Consumer Complaint: Loan paid in full via cashiers check, in person at a US Bank Branch on XX/XX/2022. Title still not received as of XX/XX/2022. Upon contacting US Bank to follow up on the status of the title I was advised that their office mailed it to an address that I have not resided at for over 5 years. Despite having my correct address on file and sending billing statements to me to the correct address for 5 years they still mailed the title to an outdated address. I was advised by the representative at US Bank that there was nothing that they could do and that I, the consumer, would have to take this matter up with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a long-standing customer with US Bank and have been extremely satisfied with this bank. Unfortunately due to fraudulent activity I had to close one account and open a new one ( fraud department was extremely helpful and I appreciate it ). I submitted my new banking information to my employer to enroll in direct deposit unfortunately that is taking a while. On XX/XX/22 I deposited my paycheck and was informed by a customer service representative that the hold on my check would be released on XX/XX/22. On XX/XX/22 my account is overdrawn, I spoke to another customer service representative who informed me there was a hold placed on my account until XX/XX/22 but that I could speak with the bank manager as they had the authority to lift the hold. On XX/XX/22 I went into the branch and spoke with the bank manager who informed me the hold was placed by the fraud department and he would be unable to lift the hold until XX/XX/22. I have also been attempting to get in contact with the Regional Manager to no avail. Meanwhile my car payment will be returned and I will keep incurring fees until this is resolved. Bills are not understanding, they become due regardless of circumstance. Not only will I keep incurring fees but now my credit will also be affected because of this hold. I missed work today because I do not have money to put gas in my car. I would like this hold removed immediately. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I took a loan for my XXXX model y, XXXX from US Bank. The loan was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX. US bank took ten days to process the loan payoff and issued a title release to the department of motor vehicles in the state of Nevada. However instead of releasing the title to the owner of the car ( XXXX XXXX ), they issued the title to themselves. The title was shipped from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to a XXXX XXXX XXXX Ohio which belongs to US bank. We have called US bank multiple times to address this issue and have not gotten a clear response. Someone from their end has made a mistake and now they are refusing to acknowledge that they have the title. Nevada XXXX issues titles only once a month and it's not easy for us as owners to request a new title and XXXX has indicated that we may have to wait until XXXX next year to get a new title due to the current backlog. I took a deposit for my car and needed to sell it and because US bank is refusing to return our title, the sellers are backing out. The value of used cars have since depreciated significantly. US Bank hasn't shown urgency in this matter and have given us quite the run for our title and money. On multiple calls with US bank, I have received different information from them. Their records are not up-to-date and the customer representatives lie to us about when the lien was actually released to the XXXX. They say that lien was released recently on XX/XX/XXXX when I have proof from US bank that lien was released on XX/XX/XXXX. I have attached the copy to this complaint. They even refuse to acknowledge it and say that it's impossible for them to receive the title. US bank has failed to investigate this issue on their end and put accusations on XXXX and us. XXXX on the hand has confirmed multiple times that US bank identified the XXXX XXXX XXXX Ohio as the address for sending the title and not the owners. We want our title ASAP and US bank should pay the difference of the money we would be losing on our car since they have held on to our title for so long. I am expecting around {$8000.00}. Kindly address this issue and respond ASAP. Our next step would be to send a demand letter and a formally file a suit and complaint against US bank.

Consumer Complaint: US Bank sent me a letter stating they were reducing my credit card limit from {$5000.00} to {$500.00} because of these reasons : my score was XXXX, length of accounts is too short, too few joint accounts, too many open revolving accounts and too many inquiries. My credit score is almost XXXX points higher as of XX/XX/XXXX. So that is not a valid reason to reduce my credit limit by 90 %. I have had credit cards for around 2 years. This is because I lived in another country until XXXX. I have a green card and had to establish myself before I could qualify for a credit card. This feels like I'm being discriminated against for being an immigrant. As for too few joint accounts, I'm not married which is why I don't have any. Is it legal to discriminate against someone for not being married? I was not aware there were any laws that required you to have a spouse in order to get a credit card. I'm not sure why they say I have too many revolving accounts as I only have three credit cards and that is much less than most people do. The too many inquiries thing seems odd as well. I have been trying to purchase a new car, which I was finally able to do. I should not be discriminated against for trying to find the best rate. The card is currently paid in full as well. I have never gone over the limit either. I would like the card reinstated to the {$5000.00} limit they originally gave me. I don't feel it's fair to discriminate against me because I am an unmarried female immigrant.

Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with fidelity card member services or fidelity bank and it is a Visa card. On XX/XX/2022 Fidelity Bank closed my credit card account without any prior notice or anything. I was not even notified that my account was closed by fidelity. I called customer service and I was not given a good reason for closing my account and I do not know why. I am NOt late in any payments and I always pay my credit card balance in full each month and there are NO problems with my credit card account with fidelity. Fidelity can not close my account just because they feel like it, they have to have a very good reason and legitimate reason for closing my account. I have done nothing wrong and I buy from the same retailers that I buy from for years and there are no reasons for them to close my account. This is very poor quality customer service and a very terrible bank and company. I want my account to be restored and reopened back again immediately and I want higher management to call me and explain why they closed my account for NO legitimate reason
