Consumer Complaint: I have a promotional balance with my credit card that is expiring within the next two months - Ive applied XXXX in payments to pay off the promotional balance. However, US Bank is refusing to allocate the payments to the promo that is expiring. They will only allocate the payments to the remaining balance which means Ill never get this card paid off. The practice to not allow a customer to allocate a payment to a promotional balance within the last two months of the promotional period is an abusive practice as it doesnt allow the customer to pay off their promotional credit. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: Elan Financial closed my credit card account last year due to non-payment. The account has since been charged off. However, neither XXXX nor XXXX have the account closer date listed on my credit reports. Also XXXX has a closure date of XX/XX/2020, but XXXX lists the date of closure as XX/XX/2020. Furthermore, Elan Financial has continued to report late payments after account closure. I can not possibly have any late payments on a CLOSED account. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act any inaccuracies and inconsistencies regarding credit card accounts are grounds for mandatory removal of the account from ALL credit bureau agency records. Elan Financial has contributed to me not being able to obtain new credit during this past month. I am requesting {$1000.00} in compensation as well as immediate removal of this credit card account from ALL credit bureaus ' records including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, etc. If this account is not removed from ALL credit bureaus ' records, I will seek legal action and further monetary compensation.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to US Bank online on the XXXX of XXXX and XXXX XXXX from there reached back out to me. I discussed with him the purchase of property at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX for XXXX as investment property and I was told I need 20 % down payment which I agreed to. I paid {$320.00} application fee to start the process and all the while XXXX knew I was XXXX XXXX and all my paper work submitted to him including last 3 years of taxes everything shows, that I am a XXXX XXXXt, operating under a XXXX XXXX XXXX I was forwarded to XXXX XXXX who was very lax with her responses to me but I pulled through by giving her info on everything she asked and they provided me a conditional approval by XX/XX/XXXX. Now with my closing scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX and its XX/XX/XXXX, the last three days has been drama on how I can not use my XXXX account money, which is my only source of income. So I moved the down payment to my personal account as a payment to myself and they still wont accept it since the money came from my earnings. I was never told all along that the money from my earnings can not be used. Now after two weeks of distress and due tot heir compulsion, I cashed out XXXX from personal Traditional Ira into my personal account etc and they still wont accept the money in my personal account. I am now going to make this a cash closing, when I could have chosen to do this as a cash closing and not have to go through this painful process and have my credit affected etc and saved some heartache. I think US BANK has to compensate me for my loss in both time and money. This is US BANK being Unfair and discriminating against self employed not considering their income as a source of income.

Consumer Complaint: I've been attempting to do a loan assumption through US Bank since XXXX. For one reason or another they have found a way to deny me this process. Most recently in XXXX era they have now deleted my real estate mortgage loan off of my credit report. When I tried to refinance through another bank I was told that I was High Risk because US Bank had marked my mortgage as " Discharged in Bankruptcy '' I have NEVER filed bankruptcy. I have called multiple times and get transferred right back into the same phone tree, hung up on, or put on hold for over 45 minutes to which the call just " ends, I've also been flat out lied to to get me off the phone. I then received a letter yesterday stating that I needed to reaffirm my loan through the court system. The property nor myself have ever been listed in a bankruptcy. I can not legally do this. The loan originated in XXXX and I have been making sole payments, on time, and in excess, since late XXXX. In speaking with attorneys they have never heard of such an issue and no one seems to know legally how to get US Bank to fix this error. I recently demanded in writing that they provide to me all documentation on how they got to this determination that my home loan has been " discharged in bankruptcy '' I have yet to hear back.

XXXX {$1000.00} XXXX $ XXXX.then I geta statement I owe $ XXXX.I wanted explanation where the {$5000.00} went they said I now owed XXXX and they wanted immediately they will not send me any paper statements and I thought the XXXX could be paid over time with the differal or at the end of the loan they want It immediately and are calling me every day the also canceled the money I had available on my heloc.and are threatening forclosure over {$3900.00}. I can not get answer thats truthful or any way to resolve the issue nor receive a paper statement for my checking and heloc to resolve the issue I've spent over 26 hours on the phone and have been transfered and hung up on and I tried to file a complait with US Bank and they hung up on me .I don'r know if I should file for bankrupcy just to get an honest accounting and a resolution from US BANK.

Issue: Struggling to pay mortgage

Consumer Complaint: We, the owners & occupiers, are age XXXX and XXXX, and both U.S. veterans. The mortgage holder is XXXX w/ mortgage being serviced thru US Bank . Whenever we contact the proper division of this bank, we stymied by no answers, no action ( many times ), conflicting info. We are an FHA mortgage, but are told yes, no, yes, no from US Bank. Then, on active applications for assistance, we received letters of approved forebearances, yet at the same time receive threating notices and actual lawsuits filed against us in XX/XX/XXXX for foreclosure. We do everything by the rules, Act 90 ( PA ), forebearance applications, constant contact w/ all proper " personal Bank counselors '' & still we feel we are in " limbo '' On 4 occasions, US Bank could not find our account #, and access is denied when we go on line. We sit here under our doctor 's care with leftover sickness of having XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX, and basically XXXX with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX. We can not move to a retirement homes that have no protection from virus and its Delta variant and others even having had our vaccines. We lost a major portion of our monthly income due to customers not paying what they owe us, citing loss of jobs and income themselves since XXXX. US Bank should have a main address to correspond with, but they have several with personnel having to re-route or delay replie that do not come. At one point, they had a malfunctioning appraiser come to our property, but wound up according to the 8x10 photos*, appraising the neighbor 's garage AT {$150000.00}. Thus, they think our home independently appraised in XXXX at {$400000.00} and with actual costs of $ XXXX when built ( every receipt/contract available ) is worth 60 % less than appraised and 77 % less than cost. We lived here more than 20 years here, and have no other living arrangements that will accommodate our age and physical condition. In fact, we were of the believe that there was such insurance from FHA to work out a fair agreement. *photos in both Bank and our possession

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX ( while receiving entitled and approved benefits from the Ky Kewes System Unemployment Benefit ) the user dashboard of my UIClaims account was accessed by a woman here locally and my direct deposit information changed to an outside account which I did not authorize. {$3200.00} was due to me and was supposed to be, per the Unemployment Office of Ky Fraud Department, deposited on a USBank ReliaCard and those funds made available for my use. Only {$820.00} has been deposited. Again, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, a massive and undercover extortion and coercion scheme here in XXXX, Ky caused a Ky Workforce Education System Employee ( which handles all of the manual approval of Bi-Weekly Claims and Electronic Payments to USBank Accounts ) to knowingly accept bribes and continued payments to keep quiet to prevent my Unemployment benefits from being deposited on my USBank FDIC Insured Account via the Reliacard direct deposit account which was established for me by the state and as of now, {$26000.00} has been redirected on purpose and knowingly by a woman employed by the Kewes system in the XXXX satellite office along with her supervisor who contracts directly with USBank Reliacard to continue to accept money from an illegal and dangerous XXXX regime in XXXX County and XXXX County with some lead officials in XXXX, GA and XXXX XXXX, Fla. to continue to hold and redirect funds due to me ( which are my only source for survival during a pandemic as an autistic person and a person who has within the last year been receiving XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in my XXXX as part of a XXXX XXXX ) and to cover up their efforts to punish myself and others who quietly and peacefully oppose their efforts and their doings, yet who planned to speak out publicly about direct effects of their heinous deeds which have now infiltrated local government and banking institutions and quite possibly the Federal Reserve, although I pray not. This allowing of the XXXX to go unnoticed as good, upstanding, XXXX, XXXX going, commonly dressed and seemingly well intended as strategically placed near large automotive factories and government/state offices and judicial systems and military operations command posts whose infrastructure has been known or is speculated to be already fractured and unethical in practice and already covering up misdeeds and wrongdoings and with otherwise highly respected and publicly awarded and celebrated leaders and high ranking officials ( making them easy targets for blackmail and coercion schemes out of benevolently intended desperation to prevent complete and total Anarchy and discredit to those they represent and potentially causing a massive breach in National Security that may lead to worse regimes riding on the coattails and sneaking in on them unnoticed and unsuspectingly attacking us from within as XXXX had attempted himself to do as had XXXX XXXX ) and threatening the lives of their families, loved ones, and their most precious and beloved friends and intimate partners, even to the point of forcing those good men and women to commit those acts themselves at XXXX in their own homes or hotel suites where they can not seek help and do not know their attackers personally.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Fidelity Visa credit card, which is provided through Elan Financial Services. This complaint is directed at Elan. During the months of XXXX and XXXX my automatic payments did not correctly process. Problem # 1 : I was not notified of this in any way and my credit score was impacted due to high percentage of available credit that was unpaid ( perfect history before this ). Problem # 2 : the reason the payment did not process was a NFS, however my account had ~7x the required funds for the two month 's worth of payments. In talking with Elan and Fidelity in a 3-way call, the Elan representative confirmed it was a technical issue on the Elan side and that it would be fixed. I asked for but received no remediation options for the impact to my credit score. XXXX # XXXX : during this process automatic payments were cancelled on my account, without my notification, which has resulted in XXXX and XXXX payments being unpaid, which had again impacted my credit score. Problem # 4 : again, neither Elan or Fidelity notified me of missed payment in any way.

I met these conditions, as clearly seen in attached deposit statements, yet US Bank is trying to scam me out of {$50.00} - clearly bait and switch. This complaint is a continuation of a complaint that was unilaterally closed after the bank 's response as I was not given the opportunity to respond to their lies by exposing them.
