On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent them requested info to ( again ) verify the account. The reply email stated that they would rescind within 24 hours. They never responded. I am reading online of many other people in a similar situation. This is THEFT of money and nothing is being done about it. US Bank needs to be FINED and returned all money it has STOLEN from its customers.

Consumer Complaint: This is a follow up in regards to a previous case closed by CFPB. Case # XXXX. US Bank acknowledged they have record of one of the transfers out of the three I made but they still want me to recall all of the transfers. I contacted the originate bank XXXX XXXX and I am attaching their reply. The transfers were originated by US Bank and XXXX is unable to initiate the recall. I called US Bank last week and I was told to go to one of their local branch to verify some information. The closest branch that is closer to where I live is more than three hundred miles away in XXXX and I am living in XXXX. I open the account with them online and I want to know why I have to go their branch in Ohio.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, my XXXX Bill was withdrawn from my account leaving balance at {$10.00}, on XX/XX/2023 I charged a {$36.00} Overdraft fee that placed my account at - {$25.00} for my XXXX Bill charge when my account was not overdrafted causing my account to Overdraft. By XX/XX/2023, the compiling Overdraft fees made my account- {$150.00}. On XX/XX/2023, I called the number on the back of my card, I informed them that predatory Overdraft fees are Federally Illegal, they refused to resolve the situation, the associate I spoke to gave me the name XXXX and refused to give an employee identification number. I then went to the bank branch, the bank tellers told me that they could not do a " Overdraft Fee Forgiven '' because the Overdrafted account was beyond- {$50.00}. I was told the bank manager would call me when she got out of a meeting, she never called. That same day, XX/XX/2023, I deposited {$100.00}. On XX/XX/2023, I was charged again Overdraft Fees placing my account at- {$100.00}. US Bank XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX, are fully aware that they are violating ( breaking ) Federal Law without remorse.

Consumer Complaint: In 2023 I noticed that US BANK had reduced my business credit limit from {$6200.00} to {$2500.00} which left my debt to that number being {$150.00} dollars. This was only after I had purchased for my company XXXX ( XXXX round magazines ) for a customer of mine. US BANK then targeted me and my business and failed to look into the fact that I am a XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX. It was blamed on a one-time miss of {$40.00} that I was charged on the account which was due on XXXX. I went into a US BANK on XXXX and asked about what was owed on my card and they told me NOTHING, but then I was assessed a late charge after the holiday Weekend. US BANK targeted me and my company because I am registered XXXX by the US GOVERNMENT, and they opened up a new line of credit which my credit score to take another hard hit and they reduced my account amount. They didn't post it on my documents on their website, but the mailed it through the USPS to me. This is a chicken way of a woke bank that has a serious history of doing these tactics I have found out now.

Consumer Complaint: Fidelity was undoubtedly negligent in handling the dispute against XXXX for the amount {$350.00}. Detailed evidence was provided to Fidelity in a timely fashion contained within the forms and subsequent photo evidence and that supported the following : **in response to my reaching out to return the product**, XXXX had promised in multiple formats ( communication with their agent XXXX ) not to worry and that a refund would be issued ( website plus communication with their agent XXXX ). XXXX ultimately prevented my being able to use the very return policy that they themselves detail by failing to provide a return address ( and return ID ) upon explicitly contacting them regarding returning the defective merchandise. The return address ( and return ID ) are minimally required for sending back and tracking any return to XXXX 's large network of warehouses. XXXX never provided these necessary details, despite the evidence explicitly demonstrating that I did reach out to XXXX regarding returning the defective merchandise. All of this was also explained to Fidelity Cardmember Services agents over the phone multiple times in great detail. Fidelity also claimed that the case processor was " unable to reach [ me ] or leave a voicemail '' ; this is despite a ) other callers were able to both reach me and leave voicemails without any issue during this same period, b ) no Fidelity numbers were blocked, and c ) at least one Fidelity Cardmember Services agent confirmed over the phone that this is a common problem that they hear from other Fidelity customers despite these customers having working phone lines and voicemail boxes. Kindly note that the section 45 of the enclosed Cardmember Agreement that your team references does detail small claims court as being exempt from the arbitration process. " The merchandise was not returned '' because it physically could not be returned by the customer due to the merchant 's failure to engage in and provide, upon request, order-specific return details ; hence, " rights to assist [ the customer ] further through the Visa Dispute Process '' do remain. Fidelity 's negligence in investigating this dispute also remains, as do the customer 's rights to pursue Fidelity for those losses irrespective of the merchant 's actions. Your team 's actions in response to this complaint will be important in determining next steps associated with this investigative negligence.
