank applied the payment towards the old account that should have been closed ( That's what my first complaint was all about ). It's XXXX and the balance for the first car was not paid ( {$460.00} ), and the bank ( XXXX ) just called me threatening to report my name as delinquent on the credit report again. I would like to have someone to assist me with this.

Consumer Complaint: Ally financial initially double reported negative information on my reports. I had a lease that I had surrendered and I looked at my credit reports some time after and saw the lease, it was correct. Some late payments but was reported as satisfied and paid in full. Then there was another item from ally stating that I owed XXXX. So I disputed the later being I have no clue what the XXXX account was, what they stated why I owed and their initial response was stating end of lease termination and deleted the account I was aware of and kept the one not belonging to me affecting my credit report with two items that were negative and falsely stating I owed XXXX dollars. My credit was adversely effected by this, lowering my scores. I kept disputing and finally it was removed from one of my reports but remains on others. I have no clue what this debt is. End of lease means nothing to me. I wasnt told at the time of leasing it that I would have a final payment. I was never notified of any charges owed. This has cost me credit and money due it resulting in lower scores and higher rates
