Consumer Complaint: Good morning, I received a letter last Saturday XX/XX/2022 ( Please see attached file ) which i never authorized to run my credit report. There was an initial talk to the agent but in the end of the conversation i decided not to proceed i have not given authority to run the credit check and even to the point of not giving my social security. ( May be you can check on your recorded line ) I wish this can reverse thru my credit points, i want action to this matter before i start filing a credit complain to the three major consumer report. Pertaining to ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX consumer ) My rights as an individual was compromise. I presume the agent got my SSS thru my old inquiry last year.

Consumer Complaint: I was in the process of completing my home purchase through Newrez LLC I had closing date of XX/XX/2022. On XXXX XXXX Newrez fired their entire XXXX office in the middle of processing. My loan was being processed using down payment assistance programs and Newrez had one person in their XXXX office that processed these loans and he was terminated with the rest of the office. They have no one that is certified to complete this process and I am now going to loose the house I was in the process of purchasing. I have no recourse, they will not return phone calls they are giving me the run around and I will be homeless in 3 weeks. The loan officer XXXX XXXX, has been willing to complete the process but they have no clue what they are doing or who is even doing what. There are 100 's of other clients that are in the same process. They were literally awaiting paperwork to cut a check. Someone needs to complete the process of my home loan and to stop giving myself and everyone else in this process the run around.

Consumer Complaint: Re : {$28000.00} Shellpoint Mortgage Discrepancy & Other Matters Loan # XXXX XXXX XXXX To Whom It May Concern : I received a Shell Point payoff notice, dated XX/XX/XXXX with a total payoff amount of {$100000.00}. Please see Exhibit A. The notice lists a Principal balance of {$79000.00} and Deferred Principal of {$28000.00}. I dispute the deferred principal balance of {$28000.00}. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received my XXXX Form 1098 ( Mortgage Interest Statement ) for the tax year ended XX/XX/XXXX. Please see Exhibit B. In box 2, the Outstanding Mortgage Principal is listed as {$80000.00}. This amount appears wrong. How did the principal balance increase by {$830.00} from {$79000.00} to {$80000.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. It's my understanding the principal balance should decrease each month after a payment. Nevertheless, this is the document that was reported to the IRS and there is no Deferred Principal listed. Also, after making at least 2 more payments during XXXX, Shellpoint has not explained to me how my principal balance increased instead of decreasing for payments made in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX respectively. Enclosed is a copy of my Mortgage Statement from Shellpoint, dated XX/XX/XXXX. Please see Exhibit XXXX The mortgage statement lists an Outstanding Principal of {$79000.00} and Deferred Balance of {$28000.00} ( total - {$100000.00} ). I again dispute the deferred principal balance of {$28000.00}. I need help in obtaining my true and correct mortgage balance from Shellpoint! If there are any questions, please call me. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have been trying to get the payoff for my home from ShellPoint Mortgage for over a month now along with my attorney XXXX XXXX. She and I were on speaker phone in her office with my SPOC XXXXXXXX XXXX as well as her supervisor by the name of XXXX ( did not provide her last name ). XXXX assured us on this call that I would receive the payoff via email on XXXX, and if it wasn't received then to call XXXX XXXX back XXXX which I did several times, but still no payoff was sent. This is unacceptable. I'm about to be put out of my home because of this. I really need for this matter to be handled ASAP.

I notified them that this is incorrect and provided the documents to have this removed. The insurance was removed by they did not refund me until after reaching out to them over 10 times but I was only partially refunded. I am still owed over {$5000.00} and they just transfer me from person to person requesting additional information from me with no way to get the problem fixed. Consumer Complaint: I received a notice from Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX stating that my mortgage had now been transferred to them. I received the notice on XXXX. I went on their website on XX/XX/XXXX, established a Username and Password and accessed my account # XXXX. It had my correct name and address. At the bottom it clearly stated, " Payment Due Date : XXXX XXXX, XXXX. '' Nothing else. I printed a copy of this and also saved it to my computer documents. I went back a few days later to the website, logged in and confirmed that the same information was still present. A few days ago, I received an email saying that I was in arrears for XXXX and XXXX. I contacted their office ( Customer Service agent XXXX XXXX ) who said I had to pay immediately. I pointed out the information that had been on their website, my account, which had NO mention of XXXX or XXXX, only that my payment was due XXXX XXXX, which I intended to pay within that first week. Now, a check of my account is showing that I am, according to them, in arrears. I am XXXX years of age and live on Social Security, which doesn't last an entire month with today 's inflation and gas prices. I relied on the info on their website so it's their mistake and there is no way I can come up with money now spent on necessities. HELP!

Consumer Complaint: Shellpoint is my current mortgage servicer and won't respond to the errors or request for information. I would like to request a Qualified Written Request from them and need your assistance. Since the foreclosure is a week away they should postpone the foreclosure. The Sale date is XX/XX/XXXX. My home is in XXXX XXXX but has a XXXX address. I want to keep my home. I refinanced with XXXX in XXXX. XXXX went out of business and In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX became the Servicer. It took 2 months before I knew who the servicer was and it made my mortgage 2 months behind. They offered a loan modification and said that it would take 3 months. They said that it may get a principal reduction from The Department of Justice. They took 18 months and did not credit my payments and to add to injury, denied the loan modification. I don't believe that they submitted my mortgage for review because they had wrongfully carried on the loan modification duration for XXXX and the abuse would have been uncovered. They actually added to my principal balance {$170000.00}. XXXX Loan Servicer became the loan servicer. They offered a loan modification or foreclosure. They too added over over {$150000.00} to the principal balance and created a predatory and fraudulent deferred balloon of over {$340000.00} to be paid after paying my mortgage for XXXX! XXXX went out of business then Shellpoint became the servicer. I have tried numerous times to get Shellpoint Mortgage to correct the wrong. They won't even respond in writing although the company representative find it odd that there is such a large deferred balance. The mortgage should be canceled at the very least and damages paid. They also tried to include my adjacent property lot and dropped trying to take it the night before Summary Judgement because the Title Company denied their claim on my lot. What regulatory can have oversight over matters such as this? It's all verifiable. Can a consumer be allowed to be treated this way and the Banks and Servicer have no repercussions? I need your immediate assistance. I purchased my home in XXXX for {$350000.00} and put down {$270000.00}. Please help!
