Consumer Complaint: Per CFPB representative, it was suggested I open a new complaint to USAAs response regarding my bank account. I would like to refer to case # : XXXX I have included documents to support my case and I hope this will be finalized. After comparing my account with what USAA responded, there is still missing funds that is due to me of {$1500.00}. Before the fraudulent charges happened, I would have had {$420.00}. I have listed the fraudulent debits and compared to the credits once debits were deemed fraud and if I am not mistaken, I am missing {$1100.00}. I would like USAA to please investigate this further and if this is correct, please mail a check to the address listed on my account asap With the account being locked I was unable to make any payments to my accounts with USAA. Consumer Complaint: USAA charged me {$240.00} on XX/XX/2021 for accessing my own money, contrary to what i was told by USAA Representative that it was my money and i could access it anyway without any USAA fees or charges. And on XX/XX/2021 USAA charged me XXXX cents for interest. Where is the balance that i owe? that i am being charged interest on?? For years and years, I always pay off my FULL balance, long before the due date. There is obviously glitches on USAA 's systems! Where there is no money borrow or loan or advanced or even outstanding, why am I being charged interest??? Why the XXXX, am i being charged fees and now interest on my very own money???

Consumer Complaint: USAA keeps over drafting the account by using some method which is crazy So far, I have racked up {$87.00} in fees When I paid my Att account it showed the money was already taken out because I used their website and allowed them to go into the account. When the account was assessed on XX/XX/XXXX, there WAS EnOUGH MONEY. USSA didn't honor that payment when the funds were in the account instead they held on until the account was low. meanwhile, I thought the payment had cleared so it was not until today that I saw the account had been overdrawn USAA continues to do this I am on unemployment but I continue to look for a job. i put in 3-4 applications per week and still no interview I am also a veteran with mental health issues and I'm freaking out right now USAA should be helping instead of hurting its customers

Consumer Complaint: I have banked with USAA for years and I was having issues with fraud charges recently on my checking account and I wanted to close because getting a new card was obviously not stopping the issues. ( I recently went to the local sheriffs department and filed a report in regards to suspicious and fraudulent issues-I will attach report proof ) I opened a second account and a bunch of very strange things happened on the original account that I was planning on closing. My bank account went from having thousands of dollars in it to be - {$950.00} negative. I basically stopped using that account until I would have time to call them and figure out what happened. I was missing {$1000.00} and it was saying I was {$1000.00} negative. And the math did not add up or show in the online statement what happened. After speaking with USAA collections department they agreed there was something wrong and was told they were going to have the fraud department reach out to me however they never did. ( This was approx a week ago ) they closed my account yesterday and claimed it was a charge off account! the account balance was +500.00 positive at the time because I just received 2 separate XXXX XXXX transactions and they put my account as into collections for {$940.00}!! I spoke with the fraud department. They agreed that the math didnt add up and forwarded me to an executive management where she gave me proof that my account was XXXX positive status when closed. And that the USAA had a bank system update at the time of my accounts issues a month earlier-that caused this issue of my bank account balance to be incorrect. ( I should not be able to spend or transfer money if even XXXX dollar off. I have protection to make sure I do not overdraft. If I normally try to transfer or spend money my account will deny charge and say not enough funds ) We were also able to go through the statements and see that there was almost {$900.00} in fraud at the same time. However the account is closed! Its also already in collections and there was nothing that she can do about that other than give me the proof to submit and Im not really sure how Im supposed to get that {$900.00} reimbursed to me! Or get this entire Account off my credit record and stop harming me. I was denied car loans because of this even though I have finances and credit this mistake ( equally usaa and fraud not due to any mistakes I made and I am tired of it effecting me after I worked so hard to build my credit!

I'ma at a total loss as to why they feel the need to hold my funds for 60 days when they aren't allowing debits to my account. I need my money they are going to cause me to lose my home my car I can't feed my child and they won't provide me with where it states in agreement they are allowed to keep my money from me

Consumer Complaint: I have USAA as my automobile insurance carrier. I had full coverage with vehicle reimbursement up until late 2018. A transaction happened with my ex wife 's vehicle and my vehicle reimbursement was removed without my authorization or my knowledge. USAA records all phone calls, but they can't locate a recording of when my vehicle reimbursement was removed from my policy. I had an accident and USAA has refused to pay for rental reimbursement on my policy like they are obligated to do so. They state that the policy reflects that I don't have rental reimbursement and that's the proof that they have, even though they record all calls, they fail to provide me a phone call recording which took place, but they state that I don't have it, even though I never removed vehicle reimbursement from my policy and I never authorized anyone to remove it. USAA is commiting illegal procedures against it's veteran customers.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX XXXX third party payment processor failed to resubmit my payment. This caused my payment to be made 29 days late as I had to manually force the payment. It processed a day later. XXXX admitted this in a recorded phone call XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX hours via XXXX XXXX. Now they're lying saying they changed their policy to not pull payments but never told any customers. They are omitting why my payment was late and refusing to remove the 31 day late which is DESTROYING my credit and closing my wife 's accounts. By federal law the truth must be told. I'm suing.
