Consumer Complaint: Regarding Complaint # XXXX On XXXX, TD Auto Finance states that they are required to report to the Credit Bureaus under the FCRA. This is NOT true. Creditors are not legally obligated to report anything at all. It's a completely voluntarily practice. TD Auto Finance has purposely made a false statement. Please provide me with the information that validates the statement that credit reporting is required. Since the loan was paid off in 2018, was a 1099 C filed, and if so, I would like proof. I need to know if TD Auto Finance followed the Gramm Leach Bililey Financial protection Act ( 15 USC 6801 ), this law clearly states the non affiliated third parties should not have my non public information, without my consent. I would like proof that I gave TD Auto Finance my consent to furnish my information. I was never given the opportunity to opt out of my non public information being given to a non affiliated third party, under the Gramm Leach Bililey Financial Protection Act ( 15 USC 6802 ), I would like proof that I was given a chance to opt out. I would like proof of everything listed above

Consumer Complaint: TD Bank/Target is reporting on my XXXX credit report that an account was closed due to XXXX XXXX BK filing. The BK filing occurred in XXXX and XXXX in XXXX. This account with TD Bank/Target was on the list of creditors, however, TD bank never properly closed the account until SEVERAL years later. Now it is appearing as a bad debt. I have tried to contact TD Bank to resolve this and they advised they can not speak to me because the account is showing it is in bankruptcy. XXXX is unable to make any changes at my request and suggested I submit a compliant to CFPB. The other two credit bureaus updated the account properly.

Consumer Complaint: I received a credit card from XXXX that I didn't apply for. The credit score was for {$300.00} and {$100.00} was already charged to the card. I did report to the XXXX department but the moment I called Fraud department was closed so I had to contact them the following day. I contact Fraud department Saturday morning XX/XX/2022 and the account was closed and there was more information hared to me about how the account was open. The account was open online and the information I shared with the fraud department didn't not match with the information input online at the moment the account was open. The fraud department recommended that I contact XXXX and other credit score company to report this fraud and put an alert on my credit. So I contact XXXX and they recommended for me to make my repot to FTC and have you guys help with the investigation and help so this doesn't effect my crdito score.SO if you have any further questions please contact me I just don't want this to effect my credit score.

VIN : XXXX ***THE ENGINE IS NOT WORKING*** This is after I had the problem worked on three times with XXXX XXXX and they rapped electrical tape around a few wires and charged me XXXX XXXX and something bucks with no actual repair. The vehicle what it has done and kept doing is shutting down on me when I'm driving down the highway to where I got to pullover real quick to the shoulder which is an urgent matter. It could cause an accident since it was properly fixed by XXXX XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX has a personal problem with me and won't buy my truck back so I can go out and purchase another one which I tries on Saturday but truck vehicle popped up on my credit information and that dealer denied me a loan for the a new car. This truck has been setting in the back of my families property after I took it to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they didn't want to fix it either. TD Auto Finance I contacted them several times for a STOP payment request, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and still TD Auto Finance kept sending me payment request to collect even after the truck still don't run. I have a photo of the truck and what I would like is it to be repossessed and or my credit repaired to normal so I can purchase a new vehicle. This is bs! Maybe perhaps a small amount back on the truck to put down for another loan on a new vehicle? XXXX XXXX has a bad reputation of scamming people and this is a scam rumors have it that a mechanic inside their shop tapper with my XXXX XXXX XXXX engine to cause it to malfunction like it did! I would NEVER purchase from XXXX XXXX ever again and the management there just laughs at my face and are very unprofessional. These people at XXXX XXXX don't ever need to report anything to my family on a subject like this when I'm XXXX years of age. What does that have to do with fixing my engine and or giving me my money back to go find me another vehicle.
