Consumer Complaint: There are recent and old hard inquiries on my credit report that are not accurate lowering my Credit score. There is a XXXX debt collection that is ver old and does not belong to me! Same with portfolio recovery. I have been a victim of Identity theft in the past and these false hard inquires and debt collections have hurt my credit for years! This is takong a toll on me emotionally. I am unable to qualify for any store credit or credit cards because of false information on my credit report which I have neumorous times have contacter the companies on. I am seeking help please to remove all these hard inquries that I have not authorized and collections that dont belong to me.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX granted an automatic judgment to these companies that claimed they were collectors for transferred XXXX cards. I filed a motion for discovery and requested information from the companies, they did not respond. I attempted to reschedule the date of the hearing but that was refused. The day of the hearing the company did not show up, when I arrived to court I was told they had to rescheduIe but they did not know immediately when to schedule it for so they did not give the clerk of courts a date, said they would call back. I was never notified of the new date, and when I did not attend, XXXX XXXX ordered a judgment in favor of those companies, in my absence, without acknowledging my filed documents requesting information or desire to be present.

Consumer Complaint: I have to constantly change my number because Portfolio Recovery Services calls me constantly. I tell them to stop calling I even have recorded phone calls telling them to stop but they won't. They even called me when I'm at work sometimes they will back to back call me. I will block their number they will use different numbers. I have to change my number constantly I had phone numbers XXXX XXXX XXXX and many more in the past all because this company harassed me. The information they got as well is not correct and I got 2 times that they called me outside of XXXX XXXX cut off limit. One is at XXXX XXXX and the other is at XXXX XXXX. Almost XXXX XXXX at night when I have to work next morning I can't get any sleep. I have recording after recording asking the telling them to stop. They won't atop calling.
