Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with representative XXXX at Ally Auto Financial. He was advised that Ally Auto financial company misreported a late payment from XX/XX/XXXX in error. In XXXX this was investigated and noted to be an error with the system regarding auto pay and I was told it would be resolved. However this error was never fixed and 6 years later it is still effecting my credit report and score. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX attempted to dispute the falsely reported late payment from XX/XX/XXXX and have it removed from my report but per Ally representative named XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX stated that it was denied by the credit bureaus. My payment history with Ally financial was exceptional and paid in full with XXXX late payments. My credit report should reflect this but it does not and is affecting my financial future. False reporting is illegal and should be removed at once.

Consumer Complaint: At the time i was a delivery driver for XXXX working with XXXX XXXX now I had purchased a used XXXX XXXX XXXX financed through Ally financial, i live in California I also had a set schedule i drove for about XXXX hours a day including getting to and from work! I had told them about my job location and schedule and told them specifically that they can not call me on those days as it is illegal to talk on the phone and drive in the state of California however they only called on those days now i had told them all of this information for about 2-3 months and was getting extremely frustrated I told them to stop or i am calling the cops, they did not now at that point i was mentally and physically drained from this issue and work I told them if you call and harass me again I am going to stop paying however i am willing to renegotiate if you send a representative in person no phone no text no email no mail! In person as I consider their actions as trying to get me to commit a crime! I have also tried to call them and talk about it with them to find a solution but they put me on hold for about 30 minutes and i give up!

You are in Direct Violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act Ally Financial # XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has all violated several of my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. Clearly states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states that a Comsumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637b of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before payment due date. Remove these late payments and update this account immediately as you are in direct violation of several laws under The Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I called Ally to ask why, and they said because the original check was not made out to me they could not deposit it into my account. I called customer service and theyre no help I keep getting the same answer and I have no access to my funds, its just weird how I got locked out of my account for having it less than a week and nobody can give me an answer on how long this process will take.
