Consumer Complaint: In early XXXX we received notification that our tax collector. I made phone calls XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX I spoke to an escalation manager by the name of XXXX and was instructed to forward copies of our bills and notices to him, after several attempts of emailing these items they were finally attached to the correct account. I was then told that a payment was sent on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1600.00} was mailed but not received by out tax collector. I have not received any proof of anything being paid or anything corrected. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to an escalation manager who informed me that the taxes have not yet been paid. I am hesitant to believe that this will be taken care of before my credit would be harmed on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Issue : PHH Mortgage is delinquent in paying out my property taxes for the second time in XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 I was notified by a neighbor that " I '' had paid her property taxes which were due for everyone on XX/XX/2021. I checked online at cXXXX and did see that my taxes had NOT been paid. Online at the dashboard for PHH Mortgage, it shows my escrow money disbursed. ( In an amount that does not match what was due ) Same day, XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted PHH customer service and got to an escalation manager. Basically now my neighbor can not pay her taxes because PHH has done so in error and mine are delinquent yet again. I last spoke to the escalation manager when the matter was already 23 days old. He said that they were still working with their 3rd party XXXX XXXX to get the issue resolved. Since that discussion, now they call me, let it ring 1/2 time and hang up. This morning, I called Manager myself only to get a message his voice mailbox was full. **My new refi mortgage was handed over to PHH by XXXX XXXX beginning of XXXX for servicing. Taxes were due then on XX/XX/XXXX. They were more than 4 months delinquent before they were finally paid. I absolutely do not understand why XXXX XXXX continues to hand over mortgages to this servicer, PHH Mortgage. Their business processes are not solid and issues are not resolved in any kind of reasonable time frame. Customer service is professional and then hides instead of reporting a lack of progress. I am most concerned that this company continues to be given business by a government entity and secondly to get my ridiculous issue resolved. Regards

Consumer Complaint: Financial Institution ( PHH ) offered a new modification XX/XX/XXXX, after a year & a half struggle to get my house refinanced. Was end of term on loan & PHH would not work with me on payments, which caused my credit score to go down & PHH was adding monthly fees & interest- my credit score ensured that no other finance institutions would work with me. When new modification was finally achieved, all delinquencies should have been removed & since then, all my payments have been on time - the first few, I had to mail & remaining payments have been done via phone. A delinquency of 180 days is still showing up on my credit report for PHH, which is keeping my credit score from going back up. I am disputing this here, as this is WRONG information & is indeed fraudulent.

I turned down a {$150.00} job to be by my phone, as to not miss this call. NO CALL CAME!!!! So I went through XXXX and high water to call them, only to be told each tome that I had no such loan. I finally got a hold of someone that stated that I missed my call! She stated that XXXX did call me and I was not home. This is untrue as my phone is working correctly, people have gotten a hold of me all morning, with no problem at all, no caller ID as to her phone # is on it, My voice mail has NO message from her, etc. I requested a new relationship XXXX from XXXX, and they denied me of that. I asked for a supervisor XXXX and they denied me of that. I asked to have the appointment today, as I already am off work and missed {$150.00}, and they made another appointment, so I have to not work again for XX/XX/XXXX. I have asked for a statement of payments, and they have denied me of that. I have filed with you before, and they have told both you and I that they are looking into it, and have not. I have filed for COVID help and they are " looking into it ''. I will lose my home by the time they stop playing games with me. Please help me to stay in my home, and not be XXXX!!!! Ocwen their parent company has had numerous class action suits against them for the same thing, but people are out of their homes before they settle.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent in a different complaint explaining in greater detail however forgot to add this important page of information. This company XXXX when it bought out my loan form XXXX Mortgage was to honor the terms that had already been set forth and they have not. I was lied to by XXXX. I had bee told that My remaining XXXX payment ( I brought myself out of forbearance XXXX months earlier than needed to ) would be added to the end, the letter states that the partial claim has been approved and gives the payment amount of {$1200.00}. As I stated in my other letter I have not been able to make the payment until today when I had to pay {$1300.00} in order for XXXX to accept a payment on my account. moving forward even thought the notarized documents all are for the amount of {$1200.00} they insist upon {$1300.00}. I had a complain in my previous letter to you that I am locked out of my account and now today am told I will continue to be locked out until the next XXXX payment of {$1300.00} are paid, and then XXXX mortgage modification team will reevaluate whether or not to accept my deferent to payment the XXXX payments at the end of my loan or demand the entire amount past due all at once or foreclose on my home. I am attaching the letter sent to me that states at the bottom this means the original loas is brought current. So I ask why is it I stoll can not be allow to see my account and if I can not make those other XXXX payments until XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, then I can not see my account online until then or if not longer than than. This company really needs looking into.
