Consumer Complaint: On or about X/XX/2016 USAA Savings Bank incorrectly reported me to XXXX XXXX XXXX that USAA closed my checking account for cause. This is wrong. I closed the account due to lost checks. USAA did not suffer any monetary losses. I demand that this be removed from my XXXX XXXX report. Thank you.

Issue: Struggling to pay your loan
Subissue: Lender trying to repossess or disable the vehicle
Consumer Complaint: Wrongful Repossession and late payments showing on my credit reports : I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was shocked when my vehicle was repossessed by USAA FSB in XX/XX/XXXX. I do n't know how this could happen, especially, since my car loan has been set on ACH payments through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX since I purchased it. The transactions on USAA.com that show reversals, do not match on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bank statements. The XX/XX/XXXX transactions screenshot only shows my auto insurance policy. There are no statements for late payments or missed payments. Also, the weekend that they repossessed my vehicle, there were large unexplained fees of {$950.00} & {$750.00} on my USAA.com account. You can compare the bank statements on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX with my USAA.com transactions, payments or reversals ... .They do n't show on my bank statements. My fianc at the time, and now husband, paid over {$2200.00} to USAA to redeem the repossession. And I tried to resolve this issue in the past but both institutions are placing blame on each other without accountability, nor reparations. We have been trying to qualify for a home purchase loan and our efforts have been hindered due to the credit report lates and repossession remarks. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I am a cosigner on a loan with my son at USAA. The loan was for a {$67000.00} signature loan taken out in XX/XX/XXXX. At all times during this loan, payments were always made on time. On XX/XX/XXXX, my son ( one of the applicants on the loan ) filed for bankruptcy. However, my ex husband and myself did not ( co-applicants on the account ). So according to the loan agreement, I am still responsible for the payment of this loan. I did not file for bankruptcy. After the bankruptcy was filed, USAA charged the account off and reported the account as a charge off to my credit report. This action dropped my credit score over 135 points. At the time this loan was charged off, the account was current. It is also noteworthy to mention that USAA took a payment on XX/XX/XXXX and subsequently returned it to my son. USAA never notified me that one of the applicants filed for bankruptcy and they never gave me an opportunity to make payments on the loan. USAA is damaging my credit report by reporting this account as charged off. They charged the account off while it was current. Furthermore, a bankruptcy filing by one of the three applicants on the loan should not negatively affect the credit of the other two non-filing applicants, especially when payments have been made on time.

Issue: Problem when making payments
Subissue:
Consumer Complaint: I filed for bankruptcy protection on XX/XX/XXXX. At the time I had numerous loans with USAA. One loan in particular has close to a {$50000.00} balance and my parents are co signers on the loan. My parents mailed in a payment on XX/XX/XXXX to continue payments on the loan. They want to continue to make payments on this loan to protect their creditworthiness. However, USAA is not accepting their payments. To add insult to injury, they are returning their payments to me in the form of a check. So basically my parents are sending them the payments on the loan, and USAA is in return sending the payments to me. I am worried this will affect their creditworthiness as well. I have tried to call USAA on this and they will not address this issue.

Subissue: You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying
Consumer Complaint: The company is USAA. Everytime they have contacted me I have told them to work with XXXX XXXX XXXX who I am using for debt consolidation. Example dates XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I informed them that I was working with XXXX XXXX and to talk to them. I seperately called XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX and confirmed they had spoken to the settlement department at XXXX XXXX However, USAA continues to try and contact me. I actually spoke with a manager there, and set up a date, also XXXX XXXX, for them to call me at XXXX my time at which time I planned to get them and XXXX XXXX on the phone together. Instead, I got no phone call on the XXXX or XXXX, and got another missed call this morning at about XXXX ( ca n't answer because I 'm at work so I declined the call ).

Issue: Advertising and marketing, including promotional offers
Subissue: Confusing or misleading advertising about the credit card
Consumer Complaint: I took advantage of a no fee / no interest balance transfer promotion offered by USAA in XXXX XXXX. I have subsequently made the minimum monthly payments in order to maintain the interest free status of this transfer. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I made an additional {$17.00} purchase on this card. Since that time, I 'm being charged interest on this purchase, despite the fact that I continue to make the minimum payments. I called USAA to inquire if I needed to pay an additional {$17.00} on top of the minimum payment to avoid future interest charges and was told that the minimum payment would avoid future interest charges. I was charged interest again on the subsequent statement and am now being told by USAA that I will continue to incur interest on this charge until the entire balance ( including the interest free balance transfer ) is repaid. I contacted USAA and requested that they either waive the interest going forward or provide a credit to my account in respect of the interest being charged. Despite a 27 year relationship with USAA, they have told me they do not have the authority to make this change and I will continue to incur interest on the purchase until the interest free balance is first paid in full.

Subissue: Frequent or repeated calls
Consumer Complaint: USAA called me repeatedly on the following days despite my debt consolidation companyh working with their settlement department ( seperate ticket XXXX ). Days include : XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX and XXXX ), XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX and XXXX ), XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX and XXXX ), XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ), XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX and XXXX ). As per previous ticket, I did inform them to work with the consolidation firm. I 've also, admittedly very angrily, informed them of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which states that they may not harrass by calling multiple times in the same day. Also stated on the previous ticket, I spoke to a manager and he sent a message to the team for them to contact me at a specific time and day to sort this out and have XXXX XXXX on the phone. They did not call at the specified time/day ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) or the day after. Then they called again on XXXX ( today ) .This leads me to beleive that theyh do n't want to work with me on the debt, but just to harrass me.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Problem using a debit or ATM card
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to an ATM and tried to withdraw funds from my checking account. My account was debited {$400.00}, but the cash was not dispensed from the ATM. I contacted USAA the same day to initiate a ATM dispute. They advised me that it takes five to eight business days before the claim is picked up by a technician. It is the holidays and I asked if it could be escalated, which I was advised that they would put a note on the dispute. We are now on the ninth business day and no one is able to provide me any type of update in regards to my dispute.
