Consumer Complaint: This is regards to a credit card dispute with my bank USAA. They did not adequately process the dispute even though I showed proof that it was a fraudulent charge. On XX/XX/XXXX I booked a room through XXXX. Conrmation Number XXXX for hotel : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. When I arrived the hotel did not have a reservation for me and the front desk agent states that the hotel was sold out. I called XXXX for a refund and they have refused to issue a room or give a refund. They stated that they need to call the hotel, but no one answers the phone. I contacted the hotel and they have also refused to reach out to XXXX to issue a refund. I believe that taking a customer 's money and refusing to provide service or a refund is fraud.

Consumer Complaint: On Monday XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by individuals claiming to represent XXXX XXXX and that they were about to shut off the power to a house I own within XXXX minutes due to non-payment of the electric bill. I was asked to send them payment through XXXX so they could credit my account that day and stop the power from being turned off. I wasn't at the property at the time to know that there was no one outside to turn the power off. I transferred {$840.00} from my USAA XXXX checking account on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX. The payment showed pending and then I got transferred to another XXXX XXXX representative and was asked to transfer money from a different account at XXXX through XXXX since the payment didn't go through. I transferred {$990.00} to the same XXXX account. The name of the XXXX account was XXXX and the phone number used was XXXX. After the second payment went through I realized I was scammed. I called both banks that day to lodge a complaint but there is little interest on their end about stopping XXXX fraud as they don't believe they have any liability for the service. I was hoping they would report this to XXXX so they could shut down the illegal account and stop transfers going through to that number.

I was not looking to apply for a loan since my lease isn't up yet, just looking at options on financing. I was quickly denied in seconds despite ... My recent credit score was XXXX, I am in the end process of refinancing my home loan at a VA lender for a 2.25 % interest rate, Never missed a payment on USAA or any other credit I have which is, 1 other credit card, and a new XXXX loan. USAA is deceptive, and I want a letter that this was not a credit inquiry, they claim to serve military, but my opinion is they play off of it for their own benefit! USAA and the credit bureaus are in violation of the FDCPA section 807, Misleading False Reporting unverified/inaccurate account type, No. of months, credit limit, payment status, last reported, and date last active. This is clearly inaccurate reporting. USAA and the credit bureaus are also in violation of the FCRA section 607, which they must ensure maximum accuracy of the information contained in my credit report. USAA and the credit bureaus did not ensure maximum accuracy. Please remove Account # XXXX immediately. This inaccurate account was already removed it from my XXXX credit report, but it must be removed from my XXXX and XXXX credit reports. Consumer Complaint: I am a military Veteran and have been a member of USAA for 55 years, as have been my family, including my former wife, who had a credit card with me. In 2019 we divorced and USAA has their policy to separate divorcing couples and forced me to close my credit card, which was below its limit, and refused to open one just in my name. So I opened a credit card to pay off that debt at zero limits, which only lasted for a year as I had been hacked, they caught the thief but I couldn't get a freeze off on my credit, and USAA limited my membership based on something other than my creditworthiness when I tried to transfer the small remaining dept back to USAA saying the reason was " previously submitted credit card application pending fulfillment ''. I had transferred from USAA to another bank, where I also paid on time, and my FICA score is XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX but XXXX still has a freeze on my credit that seems very outdated and I have been unable to unfreeze it, but recently I bought a {$24000.00} car, which required calling XXXX to release the freeze which evidently was temporary. I haven't been able to get any credit at all because of this freeze that USAA knows about yet did nothing to assist me. I am a divorced XXXX-year-old male, in good health, financially solvent which USAA knows as they have been my main bank for 55 years and have all my financial data. and

Consumer Complaint: Established relationship with the company in XXXX, after my spouse was already serving a XXXX XXXX in the state of Texas. I had NO issues reviewing any data online or via phone app. I open a credit card in XXXX and then a checking account in XXXX. Still with no issues reviewing accounts, balance making payments ; basic maintenance. I even took out renters insurance and personal property insurance for the new residence. Here lies the issue after moving and updating the all address in XXXX, My husband was getting a letter to the new address about a change in address. I called the number on the letter and instructed that the profile for my spouse should reflect the current XXXX address. Then with in three days I no longer had access to my accounts on web/app, when I called USAA they told me that since my call there was a record that there was difficulties between me and my spouse, the account was then restricted. The restriction was coming from him being charged with felony charges and was serving a sentence for said felony that I could not longer have access to review the productions on web/app. These said products are individual products with no ties to my spouse.
