I contacted them dip try to find out why because I receive direct apposite of my SSD and it was due in three days. They informed me that oh well didnt matter I receive a check in 20 days I told them that I need my money sooner than that I have to pay my bills I have to buy medication and I have to feed my kids I was instructed that there is nothing they can do I got transferred to another young lady she said that I can open up another account and the funds can be deposited there I was like a fine then a guy got on the phone and said That cant happen. So I took it to social media finding out that this company has done this to many more people so they were banning together to do a lawsuit I contacted them again they contacted me I spoke with the guy named XXXX he told me that it will be expedited on Thursday and I should have it so I can you know do whats needed. the call got disconnected he never tried to reach back out I called them again he told his team member to tell me itll be 10 days for them to review a deposit that theyve been getting for over 5 years and then cut me a check and then XXXX XXXX it out so I would not receive a check until around XX/XX/XXXX. How am I supposed to buy medications for my XXXX XXXX waiting into the XX/XX/XXXX or buy food

Consumer Complaint: I'm XXXX and have had many home loans in my life. I have paid all of them off per the terms of my loans. I have one left, and that is my home equity loan with USAA who was servicing it in-house until recently when the transferred it to a disreputable company known as XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). This company has been sued numerous times including by 3 states. I called USAA and asked them to audit my account because of the improprieties I was seeing with the balances. It appears that XXXX has begun calculating my interest daily which is not consistent with the terms of my loan. My loan is a 365/365 loan with interest of 6.34 %. They should be using the EXACT DAYS method of interest calculation, instead of DAILY interest. I have never taken out a loan that did not follow a standard amortization schedule of declining interest payments and increasing principal payments. I have requested the amortization schedule they are using, but have received nothing. Could you please assist me in getting resolution of this issue? I am very uncomfortable with the company USAA has chosen and not sure what is happening to the company with which I have placed 40 years of trust. Thank you.

Through their app the information, I put in for to pay the debt {$3200.00} the information for that bank paying the debt was totally ignored and they withdrew the funds from my personal checking account that's on file with them. XXXX XXXX. This transaction took place XX/XX/2019. I did not authorize the payment from XXXX XXXX. The debt should have been paid from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from the information I put in online. I discussed the problem with the credit card company was told they couldn't correct the situation for 10 days I couldn't believe it.my money is going to be floating in cyberspace for 10 days and I have nothing to say about it but they can withdraw it within minutes.ask for a supervisor in the reps put me on hold for more than a half-hour I hung up credit card companies got way too much power consumers have XXXX near zero power and situations as such as this. Consumer Complaint: I applied and was approved for a USAA card and a card was supposed to be mailed to me within 10 business days. When I did not receive the card within that time I called USAA and they told me that the card had been activated and used to make over {$9000.00} in charges at XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and a vending machine. I disputed these charges and the XXXX and vending machine charge were removed. USAA determined that the remaining {$4000.00} did not have sufficient evidence of fraud despite my assertion that I did not make these charges and evidence I provided to back up the claim. The person who activated the card used a phone number that appears on my credit report, but is a fake number that I have never used and no telephone company has any record of being in service. They supplied personally identifying information, which I believe to have been obtained through a data breach at XXXX and possibly USAA itself. Apparently the receipt at XXXX XXXX has my named typed onto it and the vendor is saying that someone would have had to show an ID in order to make the purchase.
