Consumer Complaint: I reported these Transactions last month but I was told the boarding pass had my name on it which is not true. These transactions were not authorized. I have not been able to get any help and when I call the call center, the agents are very rude. Im not understand why i cant talk to anyone in the dispute department. This bank is too big not to be able to talk to anyone in the dispute department. Well I have provided the bank with all the info that was needed and still I was denied a refund and no one can tell me why.

Consumer Complaint: This is, you could say, a further attachment to the complaints cases XXXX and XXXX XXXX -- -Now closed -- -- In my attachments you will see the attorney general of AZ as this was my next step. It is important to read my response to the latest letter dated XXXX XX/XX/21 to the AZ Att. Gen.by the BBVA bank. The CFPB was on a quest to remove some the the restrictions on arbitration that large companies and banks use-in their favor to avoid a court case. You succeeded in implementing class action through congress. My case involves credit card fraud upheld by a bank. Arbitration clause does not state whether it is Binding or Non Binding type-? This is extremely important as they treat the arbitration as binding whereby you can't go into a court as the judge will uphold the decision made by the arbitrator. THIS needs to be stated in all terms and conditions. It is also noted that with arbitration the bank does not have to honor " Disclosure ''. In the last letter I wrote to the BBVA bank, I requested demands be answered -- -They totally ignored that in their response to the Att. Gen. Please read all attachments especially their XX/XX/XXXX response to AG .They made a false statement saying I gave them permission to use my personal account to pay off a fraudulent debit in a business account.

Consumer Complaint: Secured credit card was opened with PNC bank in XXXX. Account was opened fraudulently. The account began reporting as charged off in XX/XX/XXXX. From that point until XX/XX/XXXX, the account reported as a charge off. On my credit report, it is reported as XXXX charge offs for the amount of {$9.00}. PNC is only reporting this account to XXXX and XXXX, not XXXX ... Ive reached out several times to PNC to tell them of the error. I have filed complaints and challenges previously as this issue has become extremely burdensome.

Consumer Complaint: BBVA is a fraudulent company. BBVA unilaterally closed my account without any notice or explanation to me. I timely paid my balance in full last month and was told that would bring my account to {$0.00}. I checked my account today and found that I am being charged {$6.00} for Interest charge promo charge and {$1.00} minimum charge. I called BBVA and spoke to XXXX XXXX. I asked for an explanation of these new charges - she didn't provide one. I asked to have the {$7.00} reversed- she refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor- she said there was no-one available and they would call back but didn't say when. I offered to pay the {$7.00} if she would provide written confirmation that no more charges would be incurred- she refused. I want this matter investigated. I will not pay these fraudulent charges without verification that doing so will bring the account to {$0.00} for good.

Consumer Complaint: I started a loan Modification about a year ago with PNC Bank. They asked for a massive amount of documentation, repeatedly, even tho it was provided numerous times. I also had a multitude of Reps, some lasting only a week. It was a horrible long process! I was in total compliance ( timely manner ). My Modification was denied and I had provided XXXX taxes, and my PnLs for XXXX and XXXX ( XXXX taxes not due at this point ) They only went off of XXXX taxes and diluted my income and inflated my expenses, even tho everything was diligently provided. I even hired a Mortgage facilitator to help me with the process and make sure things were correct and I would gain the mod, based on my income, but Pnc Bank, picked and chose what numbers they wanted to use, based on a favorable outcome for them! I appealed and it was denied. They are still not considering my XXXX and XXXX income at this time, which is not in compliance!! About to appeal again ( 3rd ) ..hopefully they understand now I will file all complaints necessary, until they follow underwriting guidelines! They have Not, to this year long process. Its Fraudulent

Consumer Complaint: I have attempted to correct the reporting history on a closed account I had with BVA compass on two occassions. The company originally agreed to correct it but now has refused to correct it, with the most recent being XX/XX/XXXX. The complaint is on acct # XXXX under XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX TX XXXX. At issue : this was a 36 month installment account which was paid in full and on time in XXXX of XXXX. Apparently one of the instalment payments was made 10 days past the due date and a fee was charged to the account. I was never made aware of this fee or knew it needed to be paid. When I got a notification from my monitoring service this account was 60 days past due I went into investigate and found they were showing the account still open and 60 days past due. I immediately paid the fee and contacted the company to explain no one had informed of this fee and I had indeed made every installment on time and certainly prior to being 30 days or more late. If they had notified me in anyway a fee was due, I would have also paid that. They agreed on the phone to remove it. When several weeks went by and it was still showing I called again and they said they would look into it and respond. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter in the mail saying they would not remove the 60 day deliquency despite me never actually being late and them agreeing on a phone call with me earlier, to remove it. If any of my installment payments were 30 days or more late, I wouldn't fight this. That was not the case, however, and the delinquency needs to be removed as it was never communicated to me that there was a late fee in the history that also needed to be paid. I can not pay, what I don't know about. I did however pay what I was contractually obligated to pay over the 36 month term. Please help me get BBVA Compass to do the right thing and remove this account from all 3 bureaus showing it was ever delinquent.

Consumer Complaint: Unfair or deceptive acts by businesses : PNC bank gave me a PPP loan around XX/XX/XXXX, after requesting for and reviewing all the loan application documents they wanted from me.. The gave me a loan of {$100000.00}, which was supposed to be forgiven if it was used for the intended purposes. I used the loan for its intended purposes. In XXXX XXXX, they informed me that based on those very same documents with which they had approved the loan, they now felt they had given me too much money and demanded I pay back over {$11000.00}. They stated they would only forgive about {$88000.00} and not the full {$100000.00} as I had been led to believe. At first, I thought that they had made a error in calculating the appropriate loan amount, but now I do not believe that. How could it be error? They had all the supporting documents and sufficient time to make a determination on how much of a loan to give to customers like me. Business conduct that causes or is likely to cause injury to consumers : this conduct by PNC bank has hurt my business because I now have to find over {$11000.00} to pay back a loan which, as I have stated to them multiple times, I should not, and do not owe. Business conduct that will mislead or is likely to mislead consumers : PNC bank is misleading customers like me for their own financial again. They knew very well exactly what amount of XXXX loan I was entitled to, based on the documents that they had me send in to them. They were well able to calculate the proper loan amount. Yet, they gave me a loan o {$100000.00}, and then a year later, told me that they should have given me only around {$88000.00} based on those same documents that I had submitted to them. They have done this so that I will be forced to repay a portion of the loan with interest to PNC bank, and the interest constitutes monetary gain to PNC bank. So, they have pulled a bait and switch- given me more loan than they feel I am qualified for, with the goal of collecting interest in the unforgiven portion on the loan, and with the intent of profiting the bank by so doing. This is unethical.

Consumer Complaint: Hi earlier this month, I paid a 5 dollar fee to have a replacement card sent out and the card was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. The card hasnt arrived, and I have had no access to any of my money for weeks. Due to an issue with my phone company, I am not able to call the company to discuss the issue by phone, but I have contacted the company through the bbb, and have not heard from the company this time. I have had similar issues with this company multiple times in the past with my money being put on hold in some sort of way without me being able to access it due to an issue on their end, and it felt like it was being done on purpose. For some reason, I keep having issues with things that should be simple
