Consumer Complaint: Shellpoint verified on XX/XX/2022 they have fixed a credit reporting error causing a commercial mortgage loan to report to my personal credit bureau. Shellpoint confirmed the error and submitted corrections to the agencies. The error was finally fix in XX/XX/2022 until the mortgage was sold in XX/XX/2022 to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). Now XXXX is reporting a commercial mortgage on my personal credit bureaus again. This is a commercial loan that Shellpoint agreed in loan documents, in emails, and credit dispute documents this is a reporting error.

On XX/XX/22 NewRez stated that the underwriting process was completed and loan approved. The timeline they provided to me says that once loan is approved the company has 30 days to complete the assumption. This means that all items related to the assumption should be finalized no later than XX/XX/22. I would like NewRez to confirm we are on target for an XX/XX/22 completion date and if not, please describe in detail why that is.

Consumer Complaint: I had a mortgage loan with Newrez. I have paid off most of the loan on XXXX of 2022 ( {$47000.00} ). There was {$290.00} left to pay for interest. The mortgage statement from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX stated that {$0.00} is due. I have statements that show {$0.00} amount due. Newrez however stated that my payment was delinquent and that there was {$290.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX ( despite the amount being {$0.00} on the statements from them ). I did end up paying the above amount on XX/XX/XXXX. Since then my credit score went down by XXXX points and I have one payment that was delinquent. I have tried to reach out to Newrez and sent the images of the statements from them yet they stated that did nothing wrong.

XXXX put me on hold to see what options he may be able to offer me. When he got back on the phone I asked him why he is gathering all that info just to remove PMI. He inform me that he was refinancing my mortgage. I informed XXXX that I was not trying to refinance my mortgage and that I specifically ask him about the PMI and that was all. Short after I ended the call with him I received an alert of a hard inquiry on my credit and my wife also had a hard inquiry. Consumer Complaint: I was on forbearance and when I got out, I had the option for loan modification. I was told I will have to pay 3 months trial payment. I paid the mortgage company monthly trial payments right on time or even before the due dates but they didn't report those payments to my credit agencies. They reported them as no payments or missed payments and 60 days late. I'm trying to get a loan but it's now in risk because of these incorrectly reported miss payments. All I need from this mortgage company a letter that stated I didn't miss the payments and I made the payments on time but they haven't issue me this letter. Please help me. I have all the proof of payments

Consumer Complaint: Received a yearly analyst report from the mortgage company telling telling me that the reason my house came went up almost {$50.00} was because my escrow was short and they wanted {$520.00} but that would only XXXX take the payment down {$9.00} there's so they didn't explain to me how they came up with the near {$50.00} increase on my house payment so when I received the new payment which would have been the XXXX payment my escrow was not short I have money in my My escrow was to start out after the analyst report at {$530.00} so then they wanted {$520.00} then like I said only lowering at {$9.00} a month would have put over a {$1000.00} into my escrow account before the year even started I do believe there's a little problem here I almost feel like it's a scam or fraudulent I'm on a fixed interest rate and alone principle is going down so why is the payment going up I need someone to explain this logically to a person who's not a banker number one I want to understand why every year this payment goes up XXXX XXXX XXXX {$50.00} every year when my interest doesn't change but my principal goes down and then they told me that they took it over XXXX months or XXXX XXXX thing to come up with this price I want to understand what they're doing because I feel there's fraudulent stuff going on here
