Consumer Complaint: I deposited my check via mobile app. A state of California issued check. I received approximately half and the other half was placed on hold. My funds were held or scheduled to be held til XX/XX/2020 the deposit was made on XX/XX/2020. I called USAA and asked why my funds were not in compliance with RegCC expedited funds availability act. I told them that the hold was incorrectly placed because the check was a State Draft and should be handled differently. The executive complaint resolution persons told me that I agreed to waive Reg CC by using the Mobile App to deposit my check. How can I waive the obligation of an institution to comply with federal regulations? This seems illegal.

Consumer Complaint: In response to your answer dated XX/XX/XXXX. You stated that USAA utilized Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 212 to determine how to handle my account. An the removal of funds from my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Ok so a few items that have brought questions after further review of that law. I have asked several times for a copy of the notice to garnish federal funds deposited that you state you were served, an have yet to receive it. There was also no mention of the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from the Florida Department of Revenue releasing the funds in the garnishment order dated XX/XX/XXXX. Also when was the look back period into my account? According to the CFR title 31 212. It was supposed to happen within 2 days after receiving the order to garnish if it included a notice to garnish federal funds.

When USAA was asked to provide how this Visa was Opened and By Whom The attatched MASTERCARD end XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. was sent to me. I then ask So if Visa was an old Mastercard that USAA coverted to Visa AS USAA TELLS ME and Was Not used UNTIL 4 YEARS AFTER OPENED IN XX/XX/XXXX. Why wasn't it CANCELLED DUE TO INACTIVITY. The average of which is 6 months average in the industry to cancel after inactivity. AND FRAUD CHARGES BEGAN THE VERY MONTH I BEGAN USE? I GUESTION HOW SAFE WAS THIS MASTERCARD/ VISA INACTIVE FOR OVER 4 YEARS CARD WAS THAT WAS NEVER CANCELLED FOR INACTIVITY.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 USAA is guility of ID Theft. USAA used my data to place UNAUTHORIZED charges on my XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$3.00}, XXXX. This overdrafted the account - {$2.00}, XXXX on my account. I had to do without food and paying rent. This is ID Theft Retaliation. I called USAA on XXXX spoke to XXXX requesting they remove my XXXX XXXX data because I would NOT be using it to pay on ID Theft. USAA punishes me for reporting ID Theft. I contacted Social Security hooked up with XXXX XXXX to reverse payment When XXXX XXXX told me ALL MY MONEY GONE AND OVERDRAFT FEES ACCESSED. I had a XXXX XXXX XXXX right in lobby at XXXX XXXX. I left went home to resolve and rest. Social Security Act section 207 prohibits debt collection from social security funds. It also is illegal to collect on ID Theft AND USAA IS GUILITY OF being an ID Theft CRIMINAL USING MY DATA TO PLACE FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY XXXX XXXX BANK ACCOUNT. I have never had overdraft fees in 71 years. This was defaming my character to XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: CURRENT BILLING CYCLE : XX/XX/2019 TO XX/XX/2019 was due in the amount of {$260.00} was due on XX/XX/2019 a payment in the amount of {$260.00} was made on XX/XX/2019 which resulted in a remaining balance of XXXX due. On XX/XX/2019, I received a letter from USAA advising me that my account was at that point in time 30 days past due for an amount of XXXX cents. What I couldn't understand is if I made a payment on XX/XX/2019 and the letter was sent on XX/XX/2019 how the account became passed due 30 days for the XXXX cent difference. The letter stated that payment needed to be made prior to XX/XX/2019. On XX/XX/2019, I called and spoke with an agent to confirm if payment needed to be made or if I could pay it with the rest on XX/XX/2019, payment. I advised the agent that I wanted to confirm that it would not effect my credit and I was advised that it would not. On XX/XX/2019, a payment of {$260.00}, which was prior to the deadline of XX/XX/2019, which was reflecting on their letter. USAA and their agents have provided incorrect information causing my credit report to be hit for a 30 day past due payment for a mistake that they have committed on there end.

USAA coverted my fraud into disputes. Then XX/XX/XXXX ( a year later ) letter Claim Date of XX/XX/XXXX CREDIT CARD FRAUD CLAIMS LETTER amount {$470.00} UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES * CONFIRMED by USAA. USAA letters XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ALL SAY CREDIT CARD FRAUD CHARGE and if you still believe this to be fraud no action is needed on your part. We will continue to pursue your fraud. USAA has been made well aware of the MAIL FRAUD ALSO attatched letter NO DELIVERIES MADE AFTER XX/XX/XXXX Criminal Investion Letter USAA HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY FRAUD OR IDENINITY THEFT I REPORT TO THEM BEGINNING XX/XX/XXXX No proof anything was Delivered into my hands or that I. EVEN ORDERED IT. NO USAA PERMANET CREDITS WERE APPLIED TO BE FOUND USAA IS A ZERO LIABILITY BANK. ALSO I AM XXXX AND HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY CREDITCARD. USAA IS NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE.

Consumer Complaint: USAA Federal Savings Bank is not providing adequate documentation to validate that two separate accounts belong to me. I will be uploading the considerable correspondence that has occurred regarding : ( 1 ) an auto loan -- # XXXX ; and, ( 2 ) a credit card -- # XXXX. I am requesting your assistance because when I wrote to secure the copies of the agreements for these alleged debts and a payment history to verify the amounts owed, I received agreements which either had no signature or an electronic signature. USAA Federal Savings Bank claims that the information that they are reporting to the credit bureaus is accurate and has referred me to the credit bureaus for remediation. However, as you are no doubt aware, as long as USAA insists that their information is correct, the credit bureaus will not take into account the consumers point of view. I believe the CFPB has a responsibility to advocate on behalf of consumers who are victimized by creditors who refuse to provide true validation of account responsibilities.

Consumer Complaint: I have been attempting to work with USAA regarding my autoload which is XXXX past due. I want to pay this and cure. I have called only to be handed around to 7 different departments and none of them could help me in any meaningful way. I was involved in a a series of medical procedures that I just recently because conscious from and that I needed a little more time to pay the past due balance. Instead of working with me and giving me more time USAA simply hands me around to the next Represenative and each Represenative can't give me the 10 additional days I am requesting to cure this. I couldn't ' pay due to a major life changing medical event and USAA doesn't want to modify, defer, assist, extend, ... nothing. They simply threaten repossession of the vehicle that I rely on to get to my many medical appointments. I am requesting that USAA give me 10 more days to pay and cure this debt. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
