Consumer Complaint: Call from US BANK, told me they were calling for a transaction. The automated system that called transferred me to customer service who then sent me to fraud, fraud asked me every question under the sun, including my unborn. They then sent me a XXXX time passcode and called me a fraudster because her system locked out and her manage told me that your system doesnt work half the time until they send the code. So youre telling me you send XXXX out to customers and half the time they work and the other half they dont? Sounds like you have an internal security issue and Im sure my lawyers would love to hear about how our data is being misused by your company and not Fully secured and protected because your system wants to work when it decides to. How many customers data has been breached? Im sure the XXXX, would have a field day learning about this when I expose it on national TV.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a camper and US BANK assumed the loan. I set up auto draft so I wouldnt have to worry about the payment. The address I used when I purchased the camper is not the same address where I am currently living. The problem is, funds didnt transfer in time and the auto payment didnt go through. At no time was I called to fix the issue. What they were doing was sending mail and notices to the wrong address. After I discovered my payment was late I IMMEDIATELY caught the late payment up As well as pay it current and correct the issue for the current address. They have XXXX modes to contact someone and if they are going to ruin someones credit they should at least try a phone number. Furthermore my credit dropped XXXX XXXX and Ruined my name. They used improper information and the years of being responsible to maintain top tier credit shouldnt be ruined by their mistake or 1 late payment.

Consumer Complaint: Please see attached correspondence dated XX/XX/22, provided to XXXX, responsible for the Elan credit card closed for numerous reasons delineated in the correspondence. Note XXXX XXXX Elan : -violated contractual agreement to deduct autopay on file -fraudulently more than tripled the single {$50.00} charge ( to {$180.00} ) they failed to pay from my open account which contained several thousand dollars for in excess of a month after the charge was to have been deducted -have since been committing harassment, calling one or multiple times daily - documented by my cell carrier. -I believe they have fraudulently reported their negligence to credit agencies, significantly negatively impacting my credit score, resulting in meaningful damages - all above information was provided untimely, as they failed to send any correspondence to my proper address on file, disregarding numerous notifications of change of address in excess of one year ago.

Consumer Complaint: Took a loan from deferred compensation company, XXXX and mobile deposited that check to US Bank in XXXX, Illinois on XX/XX/22. On XX/XX/22 the deposit still was not showing on my account, called above local branch bank and was instructed to come in and deposit it in person as it may have been too large to do as a mobile deposit. Did as instructed and on XX/XX/22 the bank revoked the transaction and removed the funds from my checking account. On XX/XX/22 they again debited my account for the same amount so it was a double debit. I received a letter and a copy of the check and the letter stated the bank was delaying availability of the funds because it had reason to believe the check may not be paid.I called and went in to the bank and was to again attempt to deposit the copy of the check on XX/XX/22, which I did. On XX/XX/22 the bank again debited that money from my account and I was told that I needed to contact XXXX as the bank had returned the check to them. I contacted XXXX on or about XXXX and was told that they were seeing the check as having been cashed and could not do anything else. Over the course of these last weeks I have called or gone into the local bank, spoken to the branch manager, called the banks XXXX hotline, called XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX as they issued the check, multiple times, and all of these efforts have led me nowhere as they each say it is not their issue. I have not received this money and today the first repayment for the loan was debited from my checking account. If you cant assist me do you have any other contacts you could suggest for me? Consumer Complaint: Related to claim # XXXX Over 10 days I deposited the check. 10 days that the check was cashed and US bank has not released the funds and now I did a 3 way call with XXXX they changed their story. They said that since I don't commonly make deposits from this issuer ( XXXX ) they have to hold the funds for 15 days to avoid scams. XXXX told them the check was cashed and funds released since XX/XX/2022. Today is XX/XX/2022 and " XXXX '' at Fraud department kept me on hold for over 33 minutes stating there is no manager or supervisors available as they work remote and they can't get a hold of one, neither by phone or chat and I will have to wait for the funds to be released. The service for this bank is extremely POOR. Their branch service is horrible.

Couple of times they informed me that they sent me a titel but they never did. I reached out to them and they are saying the coverage have to be paid from the car insurance company. They told me they are going to return my money when they receive money from the insurance which was about XXXX more than the actual remianing pay off balances. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX alerted me of a past due and I researched my report and did not recognize the company nor have an account with Elan. After calling 3 different numbers with capital credit was provided a number to Elan Credit. Spen 58 minutes and finally spoke to a male XXXX XXXX who advised my Acct had been converted/ conversion from a card Connexus. I explained that I received no phone calls, statement or emails. I then Asked what address and phone and was provided with my home address and a incorrect phone and email. I then asked about my ACH that had been taking from my bank Acct and he had no record. He could not provide me with full credit card number due to the conversion and only the last 4. He advised to pay the amount due {$82.00} and he would get with his mgr about correction to my credit report. I then elected to pay the balance in full, and afterwards in the call was advised I would have to call another number to discuss. I called the number and advised to write a letter and reference the account number Which they couldnt provide. Therefore I could not send a complaint without the completed card number. I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX and XXXX they advised Elan would not be changing the credit report and no explanation provided. I have been erroneously reported as delinquent when Elan failed to advised of the company taking over and did not admit they had incorrectly reported derogatory information. They failed to provide contact information and limited me from trying to correct when they could not give me the full account number to file the complaint. Conversion or not, this company failed to inform and made a promise that they would correct, when I paid the account off.
