Consumer Complaint: I am writing today regarding my interest that has been charged on my account. I bought furniture from Raymour & Flanigan XXXX, XXXX with promotional deal with 0 % interest rate for 2 yrs period. With in the two years I have to pay full amount otherwise interest will be charged. According to deal I was paying every month payment. My intention was before two years I would pay whole principal amount and XXXX, XXXX was the last time to pay all the due. But unfortunately from XXXX XXXX covid-19 started and I became unemployed. After that to avoid the interest I hardly arranged money and paid my full principal amount. But unfortunately that payment they received instead XXXX, they received sometime in XXXX. For that 15 days delay they added almost {$1200.00} interest on my account and asking me pay all the interest otherwise they sue me and put bill to collections. I called them and explain them my situation but they denying all my request. I am not working since 5 months due to pandemic. I am currently unemployed and it is not possible for me to pay this huge amount. So this circumstances I need your help

Consumer Complaint: The following companies have been on my credit report over 4 years. By the Pennsylvania XXXX laws on this it is illegal to try to start the statues over, such as XXXX is trying to do now, see attached. And it is illegal to pursue collection actions when it is over 4 years for credit cards, medical or any collection, see attached. I have written to each of these companies in the last 30-60 days asking to show me a contract between myself and them and Ive recieved nothing from any of them. Please remove these items from my credit report, on all three XXXX, XXXX, XXXX as they are the ones whom are allowing these bogus companies to just do anything, report anything they want. None of the three reporting agencies has proved any contracts to me as I have written to all three to prove these debts. All they keep saying is its verified, but wont say how??? Its updated, all empty spaces and nothing is proven to me not a contract, nothing!!! Why is this allowed?? By law if its wrong it must be removed. If its out of date must be removed. So please remove immediately!!! Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I have learned that Target is reporting to all three Credit Bureaus that I have been late for payments XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I contend that these reports are inaccurate, false and misleading. Therefore, I am submitting this complaint pursuant to FDCPA Section 807 ( 8 ). XX/XX/XXXX, I closed the Target account and initiated a " Temporary Special Payment Plan '' which did not include " late fees ''. See the Letter of Details from Target dated XX/XX/XXXX. I closed the Target account due to accumulation of financial hardships and continued late fees added even when I made payments. Target continue to report to all three credit bureaus that I have been late on payment for XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX! See the payments made attached. I state not only did I pay for said months, but I have not been late with the payment agreement for the last 12 months! Target reports are incorrect, false and misleading representation 15 USC 1692e, and in violation of Fair Credit Billing Act. In addition, Target reports are in wanton disregard of their own written " Temporary Special Payment Plan '' agreed upon with me as a customer/client. As a result of these false and misleading representation to all three Credit Bureaus, it impacts my credit life and prevents me from obtaining loans or credit lines that are in the best interest of my welfare and livelihood. I state that Target has a legal responsbility of furnishing information to consumer reporting agencies with : '' completeness '' or accuracy of any information furnished by Target. pursuant to U.S.C. sec. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 3 ).

Consumer Complaint: Hi I just requested a new card number because my wallet was missing and the police dept found my wallet the next day and received my credit card 2-3 days via XXXX and I cant use my credit card at all and it was declined for small amount at a restaurant and now I have to request documents for a phone number verification and my card is blocked and I called Nordstrom and try add my card for XXXX XXXX but they took too long and I hang up the call so I can talk to my girlfriend I havent been seeing her for a few months ... I dont like to be on hold for over 5 mins and I got things to do.. and I cant use my card ... the phone number that was on my account for years ... And Nordstrom has wasted my gas money to come to a location and verified my identity this is XXXX and I have things to do!!!!!

Consumer Complaint: Our TD Bank mortgage payments were paused without our consent. I initially called TD Bank in XX/XX/2020 to inquiry about their specific terms offered to borrowers of residential mortgage loans under the federal CARES Act. I did not accept the terms that TD Bank offered and decided not to participate in the program. My wife and I continued to make all loan payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, we were notified for the first time, via letter from TD Bank that stated there was a Forebearance Plan on the loan and that it was being renewed. The letter indicated that the Forebearance Plan was placed on our loan based on the bank 's evaluation of our " incomplete loss mitigation application ''. Per this admission no application was completed, yet our loan was placed into forebearance against our wishes. Placing our account in an unwanted forbearance has harmed our credit reports by making it seem as though we aren't making required payments, when we have been. This may also prevent us from refinancing the loan to benefit from low interest rates.

Consumer Complaint: I received a XXXX bill form Target XXXX XXXX. I paid the bill and my bank paid them onXX/XX/XXXX. I tried to use my card and it was declined. I called Target XXXX XXXX and they said they did not receive the payment that was taken out of my bank account by Target. I called my bank and have incurred a {$28.00} charge to send Target a copy of the check that they cashed. This whole dispute is for {$38.00}, I pay my bill early every month. Instead of admitting the mistake..I had had to make numerous calls and been told at least another 10 days. They have hit my credit report for {$38.00}. This whole thing is absurd. However as they took my money this is fraud and it must be addresed.

Consumer Complaint: Sent a notice to TD Bank on XX/XX/2020 that a checking account through their institution was fraudulently opened in my name. Sent this notice after my parents received the first account statement from TD Bank at their home address ( my previous address ). This was the XX/XX/2020 account statement that made me aware an account was opened fraudulently in my name. Requested that TD Bank close the unauthorized account and take steps to remove information about the account from my credit files. Requested a written correspondence explaining their findings and confirming the account was closed. Never received response from TD Bank. My parents received another account statement from TD Bank XXXX XX/XX/2020 account statement ) suggesting TD Bank has not taken any action after I initially notified them of the unauthorized account.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX issued a refund for me, for an item purchased XX/XX/XXXX. The original card used ended in XXXX. The card was replaced with XXXX. XXXX issued the refund to XXXX, rather than the new TDBank card ending in XXXX. I have been calling TDBank daily starting at XXXX EST., checking on the refund. Some TDBank representative would say, yes they see the old card, with NO refund, others said they did not see the card, and the card must have been purged. I KNOW that if a debit/credit card has been replaced, and there is a credit or refund to the old card ; based on " SECURE PROTOCOLS '', ( SOX-Sarbanes-Oxley Act ) banks claim to enforce, in my case TDBank, protect customers, and easily identify debits or credits, from the old card/account. The ripple effect has surpassed {$140.00} per day, in overdraft fees. ( {$35.00} per overdraft ). Current overdraft {$980.00}. I have an audit trail of communications to XXXX, regarding the issue. I call TDBank at least 3 times per day, utilizing their voice recognition through the " XXXX ''. TDBank should have a voice audit trail, as well as the recorded calls quality. I am XXXX, and on a fixed income. The past two days, has had me stuck in XXXX, with severe XXXX. Please help me. Let me know if you need any additional information from me. ( See Attachments )

Consumer Complaint: ive been fighting with TD Bank so longest time. The last conversation I had with XXXX XXXX I paid my bill through her. She told me that my next payment will be due in XXXX. At my car be ready to use again. Then I go use my credit card and it wont work. I called her and she told me theres nothing I can do to call the number. I keep getting the runaround by TD Bank and Im sick of it. She shouldve said something with something like this would happen. I want my car back and I want to be used now. Again td being thinks he can do whatever they think they could do. They need to be held responsible
