Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : XX/XX/2019 FOR 30 DAYS LATE??? I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I check my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: All of my retirement money was rolled over to a XXXX XXXX 5 Year Fixed Annuity. A TD Customer Service Representative ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) at the TD Bank located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX ( Brach # XXXX ) told me that there were no surrender charges for this product, it would gain five percent interest and the money can be taken out at any time. The amount gained from this investment product as well as the surrender charges were not disclosed to me in written form. Further, I was not given copies of these documents. After giving my case documents to my son, he had reached out to the Group Head of US Retail ( TD Bank ), Mr. XXXX XXXX. He referred the case to Mr XXXX XXXX who provided a letter and evidence thereof that ( 1 ) an adequate and complete suitability review of this product was not in line with my initial understanding of the product, ( 2 ) TD Bank gained as a result of this product sale and ( 3 ) not only was I to lose in this transaction, but no investigation of the agent was conducted.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2019 I signed a retail installment contract to finance a new XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Amount financed XXXX - 3.99 % APR - 72 months ) through TD Auto Finance. The deal structure contained a trade with XXXX negative equity for a vehicle my wife and I have financed through XXXX, I left the dealership without taking delivery of the vehicle and with the paperwork to have my wife sign the title to the XXXX over and go through with the deal. My wife refused to sign the paperwork, so I called the dealer to ask if they could flat cancel the deal prior to funding the deal with the bank on XXXX/XXXX/2019. On XXXX/XXXX/2019, I spoke to the general manager of the dealership and was notified the deal was flat canceled and the payment ( check ) to XXXX XXXX for the trade was canceled as well.I received a statement from TD Bank on XXXX/XXXX/2019 notifying me that my payment was due on XXXX/XXXX/2019. I called TD Auto Finance and was routed to their dealer management department which I provided my complaint that this was supposed to be flat cancelled and I don't actually have the vehicle they're asking me to pay for. TD Auto Financed informed me that they work with a network of dealers, will have to talk to the dealer, and that they don't have responsibility to monitor whether every deal is credible because they're essentially just buying the contract the dealer executed. I've talked to the dealer multiple times between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX/XXXX/2019 and have been told that the bank should have flat canceled the deal, we did flat cancel the deal and we will call the bank and straighten it out. I have also talked to TD Auto Finance multiple times and they've told me that the dealer wants to work with me to a resolution, and that this isn't their problem, they'll hit my credit if I don't make my payment within 30 days of the due date.

Consumer Complaint: This is in regards to a Target RED card.I called and spoke to 4 different people trying to cancel this card. In XX/XX/2019, I went online and paid the balance off for the credit card and asked to close the account. I had a flood in my condo and was not able to live there for two months. I had my mail held and paid off my debts while displaced. Now we have returned and I have a statement from Target that although I paid the balance there was a late fee that has compounded from {$7.00} to {$150.00} ( three months time ). Today, XX/XX/2019, I called customer service asked to cancel the card, clearly it had not been back in XX/XX/XXXX, and asked who I could speak to about these additional fees unrelated to any merchandise purchase. I was bounced to four different phone reps - all who said they can't cancel the card. I repeated the same request to cancel this card ( to stop the fees accumulating ) and to speak to someone about the fees. Each time they said no to closing the account and they would not be able to cancel the fees. Mostly I thought it was unethical for them to refuse to cancel the card to stop the accumulation of NEW fees while I dispute the old fees. The last persons name I was given as a " manager '' I could call back because no managers were " on the floor '' was XXXX XXXX at XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I was improperly charged egregious overdraft fees in the amount of {$210.00} overall from TD Bank. This started on XX/XX/XXXX when TD charged me a overdraft fee of {$70.00} when I had money reflecting in my available balance. This bank uses deceptive practices to maximize the amount of overdraft fees they can charge. TD bank blames their system for not accurately reporting the correct amount of balance available. This is false advertisement and unethical behavior for such business to practice. This violates my consumer protection laws.

I received these checks selling college textbooks to an online site that buys them called XXXX. When i deposited the first check it was XX/XX/2019 and it was put on hold for a while and was released to me today XX/XX/2019 but when i went into the branch i spoke with a lady named XXXX i think at the branch in XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. She helped me and was very rude and prejudice. I guess she believes it was XXXX because i have two checks from the same company for the same amount so when i went in to withdraw she contacted the fraud department and put another hold on the funds that were already made available for me earlier today XX/XX/2019. I dont understand why she would do that is there anything you can do to help me? Ive been waiting weeks now for these funds to be available to me and now shes put another hold on my account
