Consumer Complaint: Yes there was a issue with my td bank account. I talk to the associates to unlock it and they said they did so, Yet they didn't. I told them to close my account.And send the money left in account which said they would. Almost a year ago. I reopen account. I love TD Bank. But yet no access online due to first account. When clearly they should took care of problem. Now call them and went in to to clear this account. So not sure why never got check of the amount had in account and closed that account so i can have online access to new account.

Consumer Complaint: I was impacted by Hurricane Dorian in XX/XX/2019. The Governor of Florida declared my county, XXXX County, Florida under the State of Emergency order. In addition, the USPS suspended delivery of mail to my zip code, XXXX. Based on the foregoing, I did not receive my XX/XX/2019 statement from Target. I attempted to resolve this with Target but they are denying I was impacted by the storm. Because I did not receive my statement, I did not know I owed money to Target ( my payment due date was XX/XX/19 ). I only learned that I was late when my credit reporting service alerted me on XX/XX/19 that Target made a negative reporting on my credit card. I immediately paid the balance due on XX/XX/19 ( {$10.00} ). I then called Target to dispute this matter and Target rejected my dispute and argued with me that I was not impacted by Hurricane Dorian. I had a wonderful payment history with Target up until this event and I am disputing their handling of this matter. It is clear that I was impacted by Hurricane Dorian and mail delivery was suspended in my area. I did not receive my XX/XX/2019 statement and was late with payment as a result.

Consumer Complaint: TD bank holds account deposits for an long time, they do not allow the money to be available to you according to their policy, their policy states that the first XXXX would be available and the rest of the amount up to XXXX will be available the next business day. This isn't case, they do not deposit checks in a timely manner, they will then clear a check and post it to the account to reflect the same date as deposit while adding additional fees. Our accounts have suffered numerous over draft fees because of them holding checks on an existing account through them for over a year. The deny cash with drawls on the accounts along with Not processing checks- I have had to call in a panic because the funds have taken an extensive amount of time and i was unable to get my medications. I have tried to reach for a resolution with them and i have not gotten anywhere they refuse to change any of this and consistantly blame this on the " Back Office '' stating they dont have control- They have also Made " Authorized phone transfers from one account to another with out speaking with my husband or i they jsut removed money from an account with out our permission. ) we never authorized a phone transfer to clear account from being negative as i was waiting in your company to release my funds. MY ACCOUNT wouldn't have been in a negative state because of your " polices '' THIS IS FOR ALL 3 accounts that are listed on this complaint. I want all accounts to be combed though and all fees returned. as your poor business has cost us a lot of hard ship. I would like this investigated ( this bank TD bank has had numerous Class action lawsuits against them for excessive fees ) I believe what they're doing is illegal and i would like a proper resolution fees and penalties and money returned. An example would be deposit on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX not available- on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX was added for over draft. but the account wasn't over drawn. once the check cleared it reflected the XX/XX/2019 date. statements and notices are attached. this has been going on for a year. you will be that the fees are not for out fault but for the company as these charges were cleared. they decide what to pay and when to pay it on their terms so see how much they can make off of a fee. they will deny a XXXX transaction but they will approve 5 small transactions so they can assess more fees.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a vehicle in 2012. The vehicle was almost paid off, due to an injury I fell behind however I did begin to resume making the payments. I made an agreement with the debt collector for the amount of {$4500.00} of which {$2000.00} was paid. The creditor sold the loan without my knowledge and I sent payments to the original company. I was then sent a law suit letter stating I now owe {$10000.00}. I was not given any written notice that this loan/debt was sold and that payments should be sent to another company.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2019 Dear Sir or Madam : I have attempted to make several payments, 21 of them and not until the 22nd payment it went through. There was an error in my account number so the payments kept getting declined but unaware of because I was in the process of moving addresses. The card company only attempted to contact me twice and one of the calls was to see a payment in which I made. If I have known the account number was incorrect I wouldve resolved it immediately since my credit score was good before the charge backs. These 21 attempts are what put my credit score to a major decrease. I would always make a payment a week before due date or on time for the card. My latest payment paid the card entirely because I didnt want to deal with the card again. When I made the payment via phone call the employee never informed me the account number was wrong nor did the website it stated my bank. I had months in which I ways making payments unknowingly having them declined because of an error not stated with the website nor the employees. I would like these payments to be dismissed or decreased if possible. Thank you,

I activated my new card today -XXXX. When I logged into my online account, my old closed card -XXXX appears instead of my new one. I called customer service to get my new card -XXXX added to my online account. My username is XXXX. They advised that I would need to create a whole new account for my new card, which I don't think is right.
