Consumer Complaint: In the month of XXXX, my checking account was in the negative from an online XXXX account falsely charging approx. {$800.00} for a product I did not receive. This began setting my account in negative with multiple OD charges. I contacted XXXX and company to resolve matter, initially returning half the amount immediately and then once investigation completed the remainder of monies returned to my account. At the same time my place of employment, where I have biweekly XXXX XXXX paycheck automatically deposited for past three years, was bought by a new company XXXX. My pay check was now delayed an additional week, and initial payment was a check. I deposited check as soon as possible due to my OD account knowing I have automatic monthly payments also due. The initial hold was three days, releasing {$100.00}. I needed to grocery shop and purchase gas as I knew this check would clear soon. This morning four days after initial deposit the check total amount ( approx ) {$1700.00} was taken back out of my account and placed on additional 6 business day hold. I now have no monies available for the rest of the month, and a total OD to present date for XXXX is over XXXX XXXX I called the bank today to discuss releasing check and removing some of the OD charges. The did not remove any charges and are looking into the bank hold. Meanwhile I am sinking with a mortgage and XXXX XXXX payment pending. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: Important background of this matter includes : - I have made a good faith effort to work with TD Bank regarding ongoing pre-construction mortgage statement delays ( generally delayed 2-3 weeks and delivered to my home address via USPS ) . - I have requested online access to payment amounts, or access via phone calls, text messages, or emails providing account information, all of which have been denied by TD bank because of systems limitations. The online portal provided no current information regarding amount due for my preconstruction loan. I was required to await USPS delivery of my delayed statement each month in order to learn my current payment amount. MY TD BANK STATEMENT WAS NEVER RECEIVED WITHIN XXXX WEEKS OF THE DATE OF THE STATEMENT ( DUE TO CONSISTENT DELAYS THAT I REPORTED TO TD BANK REPEATEDLY ). - I have never missed a mortgage payment or had a late mortgage payment in my life ( first mortgage in XXXX ). - In spite of all of this, I expeditiously paid any TD bank statement I received on the day of receipt. All of my other debt payments are either previously scheduled or communicated well -- TD Bank allowed none of this and I was forced to await delayed USPS mail statements. - In XX/XX/XXXX my loan converted to full P & I after an 18-month interest-only construction period. - Twice in XXXX, twice in XXXX, and most recently XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted TD Bank to ensure that my account is in good standing with no late payments or other issues. I was informed each time that I have no outstanding debts, my account is in good standing, all payments are up to date, and no derogatory marks were listed. Nonetheless, TD Bank took the following action : 1. In a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice of default, stating that my loan was in default ( in spite of representatives for TD bank stating that my loan is current ) 2. In a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX I was notified the following : " Please note that as of XX/XX/XXXX, your new payment amount is {$1600.00}... Please provide an additional payment of {$1500.00} by XX/XX/XXXX. '' No one at TD bank was able to substantiate this demand. ( Please note that the above is typed correctly -- on a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX I was informed that I owe additional funds from XXXX of the previous year, despite all interval statements showing a XXXX balance ). I paid this demand to avoid any repercussions while I tried unsuccessfully to address this error. I have not been able to reach anyone with any knowledge of this letter. 3. On the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX I learned that TD Bank reported my loan defaulted to credit agencies, and my XXXX XXXX decreased by XXXX points from the prior value of XXXX. 4. I presented on XX/XX/XXXX at the TD Bank branch located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX to resolve this -- I was informed that I would need to call the TD Bank mortgage line and was provided a telephone to do so. I spoke with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, who was unable to resolve the issue and instead forwarded the issue to the prior loan servicer from the preconstruction phase ( XXXX XXXX ). XXXX was unable to resolve the issue as of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. This issues remains unresolved with no communication from TD Bank representatives.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a target XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2021. The card had a balance of XXXX which I paid using my checking account at XXXX. The payment got returned and target stated that the account information was incorrect. I worked for XXXX for over 9 years and know for a fact that the information was correct. After confirming that I had the correct information I used the online pay tool again. That second payment came back and target closed my card. I became upset and paid XXXX the balance on XXXX XXXXAfter letting target know i will not be paying the late fee or interest due to the issue being on their processing side they continue to harass me and add late fees/interests to my closed account. They are reporting me delinquent and that is affecting my XXXX XXXX. I have filed a XXXX complaint with out resolve of the issue.

Consumer Complaint: I received a call from a company saying someone had ordered {$4500.00} worth of car parts through XXXX- they wanted me to confirm the charges. I did not order them, so they declined the charge. They told me to check my credit report because this was likely a stolen identity fraud situation. The report shows two open accounts that are not mine tied to an address in Florida that is not mine. I live in XXXX, TX. I called TD Bank NA ( acct opened in XX/XX/22 ), which shows a {$6000.00} balance that is two months overdue. They weren't able to do anything since I didn't have the complete card number - the credit report only shows the first 6 digits. I filed a fraud alert with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and froze my credit report with all 3. The 2nd account was a XXXX XXXX account that was opened on XX/XX/22 tied to XXXX. They were very helpful, found the account tied to the Florida address and shut that card down. The address tied to the fraud is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX FL XXXX. I was told by XXXX that they are using my name and my SS #.

I filed a police report and a complaint with the federal trade commission. My bank gave me a provisional credit then took the money back they are saying the transaction are valid. They aren't I was scamed. These transactions are fraudulent I never received any items for which I paid and I tried over and over to reach XXXX XXXX

I then went into the TD bank and spoke to a XXXX and I was told there is a 6 day hold on my payroll paycheck. I work to hard for my paycheck to be held. I want to file a claim and recover my funds.
