I stated to USAA REPRESENTATIVE, Why is the company reporting a charge off every month for 59 months REPORTING ME AS Delinquent and I have no knowledge of this personal loan from XXXX? ALSO I never received a bill for {$100.00}, if i paid XXXX percent of this bill, i would never leave {$100.00} owing anyone. I ASKED THE REP FOR A BILL TO PAY {$100.00} AND PLEASE REMOVE THAT CHARGE OFF ON XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. TheREPRESENTATIVE Stated ITS NO BILL TO GIVE ME.. charge off for same bill for 5 years now, I told the representative from USAA this is illegal that you are messing my credit status up with all three credit bureaus and i never recall this account. THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED TO ME, XXXX XXXX I DO NOT SEE YOU OWING USAA.BANK. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX my USAA credit card was hit with fraud. Thereafter, ALL of my accounts with USAA have been compromised. The problem is still not resolved completely. Hackers, who I believe have help from inside USAA opened 6 accounts for my checking, savings and credit card. They eliminated my XXXX XXXX account which I used to transfer money into my savings account to pay my bills. Eventually, my XXXX XXXX was compromised and all roads lead to USAA. A second account was partially compromised. I tried to re-attach my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and USAA, XXXX XXXX in the Chairman 's office and I spoke multiple times and she told me my USAA can not add my USAA account because there were 7 accounts opened within 180 days. Multiple employees at USAA in the fraud department, chairman 's department and banking department KNEW that 6 accounts were opened by hackers, possibly with inside assistance from USAA. This went on for months. USAA prevented me from making payments. I tried making payments via phone and online. FYI, I've had USAA account for almost 42 years. The account went 30 days past due. I spoke with miss XXXX and told her I had no way to make a payment. She indicated she would not change the 30 day late report. That cost XXXXXXXX XXXX on my credit score. My credit limit has been downgraded without notice. It is the fraud that has been allowed to continue. Parenthetically, the fraud continues as someone inside of USAA charged my wife 's credit card for insurance. USAA never had her credit card legally.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, a fraud claim regarding unauthorized transaction activity was filed on my mothers USAA bank account. I am listed as an authorized user and have Power of Attorney on her account to manage her finances. On XX/XX/2023, I received notice that USAA had determined to give a 60-day notice to close both my mothers checking account and my separate personal checking and saving accounts while keeping the funds frozen for six business days during their initial investigation and the appeal investigation process. My account had no connection to the fraudulent charges experienced on my mothers account. Still, USAA terminated my membership, account access, and funds without cause outside of their " policy ''. I am requesting assistance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in investigating USAAs unlawful account closure actions taken against me as an individual consumer. Please use the above timeline and details regarding dates and actions taken by USAA that led to the unfair closure of my unrelated personal bank accounts with funds frozen. I appreciate you communicating this complaint to USAA to resolve the matter at your earliest convenience.

Consumer Complaint: I saw a transaction on my USAA checking account this morning that I did not send or authorize via my debit card. The bank asked if I had possession of the card and I said yes, the agent told me that they had to disable the card and send me a new on and I should receive it in 2 -4 business days which leaves me without access to any of the funds that are in the account and more that are on the way to the account. I told them I run a business and I have employees to pay and I pay them out of my one and only account with them as well as my personal expenses and they want to leave me without access to money for 2 - 4 business days. I told them that is not acceptable and I need access to my money the next day and they said they couldn't help me, their expediated cards take 2 - 4 business days. I again said that is not acceptable, you need to send me a debit card overnight. Again, 2 - 4 business days was there response, no attempt to help me access my money, and it could be Christmas week before I receive a new card. I don't have money to purchase anything including food. 2 - 4 days is unacceptable. I can go put money into a credit union up XXXX XXXX from me and they give me a debit card the day I can open an account but not USAA. I need 24 hour access to the money available in my account.

Consumer Complaint: My father passed away on XX/XX/XXXX. Acting in good faith, I immediately notified USAA that he had died, that I was taking over as his executor, and that I wanted to take over payments on the car. USAA said that someone would contact me shortly but never did. USAA immediately sold the note to a debt collector who immediately initiated repossession without ever contacting me. I spoke to USAA and explained that this was a mistake. They acknowledged that this was a mistake and requested the debt collector transfer the note back to them so I could continue making payments. I was allowed to make one payment and brought the loan current. When I called the following month to make the next payment, I was informed that they had once again sold the loan to a debt collector and found that repossession proceedings had been initiated. I called USAA today to discuss this further and was told that there was nothing they could do to help me and that I needed to talk to the repossession company.

Consumer Complaint: I just received another foreclosure letter in the mail, which is a result of someone elses debt ( XXXX XXXX ), as discussed. As per prior messages to your team, XXXX XXXX is in contempt of automatic orders for failing to continue making mortgage payments, transferring marital and mortgage funds from his XXXX account to a partner in XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), and using the mortgage funds to pay his attorney ( XXXX XXXX ), after commencement of index XXXX, in XXXX court XXXX Both attorney XXXX and XXXX XXXX have committed perjury in court by making misstatements about XXXX XXXX financial condition on his XXXX, and for refusing to respond to a divorce settlement offer and a buy out offer of the home ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA ), since XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX demanded that XXXX XXXX respond to my buy out offer in court. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX may also have forged my signature on financial documents. XXXX XXXX XXXX appeared at my house recently with XXXX XXXX and was hostile toward me, which I have reported to the XXXX XXXX there is a XXXX video of the attack. I am not in debt and the financial abuse by the lender and by XXXX XXXX and his attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX has impacted my credit score, professional reputation, ability to earn a living, and the health of myself and my children. Our Index number is XXXX, in XXXX court XXXX We are unable to secure a trial date or any order involving these matters of contempt from the court. We just received the attached letter threatening to foreclose on our home in MA by USAA Federal savings Banks attorney, XXXX and XXXX, while Usaa and other lenders have refused to allow me to settle this matter, stating that I am not on the mortgage.
