Consumer Complaint: USAA Federal Savings Bank is retaliating against me for filing complaint number XXXX for failing to refund my money on a credit card. I called them to report a Dispute on my USAA Checking Account and they have done nothing for 5 days, but give me excuses why they can not give me a provision credit. I have all the documentation for the two charges of {$80.00} for a Deposit for Electric Services and {$120.00} for prepaid energy services that XXXX XXXX was unable to deliver upon. XXXX XXXX said they could get me electric service in about 7 days. They said they could not get me the service after I paid them my last {$200.00} because I needed to get and Easement from some unknown person and they sent me a bill for {$2000.00} approx that they did not discuss when I opened the account. I have closed the account and they have not refunded my money. USAA has not assigned anyone to investigate the case, because they are trying to create Fake Fees OVERDRAFTS in my account. This is retaliation and the FDIC should be notified, because they must be some pretty big irregularities at USAA. It sounds like some kind of Ponzi Scheme is going on at USAA.

Consumer Complaint: 1. ) In XX/XX/XXXX in violation of fair credit billing laws USAA reversed the decision on a billing dispute made in my favor from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX a year prior. 2. ) At that time I requested all documentation obtained during their investigation, and documentation used in making their decision. I have yet to receive any documentation for my USAA XXXX XXXX which had the largest discrepancies and errors. 3. ) I received billing statements for my two USAA XXXX Cards, none of these statements had any of the requested documentation relating to USAA 's investigation and decision to take adverse actions. 4. ) I still have not received a billing statements for my USAA XXXX XXXX and since USAA restricted my online access back in XX/XX/XXXX I have had no way of knowing what they are actually doing. I say this because USAA has failed to maintain open lines of communication or provide the requested documentation as required by law. 5. ) The timeline provided by regulation Z to finalize all billing disputes has already expired, as well as the timeline allowed for USAA to provide the requested documentation. 6. ) USAA might say they made several attempts to send me the documents. However in a discussion with XXXX from the collections department as of XX/XX/XXXX all my documents and communication with USAA was still set to be delivered online on USAA.com. Meaning, I was unable to access them due to USAA restricted my onilne account access in XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore, I made repeated requests verbally and in writing for these documents and was assured by more than 10 agents I would receive them. To this day for the USAA XXXX XXXX I have not received any documents. And I have not received any requested documents for any of my affected accounts related to USAA 's investigation or offering a detailed explanation of their decision to take many adverse actions.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX 2015 : I contacted USAA checking dept. and requested bank statements from my checking account. Unknown to me, the statements were available as saved documents on the USAA website. The customer service rep. did not inform me that the statements were available to me and said that there would be a charge for researching and copying the statements and a charge for mailing them out to me. Without knowing and not being told by the customer service rep that I already had full access to the statements that I was requesting, I reluctantly agreed to having USAA charge me to provide the statements for my checking account. XX/X/2015 : I was charged {$1000.00} for a " research and photocopy '' fee. XX/X/2015 : I was charged an " expedited '' mailing fee. XX/X/2015 : I was charged an additional {$120.00} for a " research and photocopy '' fee. After seeing the amounts of the automatic withdrawals from my checking account, I contacted USAA customer service and asked why the fee was so large. The customer service rep told me that they did not know why I was charged because all of the statements that I had requested, were available for me to view AT NO COST on my USAA website and was sorry that the previous customer service rep was wrong in not telling me this fact. I immediately asked for a full refund of the funds that were automatically taken from my checking account and was told that USAA would not return the funds. This is the ultimate in deceit and fraud.

The correct amount should have been for XXXX dollars as check states, the reminder payoff balance of loan should have been pulled from XXXX personal checking, XXXX check issue date is XXXX XXXX, 2015 a number of attempts to work with USAA to correct concern failed short, and reporting non accurate information to credit reporting agencies and not adhering to Fair Credit Reporting Act. Security data breach concerns were raised because of the additional XXXX dollars removed from XXXX XXXX account was consider fraud, inaccurate again the number should have been XXXX. The action of a USAA teller taking more out of a business account caused insiffient funds with XXXX and 30-120 day delinquency on my credit report.

This statement also shows the account being closed and available credit being XXXX. XXXX Statement closing date XXXX/XXXX/XXXX shows multiple credits totalling {$1300.00} yet, the total value for the period is shown as {$0.00}. Furthermore, this statements shows further charges despite the account already having been closed, and XXXX available credit as of the previous month. So the balance shown is now {$6600.00}. Which makes no sense. If the account was closed in XXXX, and has been reported as being closed to the CRA 's how could it then have been charged or made purchases? I have not received any notices of the account being re-opened, and it 's being reported as closed with a balance tapping into my other lines of available credit lowering my credit score. XXXX. ) No notification, statements or documents have been received after the initial document confirming receipt of my billing dispute in XXXX either. Nor do I see the charges for the charge in dispute being credited either.

I showed a couple a house then advised them to get pre-qualified for a mortgage so we can continue their home search. I then received this email from them : " XXXX called USAA to figure out what we were qualified for in regards to the loan and the person she spoke to informed her of a service that gives you money if you buy your first house using one of their realtors. The opportunity was too good to pass up so she ended up signing a non-compete clause with one of their realtors. '' This does not seem right that USAA convinces & pursuades home buyers to use their " preferred '' realtors by offering to give the buyers money. As realtors we are not allowed to steer clients or get any kickbacks from anyone in relation to real estate transactions. So how is USAA allowed to get away with this? They are stealing clients from good hardworking realtors.
