Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I opened an account at TD Bank located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX. To fund my account I had my debit card from XXXX & XXXX & personal check from my XXXX Account & A check that my uncle endorsed to me ( {$15000.00} ) to deposit into my account. I attempted to take {$200.00} out of the ATM but my card got stuck in the XXXX. At that time it was a quarter to XXXX and I needed to get to XXXX & XXXX to get a replacement card. I had to eventually make the deposits by atm which I didn't want to. During this time I was in process of going through a divorce and had to put a stop payment on my personal checks I wrote, being my ex wife had withdrew all my money out my account without my consent and take all my money so only my personal check ended up coming back but the endorsed item didn't. So because of that they decided they were going to close my account which I didn't agree with but they did on XX/XX/XXXX. The endorsed check posted and cleared on all ends I owed TD a little over XXXX XXXX dollars and my remaining balance was {$14000.00}. So on XX/XX/XXXX my money was transferred to a internal account. I called and even visited two different branches they told me XXXX closed my account. contact them which I have done concisely and haven't got a return. I call TD Bank fraud line weekly and than me the same I need to speak to demarketing whom had yet to reach out I haven't even

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank has charged me XXXX for a fraud that resulted in a overdraft for the XXXX that they are wrongfully holding me responsible for charges that I am 100 % not responsible for. TD bank has informed me that they conducted an investigation that resulted in their decision to wrongfully hold me responsible for these charges. Consumer Complaint: I received the overly verbose letter enumerating in detail why I was assessed the {$29.00} fee and why I was late unmaking the payments in the first place. There was no mentioned of the fact the the Post Office box on the pre-printed statement is the incorrect address for payments. Also, after calling the payment method indicate in the letter by phone, I just called that number, and was unable to make a payment because my only phone number ( XXXX ) was not recognized by the automated system, there fore that payment option was not a good one. I want to pay off the full amount, without any difficulties. ( Of course, with continued difficulties, the bank would continue to make money on fees. ) I am going to make a final payment in the balance due via a transfer from a credit card. Please allow me to make this final payment effortlessly.

Consumer Complaint: Target Credit is reporting my credit card length and payments incorrect. I have spoken to customer service several times and they still are reporting incorrect status. It is showing on my XXXX that I have only made 56 % payments on time which is outlandish and very incorrect. I opened this credit card on XX/XX/2011 but target is not reporting any payments and saying NO DATA on my credit report. They need to fix this as its effecting my credit report and making it go down. Target needs to fix my payments and show they have been on time instead of no data. This is hurting my score. Thank you for all your help, I am trying to purchase a home for my family and need this fixed.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I am writing to request a goodwill credit update. Most recently I have lost a grandmother due to hurricane ida. Became stuck there while trying to attend her funeral to then be impacted from XXXX and being in the hospital for a month. During this time when I go back thru my emails I do not notice any email statements from Nordstrom. So on top of my hardships, I didnt get my statements properly. So I had a balance of XXXX originally that now became past due and now reported to the cbr for XXXX. I have never been 30 day late in the history of my account. So i called Nordstrom to ask for this courtesy to advised I had not only been impacted medically but also by a natural disaster that caused death was told no such update can be made and was advised I have a 60 day late payment and the last payment I made was in XXXX, Now with review of my statements I show with the payment I made in XXXX that left balance of XXXX left due on XXXX that payment went over 30 days when no payment was received by XXXX So the payment would not be 60 days past due until XXXX. So this request may not get me anywhere but as working for a credit institution we even have a goodwill credit update process so I really can't believe a corporation as big as Nordstrom doesnt. No response other than ignoring my letter. On XX/XX/XXXX I pulled my consumer report and saw that they have the alleged debt reporting to the credit reporting agencies starting on XX/XX/XXXX falsely stating that I have a debt violating TILA, FDCPA, FCRA and it is defamation and is impeding on my ability to utilize my open consumer credit line. On XX/XX/XXXX I responded via certified mail with a Cease & Desist, Affidavit of Truth with Exhibits and a Bill of Particulars to settle these violations and to grant relief. Consumer Complaint: To whom it XXXX concern, XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX the above is my account number for XXXX furniture through Td Bank I have paid this account every month since Ive had it my about 5 months. My original credit limit was {$8000.00}, I used XXXX. The month of XXXX I made a payment in the beginning of the month I usually make XXXX payments a month. I had a problem with my bank when the extra second payment was taken out, It did not go through, however I had already made a payment at the beginning of the month. Your company took away my {$8000.00} credit limit, changed it to {$600.00} total limit and my balance is {$720.00}. Im extremely upset about this because it dropped my credit by XXXX points in less than 10 days hurting my credit reporting. I am now over my limit and my ratio is 100 % plus. I did not miss a payment the second payment didnt go through. I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX that I would have to have my credit XXXX again. I am in the middle of refining my house and I do not want my credit pulled nor do I want this to affect my credit and it will, simply because you now lowered my credit utilization ratio. All of this happened within a nine days. I am requesting that you change my credit limit back to the {$8000.00}. I have paid every single month even this month it was the second payment. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 received a text from TD Bank that a checking account was opened in by me ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I had not opened account. Called TD Bank immediately and they were very helpful. I was passed to their Fraud Department and they confirmed a fraudulent account was opened. They confirmed by social security number, address and email had been compromised. TD Bank also confirmed a business accounts I was formally a co-signer was not compromised. TB Bank confirmed a closure letter for all accounts opened would be mailed to me within XXXX weeks.
