Re : Dispute of alleged deficiency balance ; Account # : [ XXXX ] Dear US BANK : You are reporting and attempting to collect an alleged {$3900.00} deficiency balance. Please be advised that I dispute the legal validity of the alleged deficiency balance. Verification of the alleged debt is requested, specifically, a copy of all signed contracts with the original creditor and all legal notices sent on this alleged account. You are attempting to collect a deficiency balance that I am not obligated to pay. Specifically, you have not provided me with the required notices before disposition of collateral and explanation of calculation of deficiency as required under the law. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including all credit reporting. Promptly request deletion of all any credit reporting to credit reporting agencies. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I received an email about an escrow check that I needed to respond by XX/XX/2023 in order to receive. I called US Bank on XX/XX/2023 to received said check. The woman on the phone told me they had an old address and they would send to my current address. I called back on XX/XX/2023 and spoke with XXXX who told me that the prior woman did make a mistake and did not send it to the right the address ( it would take 10 business days to receive the new check ). XXXX put in a work order that stated it would be sent to the " right address '' but never updated my information. I asked if I could go to a US Bank to pick up the check, they said no, bc US Bank is check/bank but not lending/mortgage. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX who said the check was sent on XX/XX/2023 and that it's in the mail to the correct address. I asked when I should call back to state I did not receive the check, he said either way, we can not cut another check until 30 days from the prior cut check. He told me it was being mailed from KY and there is no tracking number. I called Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, spoke with XXXX, who said it appears to have gone to the right address, but again, my correct contact info to-date had not been updated. She gets a supervisor, XXXX, who says " we didn't mess up so we will not overnight or track it, she has to wait for another cut check in the mail. '' I can not get assistance on them proving they've ever sent the check or provide assistance on a tracking number for the check.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX USBank started offering an Elite Money Market Account for deposits over {$25000.00} as a variable account. When the interest rate changes ( goes up ) it doesn't automatically do this. You have to contact the bank and ask for an exception to increase the rate. This isn't right as if the interest rate goes back down, I am sure it would happen immediately. I have contacted the bank several times and asked for exceptions and have received that but there is time lost waiting for them to do that thus less interest earned. This happens on the first accounts when offered that are opened and now if you open a new one account it is automatic. It doesn't seem like a stretch to make all the accounts automatic immediately. It almost feels like discrimination.

Howerever its been more than 30 days and the creditors failed to send my investigation back.This is not making any sense. According to the law Act 15 USC 1692g I have the right to request validation of debt and creditors have up to 15-30days to respond. I have yet to receive any documents in the mail VERIFYING debt they claim I owe, bearing signatures of contract nor how or who they are getting their information from. By Law if no verifications proving I owe any debt has not been verified or sent to me by mail within the 15 day time frame accounts were demanded to be deleted due to them not proving the debt owe, bearing signature or how this information was received. These companies have violated my rights per FCRA.

I tried to re-enable it with customer support multiple times but I was told I would never be able to use online banking services anymore. Why is this necessary? This is the worst service I've ever had with any banks, and it seems no one cares about how inconvenient it XXXX cause to the customers at US Bank. I have been banking with multiple major national banks and this is completely unheard of. Very anti-consumer.

Consumer Complaint: This is following up. CFPB closed the account when US bank replied ( they did not address my concern and refund me my money. I closed on XX/XX/2023. They did not send me money, I called again and again. Now I made XXXX calling and XXXX local visit. XXXX agents over phones said they did not mail the check out at all. XXXX agents said that the check was missed during mailing. The first agent said he will replace without any other condition since he cancelled the check. As today they did not mail the check. Then they asked me to sign declaration of loss, I did it on XX/XX/2023 and faxed to them on XX/XX/2023 and mailed a hard copy. They did not reply me until I filled with XXXX On XX/XX/2023 they asked me to fill the declaration again, since they dislike the first one. Why they need it if they have cancelled the check. I now checked other banks, most do not need the declaration loss. Even need other banks just ask to sign, most will not ask to do notary public which will waste my time, since most banks need an appointment to do that. Also, most banks will have first choice 1 ) I did not receive the check That is what happened to me. US bank asked me to sign a declaration loss without the above statement But ask me to sign XXXX ) The check was destroyed -2 ) I lost.. XXXX ) was stolen However I did not receive the check at all, and I received ads a letters from US bank currently. US bank lost it or XXXX office lost it. US bank forced me to sign something that I did not do at all or I do not know at all. Since XXXX agents told over phone that they did not send out. However they have cancelled out the check, why need me to sign the above paperwork that I did not know. So US bank need send me check ASSP + interest without any paperwork as XXXX XXXX or XXXX. When I signed my declaration loss, XXXX asked me to add " I did not receive the check '' that is the fact.
