Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX me and other 500 clients were scammed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They promised to render services as of the date the purchase and contract was made, they never did. The services were for them to open up my XXXX business, administer my business, and file any other paperwork on my behalf and they would also get paid 30 % from my earnings. My XXXX business was opened until XX/XX/XXXX and I did all the filing they never helped me with none of that. They only provided brief information on what I had to do to open my XXXX Their service fee was XXXX plus XXXX to a " lender '' who told me I he would help me get approved by credit card companies. This lender by the name of XXXX XXXX and XXXX from XXXX worked with the XXXX to get people approved within 30 to 45 min. Later on I found out they were also charging these fees to get extra money from customers. I got approved for XXXX {$11000.00}, XXXX {$10000.00}, 1st National Bank {$5000.00}, and XXXX {$4000.00}. My XXXX business was only up from XX/XX/XXXX till XX/XX/XXXX I notified my cards after I saw that my business was put on vacation mode for far too long with no explanation. I later found out by another client that the 4 owner/managers of the XXXX were suing each other. XXXX who was in charge of managing all orders for each store had stolen our personal information as well as card information. Later on XXXX, one of the owners posted on a XXXX group what was going on between them. He only put out that all stores would be put on hold. Most of the clients and myself did the buy back provision before the deadline and never received our money back. I only got the response from XXXX saying he could not sign the document to give back my money because he didn't have anything, to speak to his lawyer. He later on explained that they were suing XXXX to get all customers paid for since he had been stealing all the funds. I provided all information that the credit cards needed from me and made a dispute and they told me they could not help me since it had been more than the 60 days. I understand its more than the 60 days but these people promised me and signed contract which they fail to fulfill. As to what I understand these four credit card companies were contacted by them so I could get approved. I do not have the funds to keep paying for a debt that I got scammed and never had full service rendered to me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX during a US Bank Reliacard transaction at the XXXX, PA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX my Reliacard ( Pandemic Unemployment issued pre-paid card issued by US Bank ) was declined. At XXXX XXXX I called US Bank Reliacard Customer Service XXXX to report the issue. Customer Service Rep Mr. XXXX alleged that a XXXX XXXX transferred {$970.00} from my debit card online at www.usbankreliacard.com. I told the C.S. Rep that I never set up my online account. XXXX said he will put a " Soft Hold '' on my acct so money can be added, but no withdrawals until I call in to request a withdrawal. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to same Post Office, call US Bank to request a withdrawal. Bank Rep XXXX said same person transferred a new deposit load of {$490.00} from my account. I filed a Dispute Complaint by Fax to US Bank Customer Relations. XXXX cancelled my card and said a new card with new # will be mailed to me. I said I do not want a card, I prefer to receive a check by mail only.

Consumer Complaint: The State of Iowa has an inferior system for people to apply for unemployment benefits. They do NOT require two-factor authentication or validation that the individual applying for benefits is truly who they claim to be. Additionally, prior to complete approval and validation, the state of Iowa contracts with US Bank to automatically issue a Reliacard on behalf of the fraudster. In this case, both the state of Iowa and US Bank are responsible for issuing a card for an account/individual who used my information WITHOUT confirming that it was in fact me AND AFTER I had spoken with a fraud investigator with the state of Iowa. Additionally, US Bank 's phone number listed on the Reliacard does NOT handle any complaints or fraud issues, despite their website stating it does. Additionally, US Bank offers NO automated prompt to find a live individual, instead requires that you input already breached or inaccurate data to discuss. Finally, only through their website, does US Bank allow the victim ( me ) to submit a claim to close the invalidly issued card and sends NO confirmation that said card and account have been closed. Likewise, there is not remediation with US Bank to ensure they will NOT act in a similar fashion at the behest of the State of Iowa, should someone once again attempt to use my data to receive unemployment benefits.

Consumer Complaint: I received a XXXX loan and I am a sole proprietor I have a checking account with US Bank and on XX/XX/XXXX my account had a hold placed on it it first I didnt Panic because I understand processes but my account still have a hold the money is just sitting there Ive called the customer service number no direct answers Ive went into branches talked with branch XXXX still no solid answers I keep being told all this general information but I was told it a particular person who have the hold on my account but she dont deal with customers directly but its been over 30 business days and if they are investigating or anything it should have been done by now but yet my money just sit there and when I ask for a time they tell me it could take months I spoke to them asking them to just send the money back and we restart the process they said it could take months to send back a ACH which I dont understand why and no one is helping me understand or giving me a clear answer at this point I just want this to be over with cuz its been to long and Ive done all I can do and I just need to know if there is regulations as to how long the hold can be there whats the next steps and move on but I feel like Im being discriminated against please help I also showed them the paperwork work they told me that wasnt my signature while I was in the bank dealing with a branch XXXX I went onto the website and got the information or paperwork to present I was told it had two different fonts

Consumer Complaint: I bought a Visa gift card issued by U.S. Bank National Association from XXXX on XX/XX/2021. I tired to use the card and failed. I called the number on the back of the card on XX/XX/2021, the representative told me the card has been compromised as the records showed someone tried to use the card several months ago before I even purchased this card in XXXX. I was told they will expedite the shipping of the replacement card at no cost to me. I just called them on XX/XX/2021, I was told there is not expedited shipping of the replacement, I will receive the replacement card though the regular mail. this is unacceptable, I was promised one thing and it didn't happen.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from US bank fruad department informing me that my account will be closed due to fraud activity due to a XXXX XXXX XXXX bank transfer of XXXX from my daughter. I was told my account will be closed And it can take up to 90 days to close the account to receive my remaining balance funds through mail. on XX/XX/XXXX i went to my local US bank branch with my daughter and her valid ID and social security card to prove my innocence and to show them that the transfer was done by her and they told me there was nothing they could do my account could not be reopened. on XX/XX/XXXX my account was officially closed and I was told i would receive a cashiers check in the mail in 10 Business days of my remaining balance. it has now been past 10 days so I call my local US bank branch and they tell me my funds have not been released due to an ongoing investigation with my account even though my account is fully closed. its been over 3 months and I havent received any of my money back that I was wrongfully accused of stealing. This is not fair and not right I am at wits end me and my family are really counting on getting this money back! I attached 3 documents of my daughters XXXX XXXX XXXX bank statement showing the XXXX transfer, another document proving her identity with photocopies of her license and social security number front and back also a picture of her bank debt card that she used to make the bank transfer with.
