Consumer Complaint: This is another coplaint about the same and no solution as I stated in my previous complaint I been robbed by XXXX bank and his partner in crime shellpoint morgage servicing but no one cares couse it's not their situation or their problems to stop harassing from this shellpoint morgage servicing I had to pay them money i I didn't owed them but they claimed I owed why this place I'm no only they were harassing me but they have in un the credit report as I was late another issue tha up to now it's gotten me stuck in my intents from moving to a different morgage bank they keep sending you any type of paperwork and it that's all it ends there never a proper answer or explanation they keep blaming XXXX XXXX XXXX another corrupted morgage company or bank they might think because i paid them the extra month and all the late fees and they stopped the harassment that every thing end there but not really you are helping a corrupted morgage company to get away with my money or a crime you are covered them and this needs to be published and I will not stop ....

Consumer Complaint: Our Mortgage company is Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, I contact your company with this problem before. I contact XXXX XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXX. They referred me to your company for help I am sending my regular payments. SHELLPOINT have added insurance and taxes to our payments. We have sent letters of confirmation from us and the insurance company showing we are paying out of pocket payments to a company. We pay our own taxes out of pocket also. Shellpoint is returning our monthly payments back to us to make it look like we are missing payments. The checks are returned with a red stamped O/N on it and a letter stated we are 90 days past due. We have sent this Mortgage Servicing Company proof of paymenst made. This Company continue to disregard our efforts to provide proof we are not 90 days behind because we not sending the payments it's because they are sending checks back to us. I have been dealing with this for over two years. If I can provide you with any information that will help me get this situation take care of. Please let me know. I can provide proof with bank institution and certified mail receipt with proof that we sent our payments. Thank you, we need help with getting this matter taken care of.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I'm contacting you today due to my issues happening on my account. Since 2020 when the account was transferred over to you guys I was not paying escrow due to me being XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Veteran. The action of adding the escrow caused my mortgage to double because the lender added insurance and taxes that were not supposed to be added due to me having insurance that was in place in time of closing on the home. These actions around XXXX caused my account to become delinquent over 30 days even though I have been paying my mortgage. All my current payments aren't being applied to the account correctly because I'm only paying half the mortgage payment and not the double amount that is incorrect. Me and my wife 's credit also took a huge negative blow and needs to be fixed due to all the issues occurring even though i didn't have an escrow prior to the loan transfer. my account needs to reflect correctly so someone can figure this out.

Consumer Complaint: After I cancelled the bi-weekly withdrawal request in XXXX, the extra payment of {$600.00} was still withdrawn in XXXX. The following is a timeline of events. Cancelled the bi-weekly request in the beginning of XXXX through Customer Service by voice and through email request. Customer Service Representative confirmed she cancelled the request Called customer Service to verify payment in the middle of XXXX. The Customer Service Representative again verified the cancellation. Your website verified the monthly payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX and not on XX/XX/XXXX as with the bi-weekly payment. On XX/XX/XXXX, you withdrew the bi-weekly payment. I called Customer Service to resolve this matter and found that it was cancelled in the system, but it appeared it was reinstated. The Customer Service Representative stated that I would probably get payment back in three days. On XX/XX/XXXX, I again called Customer Service to ask about the status. I was told the bi-weekly payment was cancelled, but not the scheduled payment for the original request. This representative also stated it could take up to 10 days for reimbursement. It is now four days past the initial request for reimbursement, and I have not received the reimbursement. Since this was your error, the money should have been returned immediately. I have incurred a fee because the money was withdrawn without authorization. Its not acceptable to say that I can expect reimbursement 7-10 days when this was their error.

Consumer Complaint: This loan was done by people and company that was not licensed in the State of Oregon and the State told me I could do nothing about it but lately I have been told I could. I tried hiring an Attorney but the only one that would take my case with such little money on my part, Shellpoint wouldn't cooperate with them. I have been making payments to Shellpoint and Ditech, but they keep raising my payments and I asked for an itemized statement for the {$50000.00}, plus loan/grant I was given plus photos of the check, plus other items and after about 1 year plus they sent me a Loan History Statement ( which I can't read ), they lied to the State and said they had complied with my request. I told them I was not going to pay them the hiked up payments until I received and answer from my qualified request. They didn't complain and they keep taking the {$780.00}, monthly payments. After a while they messed up my credit reports and now after more the several years the stop taking my payments. I send them and they send them back. I was told I had to send them 3 payment before they would start taking them. I did and they sent the 3 payments back. I have proof of all this.

Consumer Complaint: I have attempted to reach out Shellpoint regarding the final payoff again on XXXX XXXX, 2022, I have received the responses on XXXX XXXX through their email notification. This is the first time I have received the Shellpont 's response. I have followed on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, however no XXXX response my calls. Based on their letter on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, they claimed that they sent me the final payoff on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. However, based on the letters ( XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX & XXXX XXXX ), they were addressed to the prior owner 's mailing address, and my email address was incorrect XXXX. My email should be XXXX ( which they sent me the correct email on XXXX XXXX, XXXX ). According to their response letters, Here are their response letter details : XX/XX/2022 Payoff total {$120000.00} XXXX XXXX, XXXX Payoff total {$120000.00} XXXX XXXX, XXXX Payoff total {$120000.00} I would request Shellpoint to explain why the payoff is the difference between a few days of time, and I request and appeal the items of unreasonable fee 1 ) Fee {$2700.00} and 2 ) Funds owned by the borrower {$3200.00} immediately.

Consumer Complaint: The wrongdoers XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( hereafter " XXXX '' ) is an American worldwide banking and financial services holding company ; NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing ( hereafter Shellpoint ) and XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ) are debt collectors as defined by the 15 U.S.C.A. 1692a ; Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX ( hereafter XXXX ) is XXXX managing partner. The issue presented in this complaint was raised in the pending litigation, XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Case No. XXXX. In this complaint I do not seek redress for an injury caused by the state-court decision itself, but rather for injuries caused by the wrongdoers fraudulent conduct. XXXX was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX managing partner since XXXX. Siting at the top of the collection law firm hierarchy, on XX/XX/XXXX, she submitted for recording the XX/XX/XXXX fraudulent Assignment of Mortgage ( attached hereto ) that purported to document a transaction whereby XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) " does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer, and set over unto Assignee, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate Holders of the XXXX XXXX Asset Backed Certificates Series XXXX ... a certain mortgage, together with the note and obligation described in said mortgage. -- -- - In XXXX XXXX XXXX ( the Original Lender ) was acquired by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The letter and the loan transaction history provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( attached hereto ) show that the mortgage was no longer a XXXXXXXX XXXX asset when XXXX XXXX XXXX completed the acquisition, the loan was transferred on XX/XX/XXXX. The name of the person to whom the right was transferred was not provided. XXXX XXXX XXXX never owned the note and the mortgage and could not assign the original bank 's XXXX XXXX XXXX ) rights. Moreover, the loan was originated on XX/XX/XXXX and the fraudulent Assignment of Mortgage was dated XX/XX/XXXX. In securitization a mortgage can not be assigned months or years after the date of the origination of the underlying mortgage note and can not be assigned from the Originator directly to the Trustee for the XXXX XXXX. At this time, in the XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Shellpoint, XXXX and XXXX attempts to collect a mortgage debt allegedly owed to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate Holders of the XXXX XXXX Asset Backed Certificates Series XXXX. However, the certification signed by the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware ( attached hereto ) demonstrates that there is no Declaration of Trust. Also the certification signed by the Secretary and the Acting Branch Chief of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ) ( attached hereto ) demonstrates that there is no Pooling and Servicing Agreement, no Prospectus and no registration records on XXXX XXXX Asset Backed Certificates Series XXXX XXXX ( the Securitization Trust ). The State of Delaware Certification and the SEC Certification proof that the trust was never created, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is not a trustee for any Certificate Holders because the Certificate Holders are not beneficiaries of any Trust. XXXX, Shellpoint, XXXX and XXXX knows they are wrong, but continue efforts to collect a mortgage debt not owed ( to XXXX or any trust ) causing losses and embarrassment to me.

Consumer Complaint: My home mortgage with Newrez started from XX/XX/XXXX, and my 1st payment was XX/XX/XXXX1. Because my initial Loan-to-Value ( LTV ) Ratio is above 80 %, I paid PMI of {$67.00} each month in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX, I paid additional principal, so LTV ratio dropped to below 78 % as of XX/XX/XXXX. I talked to an agent of Newrez around XX/XX/XXXX. They confirmed me that I would not have to pay monthly PMI of {$67.00} from XX/XX/XXXX, these amount of {$67.00} would go to my Escrow account, and my monthly statement would be the same. However, Newrez still charged me monthly PMI from XXXX to XXXX until my loan was transferred to another service provider in XXXX. Furthermore, my new loan service provider received wrong information and still charged me monthly PMI. I talked Newrez for reimbursement on XX/XX/XXXX. They refused to give me reimbursement because they were no longer the loan provider. I now request Newrez to reimburse me the overpaid PMI of three month ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ), which is $ XXXX = {$200.00}.

Consumer Complaint: My mortgage with SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE has been in forbearance since 2020 and they were supposed to send me a new forebearance letter every 90 days to show the account is sill in forebearance and is not supposed to report the account as late while in this status. Shellpoint has failed repeatedly to provided the forebearance letter and has continued report the account late to the credit bureaus and has ruined my credit rating. There was to be a single point of contact and everyone keeps passing the buck. Shellpoint has acknowledged that they made the mistake of reporting the account late, but they have yet to correct my credit report and has only provided a single letter of forbearance for a 90 day period. Shellpoint continues to push this on a back burner and it has continued to ruin my credit. I am pleading for help in this matter to restore my credit rating and remove all the late marks they put on there. This has been going on way too long and they are dragging their feet. tHEY HAVE YET TO PROVIDE ALL THE OTHER LETTER NEEDED TO PROVE THE ACCOUNTS WERE INDEED IN FOREBEARANCE ON BOTH MORTGAGES AND WERE NOT TO BE REPORTED AS LATE. I HAVE ATTACHED TO ONLY LETTER THEY EVER SENT
