On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, XXXX, ELAN FINANCIAL add a hard inquiry on my credit report per XXXX. But companies did not provide the following proof : Permissible Purpose My written authorization Proof that I personally initiated these inquiries. To my knowledge, I have not signed any documents authorizing your organization to view my credit history therefore, your inquiry into my credit report violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b ( c ) : Transactions Not Initiated by Consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I received a notification in XX/XX/2020 that I had a late payment reported on my credit. US Bank holds my mortgage and I set up my account for autopay months before that. They had an internal error and did not pull my mortgage payment in XXXX and failed to notify me of the mistake. They reported a late payment on my credit even though it was their fault. I called them and two customer service agents told me that it would be removed. It's still being reported on my credit file and they haven't taken it off yet. It is killing my score and needs to be removed.

I applied for XXXX, the value of my house is XXXX and my credit score is over 800. I am doing this because I live on a limited income and taxes and association fees keep going up. I am XXXX soon. I have a home improvement lien on my house with the City of XXXX, MN for about XXXX and each year that passes the amount goes down and at some point will be XXXX and forgiven. After all this time on XXXX they sent me this notice, Hi XXXX, Please login and review your Adverse Action Notice. Be sure to review as soon as possible to keep your application moving forward. I logged in and the bottom line is US Bank is saying we can not move ahead because of the loan with the City of XXXX. The City of XXXX is willing to sign papers to take second position on my house, I have talked to them more than once. I also have a line of credit for XXXX, with US Bank with a XXXX balance, which I am willing to close. I did this exact type loan with US Bank 2 years ago with no problems. I feel like their is something fishy going on by them denying me this loan.

Consumer Complaint: About 5 years ago unbeknownst to me, my late wife acquired a few credit cards and ran up some debt. She passed away 4 years ago which is when I found out about this. I spoke to Consumers Financial Protection Bureau and was told that if 1 ) I didn't apply for the card, 2 ) never used the card, and 3 ) don't live in a community property state, I am not responsible for her debt. Using this information all of the credit card carriers, XXXX, etc. wrote off the debt. However US Bank eventually wrote it off but now they are calling me constantly, even after I asked them to put me on their " Do not Call " list. I understand they can be fined for that. They call from XXXX. It may be a collection agency. My credit score was hurt and still is with XXXX, XXXX who show i have 9 late payments with them. XXXX has my FICO score at XXXX where it belongs. Can you help me? Respectfully, XXXX XXXX XXXX cell XXXX. I'm going to be XXXX years old and the phone harassment bothers me. Thanks

Consumer Complaint: We have a HELOC with US Bank. We are trying to refinance our first mortgage and apparently need a " letter of subordination '' from US Bank. We started this process in XX/XX/2020. And have been in contact with US Bank at least weekly since then trying to get them to do their job. We have repeatedly been told ... '' it is being worked on '', " it'll be complete next week '', '' we never received the documents ( or spoke or emailed ) with you '' despite they actually getting all the data/communications that they have asked for, " it is complete and approved and we sent the correct forms '' ( followed by " there are a few more steps before we can approve it '', etc. On Monday, this week, they said they sent the letter. On Tuesday, they said they made an internal mistake and it is not ready yet. US Bank has now cost us several thousand dollars by delaying our refinance.

Consumer Complaint: I was experiencing a lot of problems with their website. I had to call their technical support, they too had trouble helping. I then was able to add my checking account, struggled to make a one-time payment, and then setup autopay. AutoPay did NOT work and I got stuck with a fee. I immediately logged back in as soon as I received an e-mail from them and paid 4 times as much as the required payment, then again re-setup autopay ( it took two attempts again .... ). I called today to discuss this with the customer service representative whom was extremely rude and provided ZERO assistance. Additionally, it appears that they dropped my credit line without any notice, nor could he say why. Horrible company to work with.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Rewards XXXX # XXXX issued by Elan Financial Services. I have filed a dispute on one of the charges on my credit card. The charge is as follows : Merchant : XXXX XXXX IL Transaction Date : XX/XX/2020 Posting Date : XX/XX/2020 The purchase was for a digital product, that I was supposed to receive within 24 hours after the purchase via email. The product, however, was never received. I tried contacting the merchant using the provided email address XXXX for a refund or the product itself, however, I never received a response. I opened a dispute with the bank regarding this charge, the bank gave me provisional credit and then reversed it, since I had to fill some paperwork which I never received in the mail. I finally got the paperwork after they had already reversed the credit on my account and sent it back to the bank, requesting the dispute to be reopened. However, I am not hearing a clear answer regarding this charge, every time I contact customer service. And no new credit is being posted onto my account. Please assist.

Consumer Complaint: I signed up for the us bank attitude go visa signature credit card because it offered XXXX point which is equal to {$250.00} when you spend {$1000.00} in the first 90 days of opening the card. I spend {$1000.00} in the first month of open the card and only received XXXX point which is XXXX less then they advertised I called customer service and they couldn't help me resolved this issue and this loses my trust with us bank.
