Consumer Complaint: I set up auto pay at the beginning of my loan with TD Auto finance in XX/XX/XXXX. I called to finalize on XX/XX/XXXX, knowing I only had a few payments left. The representative advised that I had been 30 days late for the entire loan, which amounts to several XXXX XXXX. I never received a phone call from TD, neither did my son, who is the co-signer. I never received an email or a letter. They stated the phone number they had was incorrect for me in their system. It was off by one digit, which if you XXXX my name comes up correctly. Very easy to find me. I have had the same phone number and address for nearly 30 years. They never attempted to call my son. They admit they never sent any correspondence or emails. They have my correct email and address. My payments have been pulled from my checking account every month, so I have no reason to think I was overdue. They did not make any reasonable attempt to contact me. They are not willing to make any concessions at all. I should not be held responsible for their error. I spoke to 5 different people, and was unable to get any resolution. I have excellent credit and regularly check my report. I have never been reported late by TD or anyone else. I most certainly would have corrected the confusion had I known about it.

Consumer Complaint: I have had this store card company report negative information on my credit reports. The problem is that I have never applied for a store card with this vendor. I tried disputing it with the store and also on my credit reports. The store says I have used the card for 2 years and that there were payments. I have tried to tell them that they either have the wrong person or that someone is using it fraudulently. I have also told them that I don't even shop at that store. This account shows an address that I used to live at but currently don't. I advised them that maybe someone whom purchased the resident may be using my identity

It was during this visit TDBank XXXX my account for the loss of {$9600.00} that day. They put the {$9400.00} amount into dispute. We asked why the other amount was not placed back into the account and was told that the {$9600.00} was a courtesy, this was stated to us by the bank XXXX XXXX. We received a denial letter on XX/XX/XXXX. We again went to the branch ask why it was denied and they said that would refile the claim. On XX/XX/XXXX were received another denial letter. We have now been told that a XXXX claim was also denied, verbally. We believe that these XXXX claims should have been treated as XXXX claim due to the same fraud perpetrated by the same person.
