Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I found out that my money was gone in my savings account and so called " joint account '' with my distant relative without my knowledge worth {$150000.00}. He access my account and transfer all my money on the so called " joint account ''. She left me broke and he open another credit cards under my name and maximized and used it and get a autoloan an estimated total of $ XXXXWe already filed an identity theft and fraud to them but they did not recognise it. I have XXXX XXXX and can not see clearly and I leave alone. Hope you can help to file a complaint or to sue them.

Consumer Complaint: Today I received a letter from US Bank stating that I have a US Bank dda account which is overdrawn in the amount of {$3100.00}. I have never opened a dda account at US Bank. I have no knowledge of this account. I have obtained any benefit from this account. I did have an automobile lease with US Bank in 2020 for a XXXX XXXX. It was a 24 month lease which I purchased the car from US Bank at the end of the lease. My account history will show I was never late on any lease payment and paid the residual balance in full to obtain ownership of the vehicle.

Consumer Complaint: Im writing to inform you Im reporting you to the CFPB ( Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ) In this letter which is being sent to the CFPB also I explain my case. Ive been a card holder with Elan since I was a teenager which dates back over 30 years ago. My recent experience with your company is nothing short of fraud at this point. Your representatives have lied to me on the phone multiple times including the laundry list below. My credit card was compromised around the end of XX/XX/2023 which I reported with your theft department concerning a charge from XXXX of {$21.00}. I was told someone from another country has made the purchase and I had to go through the theft department process and have a new card issued. I went through this process only to find out my card was compromised again after only one week. At this point I started asking questions about why this was happening. I asked after multiple calls into your customer service department to find out it was due to a recurring payment list which exists for companies with monthly subscriptions. I found this list on your web page which included XXXX XXXX and other companies I havent used in a very long time. XXXX hasnt been used in decades and why it was listed on my credit card recurring payment is beyond me. I asked your customer service representative to remove XXXX and many other companies listed on this page because I was told these companies can reach your company and request my new credit card number and charge me for services Im not authorizing. I consider this theft on your behalf to give companies my credit card information without my consent. I decided to cancel my credit card and was told my card was canceled over the phone by your customer service representative. After being told my card was canceled, I continued to get a statement which prompted additional calls. I was told my card was canceled and no one could use the card to make purchases. Thats not what my statement was showing. I requested a letter from Elan to confirm my account was closed. I was told a letter would be sent which did not happen. I was told my card was official canceled on XX/XX/XXXX over the phone with your theft supervisor XXXX. I paid off the remainder of my balance of {$2200.00} when closing it and shows activity since then on statements mailed to me over the last two months. The most recent statement is listing a balance of {$21.00} that is not accurate. I do not owe this money and after being told by XXXX in your fraud department this account was closed, I find your organization is the one committing fraud. I am the victim here and have no other choice but to report your company Elan Financial services. If any action is taken against me for purchases, I have not made then this should be taken up by our laws to protect honest people from these kinds of practices. Lastly, I request Elan financial services to send me a written letter stating my account was closed and apologizing for wasted time and stress this has caused me. My credit is very good and I dont want to be associated with these kind of business practices.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I had to visit the hospital due to an illness, I was retained in the XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. Upon departing the hospital I checked my US Bank Relicard, and noticed there were several charges I did not conduct. These charges were at a XXXX And XXXX XXXX and XXXX bill, all of which were not near me. There were also some ATM Withdrawals. My wallet was stolen with the card, and I do not know whom stole it. I did not realize it was stolen until I left the hospital since I was in the ICU. US Bank asked me to send in a signed " letter or statement of dispute upon waiting for their statement of dispute to arrive in the mail '' I did send a statement of dispute and evens on XX/XX/XXXX. Then subsequently received the forms on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX after calling AGAIN to see where the forms were. I wrote exactly what happened. There were two additional charges for XXXX, and these XXXX Trips were for me to go to and from the hospital. This didn't require me to type in a card number because the card was already saved on this app. So again, I was not aware my card had been stolen. US Bank when I called back on XX/XX/XXXX I was told they investigated my " Fraud Claim '' on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and determined no error occurred and that they " Verified '' I or someone was authorized by me to make these transactions and that they benefited from the transaction. This not only is false, Especially since I was in the hospital and these MERCHANTS ARE IN XXXX OKLAHOMA. 2 Hours away from me. I do not own a car and would not have been able to make it to this location while in the hospital. It's not possible to be in two locations at once. Again I never authorized these transactions, nor Did I receive any benefit from these transactions I was in a hospital in XXXX, TX. These transactions occurred in XXXX, OK. I do not believe this was properly investigated and XXXX belief US Bank quickly rushed this out so they did not have to refund the money that was stolen from me. This is beyond frustrating. XX/XX/XXXX ATM Withdrawal {$360.00} - ATM Says in XXXX OK, XXXX. Again Different state. XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX {$10.00} - California XX/XX/XXXX ATM Withdrawal {$20.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX {$20.00} - Us Bank had to send second dispute form after they missed.. Consumer Complaint: I had US Bank Skypass Visa Signature Card # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with 12 month anniversary payment date XX/XX/2023. I wanted to close the account prior to due date and called Customer Service on XX/XX/2023 to close the account. Agent asked me the reason why I want to close the account and I told this agent that I have many other credit cards and I don't want to pay renewal fee {$95.00}. Then agent suggested me to convert this Visa Signature Card to standard Visa Card which has no annual fee. He added that I will get {$95.00} annual fee reversal in 30 days. I trusted the agent 's remark and agreed to convert to Visa Card # XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Renewal fee {$95.00} was charged and I paid. But this renewal fee for Skypass Visa Signature Card has not reversed. I called the Customer Service in XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023. Finally, Cardmember Service Representative, XXXX XXXX sent me a letter that they are unable to waive the Annual Membership fee. If I had to pay renewal fee {$95.00}, why would I convert ( downgrade ) to standard Visa Card and still pay {$95.00} annual fee for nothing?

Consumer Complaint: U.S. Bank My business master card was used to make unauthorized purchases. when I disputed the actions I made the request for validation of debts that were not familiar to me. we have made many notices with regard to these debts. at XXXX time we received a statement showing it was cleared we received credit validation. but XXXX months later they come back with the same problem. again we request debt validation and a copy of the charges to this account with a wet signature. To date all we receive in monthly statements which does not validate the debt being ours. we also requested a copy of our payment history. to date, we have not received any requested documents. the last packet we received only contained the statements which did not give us information to contact the creditor they paid. we informed them in writing what was needed. but we only get statements. on XXXX the withdrawal from my checking account was completed in the amount of XXXX or more without my consent. I was not notified of these actions before it was done. I received a written notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX that it was done. this has caused me serious hardship in meeting my monthly obligations. I did notify the bank and was told they could do this. create a hardship without notifications before it is done. because of this my housing is in jeopardy i will not be able to cover my utilities and my medication can not be purchased,

Consumer Complaint: I leased a vehicle through us bank. The lease is ending XX/XX/XXXX. US Bank provided me 3 options : trade-in, turn In, or purchase. On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to enter into a lease for another vehicle and trade-in the vehicle leased through US Bank XXXX US Bank would not allow the trade-in unless the dealer paid a mark-up of more than $ XXXX of what the lessee had listed in the contract to purchase. Basically US Bank is only allowed to make equity on th sale of the vehicle, not the lessee who drove, maintained, a made prompt lease payments on the vehicle.

It shows I called to make a payment but the phone teller didn't post it so its not fault I called back in notice the money was still in my account but I called back in they posted it the lady apologized to me.
