Consumer Complaint: My car title was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX. At this same unfortunate time, Gateway One XXXX was sold off to Santander at this time. Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have called over 30 times. Santander did not process, even though I received the payoff letter from XXXX. Because of this, I'm unable to get a customer service person on the phone, as they have haven't put my social security in or given me a customer #, which is needed to speak to someone regarding this. I'm also unable to go to " get My Title '' website to obtain, because nothing was put in by Santander. This is my last recourse, as I'm needing to sell this car. Thank you for any help.

I wrote them a letter on XX/XX/2021 asking them to send me a letter saying I did not authorize them to check my credit on XX/XX/2021 and for them to send it by XX/XX/2021. They hit it again on XX/XX/2021 again not authorized by me. The person they are checking lives in another state per my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Santander Bank, Doing business as Santander Consumer USA has practiced unauthorized use of my credit card pursuant to 15 usc 1602 ( p ) I received no benefit. Santander Bank is in violation of the Truth in lending act and Fair debt collections act stating that I the consumer allegedly owe debt to them. I have sent this company an affidavit of fact with their listed violations and their racketeering activity such as extortionate of this credit transaction. Pursuant to 18 usc 1961 Santander Bank unlawful actions has cause distress to my life, ruined my reputation, interfered with commerce and dealing in an obscene matter and shall be punished by imprisonment for no more than 30 years and fined {>= $1,000,000}.

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. I have a loan with SANTANDER. I'm not swayed that Bureaus efficiently pleased the principles of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in completing their investigation. I tried contacting 3 Credit Bureaus requesting a complete payment history with this account for me to review the exact date on which the charge-off was posted. Unfortunately, there was no successful resolution provided nor feedback heard from the concerned Bureaus. There was definitely an error on their part. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted.

Consumer Complaint: i purchased a car in XX/XX/2021 through enterprise car sales. Financing was also through them using Santander. XXXX messed up the paperwork for title, tag and registration resulting in the purchased car to be parked until its fixed. After a DMV inspector had to step in, he found XXXX at fault for everything. XXXX has said they are working to resolve the issue. I paid my first 2 monthly santander loan payments before stopping because Its like I dont even own the car die to XXXX mistakes. Now Santander is threatening repossessing if I cant bring the account current. They call at all hours of the day and have asked me to go borrow money from a family member or friend for payment. I have been hit with every fee they can possibly stick to me. I believe that Santander issued the loan knowing that default would be likely. Its almost XXXX and I still cant use the car due to XXXX XXXX XXXX and Santander doesnt care.

They are also stating that the last payment was in XXXX and the last payment was in XXXX. This account has been closed 7 years and I have disputed this account many of times. They charged this debt off in XXXX and it should have been removed from my account this year ( XXXX ) but it hasnt been able too because Chrysler capital has made failed statements on my credit about the account for it to remain on my credit report.

I purchased the vehicle while under mental duress, had been hospitalized prior to and was under medication. I worked with XXXX XXXX someone I had thought I could trust. The sales process took a very long time, I was given an interest rate around 20 %. I was told my credit would drop and it would hurt my ability to shop around. I was encouraged to omit information about my income to qualify for the loan, I was concerned of consequent and they assured me it was normal. I know I was sold a car loan and they are profiting very much off of my struggle. Im paying XXXX for a car that has had to have its engine replaced. I purchased the car on XX/XX/2017 and have made all payments. Ive called for assistance to cancel the loan and return the car and told that wasnt an option. I also feel this deal was related to my employment with XXXX XXXX, the manager of the dealer ship had done business with the entity I worked for and I had heard from his trainer who actually trained his wife that there was infidelity. Thats information that was privledged and I didnt need to know that I feel influenced someone to work against me instead of with me for help I requested. While That may not be the case, its confusing why I was encouraged to omit info and I also called Chrysler capital to try to get help. My balance is around XXXX, and with the payments set the way they are I will have laid XXXX for 72 months for a car advertised at XXXX. This loan is designed to make the car cost about 2x what I was lead to believe. I was also told the loan was only good for that day like a do it now or lose deal, as they mentioned it would hurt my ability to shop at another dealership for running my credit. Please help, Im struggling a lot with mental health as well as paying this bill. Weve lost important family due to COVID-19 and I desperately need a way to lower this payment or get rid of the vehicle, I am unfortunately at risk for repossession.
