They repossessed my car on XX/XX/XXXX, sold it around XX/XX/XXXX, and since then has sold debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, but TD BANK, NA is still reporting to my credit report monthly and adding increases but has failed to send me any of the information I've requested. I sent the request for information on XX/XX/XXXX, it was sent certified mail, delivered and signed for on XX/XX/XXXX according to the return receipt that I received back.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, I purchased an item with my TD bank debit card for {$130.00} at the Nordstrom Rack located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, on XXXX, I returned the purchased item to my TD Bank debit card for {$130.00} to the Nordstrom Rack located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XXXX, I noticed a debit transaction on my Bank account for {$130.00} with an explanation of ( XXXX Nordstrom XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I called TD Bank customer service, I was advised by TD Bank associate that it was a debit transaction done by TD Bank due to a dispute from Nordstrom of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was never advised prior to TD Bank debit to my account of Nordstrom disputing the previous credit of the return item. I was charged by Nordstrom the purchase item, therefore when the item was returned I received a credit. There is nothing to dispute. When I raise my complaint on XXXX, as per my request a TD Bank customer service XXXX issue a provisional credit to my account. It is common knowledge that TD Bank purchase Nordstrom credit card portfolio, CONFLICT OF INTEREST. TD Bank has no legal right to debit TD Bank customers checking accounts on behalf of Nordstrom for a transaction done with a TD Bank debit card. My money is not safe at TD Bank.

Consumer Complaint: 5 weeks ago I refinanced my Jeep from TD auto to my local credit union TD received and signed for the check via XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. TD lost the check and advised I stop and reissue check payoff for XXXX. My local credit union doesnt stop checks for 90 days after issue. However they stated they would make an exception if TD signed an indemnification letter stating they lost the original check. That letter was faxed last XXXX and I was told today XX/XX/XXXX they would not sign the letter. So I have 2 open loans that I have to pay on so my credit doesnt get affected equaling almost XXXX which i can not afford 2 loan payments! I have 2 car loans on my credit report for the same car. Countless phone calls to TD auto and they are doing nothing to help me. Spoke to XXXX the manager today XX/XX/XXXX advising that something needs to be done to help me. He stated he will get me an answer and call me back in 2-3 business days. I literally have no where to go for help. My credit union who I refinanced with will not stop the lost check for another 2 months if TD auto finance does not sign that letter. I am filing a complaint on TD auto finance for not helping me as they are the ones who lost my check. No one is helping me at all. I will never finance through TD auto again

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I tried to take {$1000.00} out of TD Bank 's ATM where I had an account. It was around XXXXXXXX XXXX because the bank had just closed. Only {$800.00} came out, and it was after a long wait. The bank tellers would not help me because the bank had just closed, so I waited over 40 mins on the phone to make a complaint. They took my info, but never contacted me to discuss, and just sent me a denial letter that said the reason they denied was " We have determine that an error did not occur and the claim is denied. '' This letter was sent on XXXX XXXX, 2023, which was just the first business day after my complaint. They did not send me any evidence that they reviewed, and therefore just stole my money.

I paid this entire newbalance on XXXX manually. I then tore up the card. My complaint can be satisfactorily addressed by investigating this fraud scheme. This company makes it very difficult to understand if you have successfully set up an automatic payment which I attempt to do and thought I had succeed at doing. Also, my password and user name was stored by XXXX but were not subseqently deemed valid. I could not log back in and don't have time to play silly games. XXXX subsequently make the charges stated above. If this is systemic to all customers it amounts to a fraud scheme.

Consumer Complaint: The bank sent me a letter stating " We're writing today because you haven't used your TD Credit Card account for at least 16 months. We've closed your credit card account with use because it is inactive.... you have 60 calendar days from the date of this letter to redeem remaining rewards points before they are forfeited. '' First, this is not true : the card has been used within the past 16 months as reflected in monthly statements. I called the customer service number to attempt to redeem those remaining rewards and despite the website saying 24/7 availability, the customer service rep said no, that department is only limited hours, you have to call back the next day at a different number. I did, and had to go repeatedly re-enter full card number and authentication information into a system that couldn't find the account ( presumably because it was closed ). The rep there said they could not redeem the remaining rewards because it the available amount ( {$8.00} ) was less than the {$25.00} threshold and because the bank closed the account there's no way of getting it there, so the bank will just keep remaining amounts from this " Cash back '' card they sold as having great benefits for " cash back '' of a small percentage of purchases. When I asked for the advertised cash back to be applied I was transferred to applications, then back to rewards, then to customer service, and back, being told by folks in the rewards department there aren't any supervisors who can deal with the issue there ( only in customer service ) and in customer service that they don't have anything to do with any rewards ( they only sell the great benefits of those cash back rewards that can't actually be redeemed ) and they're not willing to do anything about fixing issues that led to the false statements in the letter ( e.g. the 16 month inactivity opening line, which just isn't true ). Each person I spoke with had to get all the authentication information ( full card number, full name, data of birth, last four digits of social security number, current and previous full address ) all over again ; it wasted lots of time and still did not yield results.
