Consumer Complaint: A charge off can not be reported late on my consumer report and a charge off can not have an amount to the alleged debt pursuant to Federal Law. It is already balanced in XXXX and I can not pay this alleged debt on a default note. Validate the debt and show me on and off ledger if information needs to be correct and addressed. Show me documentary evidence of alleged debt. Also we should run an forensic file audit to make sure alleged debt is accurate. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( c ) ( 2 ) ( a ) this alleged charge off account needs to be removed off my report within four days. This false and inaccurate information has hinder me from using my credit for personal, family and household purposes and I was not able to utilize my rights as a consumer due to false information on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: SANTANDER CONSUMER USA along with XXXX XXXX XXXX have committed fraud and have scammed me out of money. The auto contract that they had me sign was deceptive. They furnished a false and deceptive form to take advantage of me. They took my money in a consumer credit transaction that contains a finance charge, which does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction. They then went on to add my cash down payment of {$2000.00} to the grand total it'll cost me for the purchase of credit instead of subtracting that amount they took from me, which was unlawful to begin with. They titled the credit application as " Retail installment contract and security agreement, '' which is furnishing false and deceptive forms. Within the Truth in Lending disclosure they stated that I'll be paying {$460.00} for 72 months, which equate to {$33000.00} but the finance charge is the only charge I should have paid due to it being the sum of all charges pursuant to the Truth In Lending Act, which was {$22000.00}. Furthermore, the finance charge shouldn't be paid in cash because a consumer credit transaction can only contain credit or cash, not both. The use of my credit card ( social security card ) was used to pay the finance charge, which was {$22000.00}. These corporations have violated the Truth In Lending Act and deceived me in the process of purchasing the vehicle.

When I received this car they knew I only received ssi they saw all my creditors knew I own a home and pay mortage and was raising grand kids. They knew I wouldn't be able to keep up with this loan. They lost big because of they actions with low income buyers and they are still doing it They lost a lawsuit in XXXX and the next month they did the same thing which they was being sued for To be part of a new lawsuit if one ever comes available they knew I would t able to pay this loan. This Creditor has sent different information to each of the major Credit bureaus about my account. They have reported my term as 0 months with XXXX with 2 bureaus but they've reported it as 48 months with XXXX and XXXX. The account open date is inaccurate across bureaus. The Account Balance is inconsistent it reports as {$11000.00} in some places ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and reports as {$11000.00} to experian. They are reporting to the account at different dates to each bureaus. They report the dates of my last statement differently to each bureaus. They're reporting me 30 days late in XXXX of 2021 however this inaccuracy of their reporting, isnt fair for me to know when to pay and when Im late
