Consumer Complaint: This company has the worst consumer service! First Target sent a letter to me on XX/XX/2020, and then reponed to the CFPB XXXX XXXX. XXXX on XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020, I called target and asked for a fax number I spoke to XXXX and XXXX. The fax number I was giving XXXX. Today XX/XX/2020, Call XXXX XXXX XXXX to check on the fax that I sent. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX from fax number XXXX. I called got the first rep and the was transfer to XXXX ID XXXX. This is not a good representative for the XXXX XXXX. I would suggest that someone who has more authority look into this situation. This can not be how someone conducts business. All I wanted to do is check on the fax that I sent.

Consumer Complaint: Opened checking account with TD Bank branch in XXXX, CT in XXXX of XXXX. Promotion indicated I would receive {$300.00} if I were to have direct deposit over a certain amount within 30 days of opening the account. When I asked for a direct deposit form from them with my new checking account numbers they mistakenly gave me the wrong account number and subsequently my first two paychecks in XXXX of XXXX were deposited to the wrong account. After many calls from me they identified and corrected the problem with the deposits and put my paychecks into the correct account but never gave me the {$300.00} because I didn't have direct deposits within 30 days even though this was their mistake that they provided the incorrect account number.

Consumer Complaint: Amidst this worldwide crisis that we are facing with all that is going on, this pandemic has been carrying away the livelihood and jobs are affected by it, still, it is very important to me to have a good and positive remark on my report.I see multiple 30-60 days late marks which is a clear violation of my right under the FCRA. The company has never responded to any of my attempts to obtain any proof or documentation that will prove this account is being reported accurately.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a saving account with TD bank on XX/XX/XXXX and did a fund transfer with {$20000.00} from my XXXX XXXX to TD bank saving account on the same day right after the account is opened. TD bank closed my account for some unknown reason afterwards and sent an email stating that the fund transfer was unsuccessful. However the money didn't go back to my XXXX XXXX account untill now. I've reached out to one of the TD bank branch and also filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX. However the issue is still not resolved. Attached is the reponse from XXXX XXXX. Please take this complaint seriously. All the actions are performed and instructed on TD bank online system, TD bank should make a graceful transaction.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/20. The company reached out to me for an interview on XX/XX/20 and offered me a position an hour after the interview. The succeeding days including signing a contract and them emailing a check worth {$2000.00}, citing it as a way to set up direct deposit. They then told me to wire the money from my bank to a vendor to pay for training materials and I would start training upon receipt. I wired the money at my bank on XX/XX/20. After wiring the money, I was told that training materials would arrive on XX/XX/20. I get a message saying the company would need to redo the process again and they would email me another check. When I checked to see if the first wire cleared, I found out I was locked out of my bank account because the bank bounced the check but didn't cancel the wire transfer. My account is currently in danger of being sent to collections.

I even contacted the company on a good will effort to have this resolved but they do accept pay to delete and even though I dont agree with account and have not received validation. Also, according to them they added obscene fees and charges to the account that it doubles the amount of original credit issued. The card was supposedly for XXXX dollars limit and they are claiming more than XXXX to settle a debt that they cant validate. I need this immediately deleted from all my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: I have deposited {$3500.00} using drive thru ATM on XXXX. The ATM machine gave an error and the amount was not deposited into my account. I went to the branch on XXXX and they confirmed that the ATM was over by the same amount ( {$3500.00} ), but they said I have to file a claim to get my money back. I filed the claim and submitted the receipt I have from the ATM confirming my account number. Unfortunately I did not receive my deposit although it has been over a week. I visited the branch 3 times. First they said it takes 1-2 business days, then 3-5, and then 10 or more days. I decided to submit this complain since the bank is not transparent and not cooperating. I am worried that I may not get my deposit, or may get it but with a significant delay. With the current COVID situation and it's impact on all financial situations this is very frustrating. Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I added a XXXX $ gap insurance policy from XXXX with 72 month financing with TD Bank. When I tried to get a refund for the policy XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, told me that they sent a check to XXXX XXXX XXXX for the refund. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX several times about a refund before being given an answer. Today I talked with XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX and she said " I think I sent the check to you in the mail, let me check '' then came back and said " TD auto finance should issue you a refund, they charge us for gap insurance ''. So I called T.D. auto finance and talked with someone who explained that the gap insurance is part of the payoff amount. I have not been shown any record of the gap insurance being credited to my account and the amount financed at XXXX XXXX XXXX included the gap insurance as part of the amount finance. Further, I traded in my XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX and also financed with T.D. Auto. I purchased a XXXX $ gap insurance policy for the XXXX XXXX and financed XXXX XXXX I've made one payment of XXXX XXXX On my online T.D auto account the payoff quote I'm given for the XXXX XXXX is XXXX XXXX This obviously does not include a XXXX $ gap insurance credit like they are claiming my XXXX XXXX account did. What I've gathered from talking to these three companies is that I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX $ for gap insurance that is refundable but that refund goes directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX. My account was supposedly credited XXXX $ for the unused policy in my payoff quote, but there is not a tangible record of that happening and seemingly the only entity receiving a refund for the gap insurance is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Had I known that the gap insurance policy wasn't actually refundable to me I would not have purchased it in the first place on either of these vehicles.
