Consumer Complaint: I have made complaints regarding this issue several times yet TD Bank fixes it and than changes my address on its own. I am starting to get very annoyed with the level of incompetence of TD Bank. I don't understand why they keep changing my mailing address without my authorization. I write a lot of checks and online banking checks and TD Bank continues to change my Po Box info to my home address. I am getting extremely frustrated with this at this point. I don't want people knowing where I live. I don't understand why this bank keeps changing my mailing address. This is a huge invasion of privacy issue. They keep fixing it and than a month or 2 later change my address in the system on its own. I deal with tenants and other businesses and I have a business address for a reason. If anything were to happen because of XXXX XXXX continued negligence, I will hold them responsible. For the last time, stop changing my address without my authorization. A TD Bank employee stole XXXX dollars from my account last year and she was arrested and charged for doing so. TD Bank must protect my privacy and stop changing my XXXX address for no XXXX reason. After the bank employee stole my personal info TD Bank has done nothing to protect my privacy.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a TD Bank credit card a while back but I never got anything in the mail so I figured that I got denied. But today I signed up for this website called XXXX XXXX and it says that I owe over {$8000.00} on a credit card that they never sent me. How can I owe them for a card I never even received? I called them and reported the issue today at XXXX XXXX but they said I have to come into a branch or they wont do anything to help me even though I told them whats going on. I work two jobs and I dont have time to come into a branch. This is discrimination against people who dont have the ability to take off from work, they are refusing to help me because I dont have free time to stop by a branch.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : The reason for my complaint against TD Bank is because I feel like I have been treated unfairly and have been giving the run around for months with no result in the end. I started to get the onset of sickness in the summer of XXXX and due to this had fallen behind on my mortgage payment. In XX/XX/XXXX I went out on short term XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. Because I had fallen behind on my payments TD Bank sent me paperwork in XX/XX/XXXX to apply for a modification when I assumed the illness was getting better. I sent in the completed form to them and received a response in XX/XX/XXXX that the modification was accepted and the new payment. I called immediately to inform of my unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances and to see if they could assist me. The girl in customer service said to sign the papers and don't worry about it. So I did if not they would foreclose on my home. I also put this in writing. I made several calls after this fact to TD Bank to try and work with the bank to resolve the delinquency on my part but the persons name on the letters I received do not pick up phone and speak with consumers. So I had to speak with customer service who would communicate with the loss mitigation/escrow department then relay the information to me. I was also transferred numerous times, disconnected, transferred to a tile company in Maine on more than 1 occasion. When I did get a rep on the phone the answer was always let me transfer you to that department, I don't know, I can't tell you, I don't have access to that screen and I'll have a rep call you back which has not happened to date. I also received several letters that had different amounts for my mortgage and when I called to inquire which amount was correct I was given a completely new figure. I do not know what to do and I do not want to lose my home, can someone please help me communicate more effectively with this bank? Also please do not let them accelerate the foreclosure process due to this complaint!

Consumer Complaint: I opened a TD Bank Credit Card account in2018 to build my credit, and attempted to pay balances off as they accrued. I made a payment of {$130.00} on XX/XX/2018, using my TD Bank account. The payment was posted. Just ten days later, I paid the new balance of {$230.00} in full, and the payment was posted. Twelve days later I made another payment of {$100.00}, which again was accepted. Unknown to me the first two payments were reversed at some point in time after they had been accepted! First, I have no idea why they were reversed because there were adequate funds in the account to cover the payments, and second, I can not understand why I was never notified that they had been reversed. Third, I do not understand what being reversed even means - I have never heard of it. The payments were made on the bank that issued the card, and they were accepted, meaning the money was there. Then they were reversed? Why? Why was I not notified? Had I known the payments had been reversed, I would have corrected whatever the reason was immediately and made the payments on time. I didn't realize the payments had not been made until my account was overdue, and TD took action against me. They lowered my limit, and reported that I had two overdue payments due to insufficient funds! THAT IS NOT TRUE! There were funds in the account, and I was never charged an NSF fee. I have repeatedly asked TD for an explanation, but after two letters and an E-Mail contact, I have not received one! They seem to be ignoring me. My position is that TD Bank made a mistake, and that I did made the payments in a timely manner, now the bank is punishing me for their mistake! As I said at the beginning of this letter, I opened the account to build my credit, and made every effort to keep my payments current, so this really hurts me. Their refusal to provide any explanation or to make it right is unacceptable!

Consumer Complaint: 1 ) I called XXXX and told customer service to help me purchase 3 XXXX XXXX tickets. Instead, the agent misunderstood and sent me to a link and directed me to purchase 3 XXXX XXXX California tickets. Upon arriving at the gate of XXXX XXXX, the ticketing staff noticed the mistake and told me to call XXXX to correct the error. XXXX refused to take responsibility by saying they cant verify their agent made the mistake, a complete lie that they know they will be able to get away with because they can technically just WITHHOLD any recordings. I was forced to buy 3 tickets at the door from XXXX XXXX on my other non TD credit card, which I can prove if necessary. 2 ) I called TD Credit card disputes to report the issue, and they somehow decided the case against me, failing to protect me from unauthorized transaction. I give XXXX authorization to charge me for what I requested, not for what I never requested. Therefore, the charge should be void. Instead, TD refuses to even let me appeal. I canceled my credit card because its clear they dont want to protect their customer, me in this case, so there is no point in continuing to use the card. 3 ) TD bank didnt even bother to ask me for additional information to help with the case. XXXX sent them a bunch of screenshots that show me purchasing the tickets online, but that was at the direction of their sales agent. They said these were the right tickets!!!! I took their word and got screwed. Criminal on part of XXXX to deny their mistake.
